The previous episodes showed the beginning of the Culling Game
arcs. For Season 4, it has already been announced that part 2 of the games will follow here. Initially, it will focus on the events in the Sendai colony, and later there will be a shift back to the Tokyo colony.
In the Tokyo colony, it is finally about Kinji Hakari and Panda. Hakari uses a complex Pachinko curse room expansion to become immortal. He fights against Hajime Kashimo, a bloodthirsty jujutsu sorcerer from the Edo period who manipulates electricity.
