Exotic weapons are one of the hallmarks of the Destiny universe. Even some gamers who have never played Destiny have heard stories of the Gjallarhorn. Exotics are often very powerful, feature creative attributes, or break the rules.
Since you can carry only one exotic weapon at a time, we have put together a “Top 5” list for you. This should make it a bit easier for you to choose from the rather large collection to fight through the current content of Shadowkeep.

The Huckleberry
What is the Huckleberry? The Huckleberry is a kinetic submachine gun and requires primary ammunition.
What makes the SMG so special? The longer you fire, the higher the rate of fire becomes. If you defeat an enemy, the weapon partially reloads. Additionally, you receive one stack of “Raging” for each kill, up to a maximum of three stacks.
Raging and other formerly powerful PvE perks were significantly weakened at the launch of Shadowkeep. However, the Huckleberry is an exception. In contrast to other versions of “Raging,” the exotic variant provides double the damage bonus. With a 3x stack, you deal a whopping 66% extra damage.
How to get the Huckleberry: The Huckleberry is a so-called “world drop”. This means that the weapon can come randomly from all exotic sources. There is no special quest; you have to rely on your loot luck.
How to obtain the exotic catalyst and what can the masterwork version do? You can randomly receive the masterwork catalyst for this weapon after successfully completing heroic adventures – for example on Mars or Mercury.
Thanks to the catalyst, the SMG reloads the entire magazine after a kill. Therefore, you no longer need to interrupt and can plow through hordes of enemies. The Huckleberry is also ideal for eliminating groups of enemies in Shadowkeep.
