Who is that? Jiraiya is one of the legendary 3 Sannin from Konoha. He specializes in summoning toads and becomes one of the most important mentors of protagonist Naruto. He is also the one who teaches Naruto his iconic attack, the Rasengan.
From their very first encounter, Naruto realizes what a pervert Jiraiya is. He spies on women in hot springs, observes them with binoculars, and is completely crazy about feminine curves. That’s why Naruto gives him the nickname Ero-Senin.
