Redeeming codes and issues with codes
How do I redeem the codes? After the tutorial, you unlock the menu and the mail system, where you will find the window for entering the codes. Please proceed as follows:
- Click on the “Menu” option in the upper right corner
- Select the button with the …
- Scroll down to the “Enter Code” button
- Enter your code or paste it after you have copied it
- Press “OK”
If your code is valid, you should receive the rewards hidden behind it.
Why isn’t my code working? If your code isn’t working, it may be that you already redeemed it in the past. Some codes are also specific to certain countries, so your code may work only in other countries.
Also, be careful with typos, such as between 0 and O, and it’s safer to copy your code and paste it into the field.
