The weekly update starts today, June 16, and grants you free items in the MMORPG Lost Ark. However, the update primarily postpones the Vykas release by another week.
Update 8:43 PM: On Twitter, Lost Ark announced that they are removing an item from the shop. This item is the Punika Growth Support Pack. This item was likely unintentionally patched into the game even though it is not yet finished. However, another server downtime is not necessary (via playlostark).
What happened this week in Lost Ark? The weekly update is focused on free items this week. For example, the “Wild Wings” event has been extended by a week, and the login rewards are now available for 5 days longer. However, this is probably in the context that the June update is a week late.
Normally, the major monthly updates are released at the end of the login rewards in Lost Ark. However, these have now been extended by a week, which suggests to most fans that the big June update is set for next week.
The update brings the new Legion raid Vykas as a challenge for players in the high gear score range, new login rewards, and probably also a new event. However, we will likely receive the exact patch notes only next week.
How long will the server status be offline? As usual, the servers go offline at 9:00 AM German time and are expected to remain offline for approximately 4 hours this week. We will keep an eye on Lost Ark for you and let you know as soon as the servers are back online and you can play.

How is the update received? The rewards themselves are well received by the fans, but they also criticize the postponement of the June patch. This was originally announced for mid-June, and for some fans of the MMORPG, June 23 is definitely no longer mid-month.
Overall, the weekly update seems to be well received, and players are happy about even more free rewards that they just have to log in to claim.
Update on June 16 – All Patch Notes:
- An additional track has been added for 5 days with new login rewards. In addition to the new rewards, you can still earn the rewards from the previous month. This gives players who had issues with delays a bit more time to get their goodies.
- The end date of the “Wild Wings Island” event has been extended by a week, as well as the date on which the related reward items will become invalid.
