It takes place in the same universe as the original MMORPG Jade Dynasty from 2007 and offers an open world. The MMORPG places a strong emphasis on narrative elements and offers a variety of quests, dungeons, and world bosses that can be tackled solo or in groups. Additionally, there is an extensive crafting system and social features like guilds that promote player interaction. World of Jade Dynasty is a typical theme-park MMORPG that aims to offer something to as many players as possible.
