The Twitch streamer Félix “xQc” Lengyel (25) simply cannot play nicely with others. He has now been banned from the popular roleplay server for GTA 5 Online “No Pixel 3.0” after he exploited a glitch and shot two police officers from within a prison cell. As a result, the most-watched streamer on Twitch is now banned from the most-viewed game in March 2021.
This is the situation:
- The server “No Pixel 3.0” is a privately run roleplay server for GTA 5, here many big streamers play on Twitch like Sodapoppin. This makes the ancient GTA Online 2021 once again the hottest game on Twitch, ahead of LoL, Fortnite, and Valorant.
- The streamer xQc is by far the most-watched streamer on Twitch in recent days, playing GTA 5.
- xQc is regarded as the “bad boy” of Twitch, who cannot follow any rules. “No Pixel” is a server that places great importance on rules and kicks players who do not adhere to these rules.
- After an escapade, xQc received his second ban from the server, causing a lot of attention. There is hardly a bigger topic over the weekend than “xQc banned.”

xQc smuggles a gun into the prison cell and starts shooting
This is what xQc did: The streamer was arrested in GTA 5 by other players. xQc used a glitch to equip a gun while in handcuffs, even though it had been confiscated from him.
In the cell at the police station, xQc then drew the weapon and took out two police officers with headshots. This caused an uproar.
The recently returned streamer Esfand reacted quickly with a ninja roll and shot xQc in the cell. He received a lot of applause for this.
The scene looks particularly amusing because the stocky Esfand, a former football player, has made his character Cornwood quite fat.
Esfand watches the scene in a replay and can hardly contain his laughter, as the stocky cop first stands in the corner to do his business and then takes out the criminal with a “John Wick” roll and a headshot.
“Selfish and only thinking of himself”
Why is this causing an uproar? xQc’s behavior actually outrages some viewers. A reddit thread on the topic has over 1,600 comments.
xQc clearly “cheated” in this scene – this is against the roleplay rules. The cops said: “We searched him thoroughly”: He shouldn’t have had any weapons in the cell.
Exploiting glitches is already frowned upon, but it is particularly taboo on roleplay servers. There are clear rules that everyone knows and takes seriously.
Furthermore, it is roleplay-wise difficult to explain how the cops could get back up and continue after headshots. xQc actively and significantly interfered in their roleplay.
Moreover, it seems completely unrealistic that a criminal in the cell simply commits double police murder: How would the roleplay have continued from there?
Other streamers do not want to end up as victims in YouTube clips
xQc’s behavior is generally viewed critically. One of the “shot” cops is the popular Twitch streamer MOONMOON. He says: He has no interest in being exploited by xQc to create YouTube clips from his misconduct and contribute to xQc becoming even more popular.
MOONMOON says: xQc acts so badly only because he wants attention. He is deliberately looking to get banned. No normal person would behave like that. It is selfish and reckless.
No one behaves like you do. I refuse to believe it. I no longer want to be part of this. […] I refuse to be farmed for “xQc gets banned from No Pixel 3.0” clips on YouTube.
MOONMOON
This also ties into xQc’s previous behavior: He is known for being a terrible loser and simply not adhering to rules that should apply to everyone.
xQc banned from No Pixel for “a few days”
This is the consequence of the ban: xQc has been banned from the server for his behavior.
xQc himself wrote on Discord: He is banned for “a few days”, during which his character will go on a cruise (via twitter).
However, the clip has brought him a lot of attention: xQc is by far the most-watched streamer on Twitch. Fans enjoy his behavior as the “bad boy.”
xQc feels harassed by cops
This is what xQc says: He apologizes for his behavior:
“What I did … is terrible. I should be banned for this, and I have been banned for this.”
xQc
xQc also admits that he would be furious if another person behaved that way toward him.
But xQc also believes that he was merely defending himself. He was already angry and past the “point of no return” in that situation.
He accuses the “cop” streamers on the server of taking far too long when arresting him or interacting with him. Or they would arrest him without engaging in any form of roleplay.
He believes: Cop streamers would intentionally take their time to have xQc in their streams and benefit from his fame.
Therefore, he finds it actually okay for him to defend himself in this way. Because this behavior of the cop streamers is just boring and no one likes it.
This is what it’s about: This is the same conflict that xQc had on the Rust roleplay server. xQc constantly wants action and to give his fans something. Therefore, he often takes on the role of a “bad boy” and imposes his style of fast action on other streamers. In doing so, he is not so concerned about the rules and streams of others. He mainly focuses on himself and his audience.
Other streamers who play by the “rules” apparently feel harassed by this.
xQc functions as an accelerant on Twitch: There’s a lot going on and there’s plenty of spectacle, but eventually, the place is burned down.
The streamer xQc shapes the current events on Twitch like hardly anyone else. Meanwhile, the former Overwatch pro still grapples with the platform, even though he once said, “The Twitch chat raised him”:
Streamer is incredibly successful, but Twitch culture is driving him crazy.
