Puss in Boots is one of the best fighters in the Shrek universe, but his abilities are inconsistent depending on the film. In The Last Wish, he displayed impressive choreography, especially at the beginning of the film against a giant titan.
In other films, he is relatively unremarkable, and other characters overshadow him. Beyond that, he possesses an enormous wealth of experience. After all, he has fought many battles, and once he gets in the flow, he can defeat quite strong opponents.
