Cool items for housing in World of Warcraft are only available for a short time very easily – so you should grab them now.
In order to have a large selection of items for housing in World of Warcraft, you need to farm a lot of currencies. Depending on which currency it is, this can take many hours of time – or it may also depend on luck, which quests are currently active.
There is one of the more annoying currencies being thrown around right now. “The blame” is on Legion Remix – even if you are not playing Remix at all.
Order resources bring cool rewards
What resource is it about? We are talking about order resources (Order Resources
). You primarily obtain these resources through world quests in the Legion expansion – so the actual Legion, not the Remix variant. Whether a quest offers order resources is entirely up to chance, but you can already see it as a reward when you hover over the corresponding quest.
What can be bought with order resources? Each of the individual order halls has its own vendor who sells exclusive items offered for order resources. These are housing items that usually match particularly iconically to a class – for instance, demon-corrupted items for warlocks or tomes with holy light for paladins.
A part of these items can be purchased outright, while for others, you need to achieve certain successes.
But one thing is always the same: They consume large amounts of order resources and can easily cost 2,500 resources per item.
Why can so much be earned now? This is because the normal “Legion” behaves differently as long as Remix is active. World bosses do not rotate weekly but every day. These world boss world quests have a high chance of offering 1,000 order resources as a reward – a substantial sum that is already enough for some decorations. The world bosses can be defeated at level 80 with one attack.
More tips for order resources: Keep in mind that you can also further increase your gain of order resources:
- Activating the War Mode increases the amount of resources you get from quests by an additional 10%.
- You can select followers from the order hall as companions and give them equipment that grants additional resources upon quest completion.
- Always check the world quests on Argus. They often provide particularly many resources.
If you still need order resources, you should make a detour to the Broken Isles in the coming days, as Legion Remix ends on January 19. With that, the quests will also be generated normally again. On the world map, you can set the filter for world quests to only show missions that yield order resources – then you will be perfectly prepared.
