After more than 250 hours of gameplay, Twitch streamer Leon from Bonjwa has become level 60 with his first WoW Classic Hardcore Sauercrowd character. One of the first to congratulate him: his mom.
What was the milestone like for the streamer? When Leon from Bonjwa reached the maximum level of 60 a few days ago, the joy was palpable. No wonder. While many other hardcore characters of the Sauercrowd event have perished, the streamer was able to safely navigate his very first hero of Azeroth through the leveling phase of WoW Classic.
The last experience points were earned quite typically for a mage: Leon pulled a group of enemies and took them out from a safe distance with his frost spells. Ding! Level 60. The guild and whisper chat immediately filled up with congratulations. The total playtime on the character up to this point: 10 days, 14 hours, and 46 minutes.
“My mom is calling me”
What happened next? While Leon took in the beautiful moment and the congratulations, suddenly the phone rang: “My mom is calling me.” It turned out that she had been watching this moment live on the stream and wanted to congratulate him as well. You can watch the brief chat between the two below or on tiktok.com:
As a result, Leon had another reason to celebrate: “My mom is watching me play WoW and become level 60 at half past 1. I really have the best mom in the world.”
How does the community react? With many hearts and kind comments. Mike writes under the clip on tiktok.com: “What support, you need more from parents.” Tommy3581 adds: “Hey, how sweet is your mom please.” And the Rocket Beans joke: “Praise from mom has to be earned!”
Such beautiful interpersonal moments occur repeatedly within the Sauercrowd project. Many streamers also benefit significantly from the event in terms of their reach.
