A former Counter-Strike professional has given away his legendary knife for a good cause. In the final moment, he struggled with tears.
Who is it about? Jarosław “pashaBiceps” Jarząbkowski is a former Counter-Strike professional who ended his career as an eSports player in 2019 and is among the most successful eSports players in Poland. His greatest success during his active playing time was in 2014 when he won the Katowice Major with the Virtus.pro team in the final against Ninjas in Pyjamas.
Besides his successes in Counter-Strike, “Pasha” is particularly known for two things: his kind-hearted nature and – as his in-game name suggests – his large biceps. He showed his followers that physical fitness and performance go hand in hand in eSports.
A legendary knife for a good cause
Why is he selling his knife? In Poland, a charity event organized by Polish YouTuber Patryk “Łatwogang” Garkowski took place from April 17 to 26, raising money for children with cancer. The content creator was live for 9 consecutive days to reach a fundraising goal of approximately 117,000 euros for the Cancer Fighters Foundation, which was significantly surpassed with over 53 million euros.
pashaBiceps decided to also be a part of the charity event with the Counter-Strike community. The now 38-year-old opened a kind of public auction and offered his legendary Karambit | Fade, which fans had seen in streams and tournament broadcasts for years.
The idea of the auction was quite simple: users could send offers to the former CS professional via message on X.com or comment under the post. The knife would ultimately go to the highest bidder, while the money bid would go to Łatwogang’s charity campaign.
The highest bid ultimately amounted to approximately 18,000 euros and came from the eSports organization “Team Nemesis” and their CEO Chris “Momo” Evans.
The Karambit Fade from pashaBiceps is not among the most valuable knives in Counter-Strike, but for the former CS professional, it holds high emotional value and is associated with many memories from his eSports career.
Nonetheless, during a Twitch stream on April 27, 2026, the moment finally came, and after a few final matches with the knife, he transferred it via Steam to the new owner. He struggled with tears and showed once again how important this digital knife was to him, which he has now given away for a good cause.
Knives have a special significance in Counter-Strike. A collector was willing to pay 1.2 million US dollars for a very special case-hardened Karambit, but the offer was not sufficient.
