Who is that? In addition to a navigator and doctor, a cook cannot be missing on a ship. Sanji provides the Straw Hat Pirates with all sorts of delicious dishes, which is why he fights exclusively with his legs. He must save his hands for cooking.
Furthermore, he never lays a hand on women. He always flirts with particularly beautiful ladies like Nami and Robin with uncomfortable remarks. On Fishman Island, he even suffers life-threatening nosebleeds from beautiful mermaids.
Why does he hit on women so much? His adoptive father Jeff taught him that it is taboo to hit a woman. Additionally, Sanji comes from a terrible family that physically and mentally abused him. The only people who treated him lovingly back then were his mother and sister. This has led him to develop a sincere and reverent attitude towards the female gender.
Perhaps topics like love and emulating women were still too much for some viewers in their younger years.
