The servers of Aion 2 will be offline for a while on October 1, 2026. The reason: Server maintenance! MeinMMO reveals when you can play again.

Servers are offline. The maintenance has begun.
What is known about the maintenance? On X the developers of Aion 2 explain that the maintenance will start on October 1, 2026, at 8:00 AM and should last about 90 minutes. If all goes well, you can start exploring Atreia again around 9:30 AM. MeinMMO will keep an eye on the servers and keep you updated.
With the maintenance, the developers want to address certain bottleneck quests, for which you need to interact with certain objects – but there are only relatively few of them. The affected quests are:
Elyos
- Hero Quest in the Northern Tolbas Forest region
- Hero Quest in the Eastern Tolbas Forest region
- Hero Quest in the Altamia Highland region
Asmodian
- Hero Quest in the Basfelt Ruins region
- Hero Quest in the Purifying Forest region
- Hero Quest in the Fafnite Deposit region
- Hero Quest in the Impetusium Square region
After the maintenance: Code active!
Furthermore, the code TAKEFLIGHTAION2 should be active after the maintenance, through which you can secure the following items:
- Odyle Energy (Bound) x4
- Resurrection Spiritstone (Bound) x5
- Battle Enhance Scroll (Bound) x10
The code is active until October 14 at 8:00 AM. Here’s how to redeem the code: Go in-game to Settings > Miscellaneous > Account > Enter Voucher, enter TAKEFLIGHTAION2 and press Confirm.
