In GTA 5, the best boy Chop became part of the team multiple times, such as during the pursuit of certain targets, but also as a roommate of Franklin in Vinewood Hills. Additionally, you could throw him a ball, take him for a walk, and teach him tricks.
Whether there will be a dog or another pet in GTA 6 has not been announced anywhere yet, but it has also not been denied.
Even though Chop was definitely not a bad pet, GTA 6 presents the opportunity that should catch everyone’s eye at the sight of the cover and the first trailer: alligators.
Yes, an alligator is not a pet. Not at all. However, in GTA 6 it is a nod to Florida, where there are significantly wilder stories surrounding alligators and crocodiles than having a Snappy as a beloved (and perhaps even trained?) pet.
Even if it’s hard to say whether Jason or Lucia are the type of people who would get a house alligator. As long as there are cool missions involving the animals, it would definitely be a wonderful addition!
