The week from July 21 to July 27 is all about the grind fest on MeinMMO. During our big MMORPG theme week 2025, you can expect nostalgic retrospectives, a journey through the history of online role-playing games, streaming nights, as well as analyses and columns.
The MMORPG genre has been a core part of MeinMMO’s DNA since its founding in 2013, and that will continue in the future. Just like last year, the genre enthusiasts from the editorial team have also prepared a large, colorful theme week for you in 2025 for the best genre in the world. This year it even has a name: the grind fest!
What is the grind fest?
With the grind fest, we want to celebrate our and your enthusiasm for the MMORPG genre. How? With nostalgic anecdotes, well-researched analyses, exciting interviews, and entertaining streaming nights that will go live on MeinMMO from July 21 to July 27. Joining us: some MMORPG fans from the sister publications GameStar and GamePro.
Look forward to a journey through the long history of MMORPGs. Expect insights from Producer Naoki Yoshida about the relaunch of Final Fantasy XIV. And of course many personal insights and informative trivia nuggets as well. You can find the extensive program for the grind fest below.
