Which game is free? During the sale, you can add “Warhammer 40,000: Gladius – Relics of War” to your library for free. You have until June 1, 2023, at 19:00 to do so.
What kind of game is this? Warhammer 40,000: Gladius is a dark strategy game released in 2018, focusing on the planet “Gladius Primus.”
Gladius Primus was originally considered an archaeologically interesting planet, as the relics found there offered a glimpse into an unexplored past. But today, it is only a site of war for control over natural resources.
You take control of one of four rivaling and warlike factions: the Space Marines, Orks, Astra Militarum, or the Necrons, and build your dominance on Gladius Primus.
In addition to space mummies and space machos, the title features faction-specific technologies that you can unlock, a randomly generated game world, and an online mode. Throughout a round, you build buildings, create armies, and gather various resources – always aiming to invent new technologies and keep the war machine running.
