At Blizzard, they love extraordinary promotional material for their World of Warcraft. Fans adore it, whether at Blizzcon or during events right on the streets of the metropolises. But how does such a three-meter Orc come into being, looking as if it could spring to life at any moment and go on a rampage with its axe?
Grommash Hellscream has a reputation to uphold. He is the crucial piece in the World of Warcraft expansion “Warlords of Draenor” and not just in it: Even in earlier strategy games, it was Grommash who played a key role in the crucial intersections of the history of his people and thus all of Azeroth.
Players associate a lot with Grom as many have grown fond of him over the years or at least earned his grumbling respect. When Blizzard decided to create a lifelike sculpture of the legendary Orc, they certainly couldn’t risk turning the Goliath into a David.
