The bosses from Crimson Desert can be quite tough and require skill and good equipment. However, a streamer has now proven on Twitch that it can be done differently. Armed only with a tree, he faced a boss and emerged victorious.

Twitch streamer Darth Microtransaction has discovered that it doesn’t always have to be a legendary weapon. While playing Crimson Desert, he discovered during a boss fight a tool that could take down the opponent with just a single hit: we’re talking about a tree.
Never underestimate the power of the forest
What happened? The streamer faced the boss Abyss Kutum in Crimson Desert. Instead of confronting the enemy with conventional weapons, he quickly chopped down a tree at the edge of the arena and dragged it to the center.
After briefly refreshing the stamina of his character Kliff, the streamer slammed the tree lengthwise at the boss.
By a miracle, this action decimated the entire health bar of the opponent. An unassuming tree managed to one-shot the boss – much to the streamer’s amazement.

What does the community say about this? The discovery has been met with appreciation and amused reactions from viewers and users on x.com:

It is indeed questionable whether the applied tactic was actually intended by the developers. While Crimson Desert is a game that offers many unforeseen possibilities and some mechanics are hidden, this could be a bug.
Whether the trick will still work after a future update is unclear. It may be that Pearl Abyss will correct this one-shot trick and players will again have to face the boss in the regular way.
