Twilight Oath
What makes this sniper special: Twilight Oath is classified as a rapid-fire sniper (140 rate of fire). The sniper rifle has the lowest possible zoom – only found on ‘Revoker’. The solar weapon is equipped in the energy slot.
The sniper has great handling and a strong aim assist. Opposing Guardians can be surprisingly quickly taken out with two quick body shots without much precision. Only the range leaves something to be desired. However, this can be compensated with strong perks.
These perks are particularly good for PvP:
- Slot 1 – First shot (greatly improves the range and precision of the first shot, almost magically guiding the bullet to the enemy’s head)
- Slot 2 – Breath control
How to get Twilight Oath: To own this sniper, you must either go into the Menagerie or the Dreaming City.
In the Dreaming City, the weapon can randomly drop from all activities. Only here do you have a chance for the so-called “curated roll”. This is a Bungie-designed roll that comes with fixed perks. Only in this way can the combination of ‘Snapshot sights’ and ‘Breath control’ be achieved.
In the Menagerie, you can specifically farm Twilight Oath via runes and the chalice. This is the needed combination:
