From now on, players of Crimson Desert can download Patch 1.05.00. The update is 4.2 GB in size, so players can look forward to plenty of new changes. One of them particularly resonates with fans.
What highlights does Patch 1.05.00 contain? The biggest new feature of the update is the new content “Revenge” and “Renewed Blockade”. The development team has included them because more and more players have discovered all areas and defeated many enemies. As a result, the number of possible fights is decreasing.
In the Revenge, you can once again face the boss opponents from Crimson Desert. To do this, you need to return to the location of the boss battle and use the lantern you find there. You can choose between two different modes.
- Reminder: The boss remains exactly as strong as in your first fight.
- Reminiscence: If you are now stronger than the boss, his values will be adjusted to your strength.
Additionally, there is also the renewed blockade. It applies to outposts that meet certain time and condition templates. They will be resettled with a certain probability. This can happen after you have saved, loaded, or gone to bed.
There are a total of three modes that let you freely choose whether you want to tackle the outposts again:
- Safe: Renewed blockades do not occur.
- Stressed: Renewed blockades occur sporadically.
- Warlike: Renewed blockades occur frequently.
How are the highlights received? On Reddit, it shows that especially the Renewed Blockades are well received. Many are happy that they can go to war and are always busy defeating new enemies.
However, there is also a faction of players who do not want to have anything to do with it. They are glad that they can completely disable this option and enjoy Crimson Desert in peace.
