Emerald Enclave
Players who have played the MMORPG Neverwinter may have already heard of the Emerald Enclave.
Their members aim to protect the natural world and maintain the balance between civilization and wild nature. They have different branches in various corners of the continent of Faerûn and usually operate independently of one another.
Thus, the organization consists not only of druids but also of rangers, hermits, and even barbarians. Their rangers, for example, help travelers through untamed forests. A druid stands against an unnatural blight to cleanse nature. Barbarians seem to appear out of nowhere to assist a defenseless village against invading, invasive species.
They are the eyes and ears of the natural balance and are always present when something or someone threatens that equilibrium. Members of the Enclave are true survivalists and always ready to help others do the same.
The Emerald Enclave preserves the natural cycle, fights the unnatural, and keeps the elemental forces of the world in check – so that wilderness and civilization do not destroy each other and can coexist as harmoniously as possible.
