Place 15: Trove
Definitely from the era of “Minecraft clones” comes the voxel MMORPG Trove, although it is significantly more quirky and differs from its great model – only the graphics are still mostly in common. In Trove, exploring and fighting – together with other players – is at the forefront; characters can be leveled and improved, while loot can be found around every corner of the game world. Additionally, the whole block fun is free-to-play, allowing everyone to get a taste of the game for free. 79% positive ratings among players thus secure Trove the 15th place on our list.

Place 14: Mechwarrior Online
In Mechwarrior Online, players take on the role – or better said, the armor – of the titular mechs to shoot lead, plasma, and a lot of bolts at each other in exciting battles. Depending on the play style, you choose a smaller mech to rush quickly and nimbly across the battlefield, but also very fragile, or build a true iron colossus, which, although slow and powerful, is also very sturdy. Tacticians and shooter fans will definitely get their money’s worth – which is quite low, as Mechwarrior Online is free-to-play and with 80% positive ratings is our place 14.

Place 13: Robocraft
Finally build your own battle robot – this dream is realized by Robocraft. In this action MMO, players first have to assemble a battle robot. After that, the player takes control of their vehicle and throws themselves into battle against other players. This free-to-play action game has convinced 80% of players to give a positive review and ranks it in a well-deserved 13th place.

Place 12: Neverwinter
Neverwinter invites you to a fantastical world where heroes can expect action-packed gameplay, whether alone, with, or against other players. The MMORPG is based on the award-winning fantasy role-playing game Dungeons&Dragons: Players explore familiar locations from D&D and engage in thrilling real-time battles against mighty foes. In addition, Neverwinter provides a tool that allows heroes to create their own adventures in a sandbox environment that can be played by everyone. Additionally, the free-to-play game also looks good graphically. 80% positive reviews speak for themselves. This is enough for 12th place.

Place 11: Marvel Heroes
The action MMO Marvel Heroes 2016 features personnel from Marvel. Players immerse themselves in one of the iconic figures like Captain America, Wolverine, or Iron Man and fight their way through a comic world. The game has numerous similarities to Diablo. No wonder, since the mastermind behind the game, David Brevik, was also responsible for Diablo 1 and 2. Thus, Marvel Heroes resembles a Diablo with a Marvel license and stronger MMO elements. With 80%, it ranks in a good eleventh place.
