On May 21, 2026, however, he suddenly could not log in anymore. The SW:TOR launcher reported: “There is a problem with your account. Please check your emails for further instructions.” However, he had not received any email from the developers.
When the website could not provide any clarification about the ban, he called the telephone support of the MMORPG. They confirmed to him that it was a ban, but that they were not responsible for bans and could not help accordingly.

How did he return? The mysterious ban called the community of SW:TOR into action. The user is known like a colorful dog there, and the news of his ban spread quickly. Thus, the Discord chat of SW:TOR and the customer support were probably flooded with inquiries from players about what the ban of such an important player meant.

On May 22, one day after his ban, he reported back on Reddit and announced that he had been unbanned.
What do the developers have to say about his case? In the post on Reddit, the player first thanked all the people who had cared about him and his account. The developers had unbanned his account 10 minutes after he had gone to bed.
At the same time, they had credited him with additional premium playtime on the account as compensation. According to the player’s statement, the ban stemmed from a false positive anti-cheat result. The player therefore has nothing to blame himself for.
