No idea about the story
Where can you challenge Faker? As brilliant as Faker may be at the mouse and keyboard, he has massive deficits in one area. In an interview with HotSpawn, he openly admitted that he has absolutely no idea about the background story, the lore, of the LoL universe.
Although he knows the abilities of over 150 champions perfectly by heart, he doesn’t know where they come from or what their motives are. He even jokingly compared his own knowledge about the story to the abilities of a bloody beginner at the Iron rank.
This means for you: If you’ve only dabbled a little in the world of Runeterra or just watched the Netflix series, you are already miles ahead of the best LoL player of all time in terms of story knowledge.
