The actor behind the character of Hans Capon had hoped for new role offers after the tremendous success of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. However, they did not come. Now he is embarking on a new career path on Twitch.

His biggest success was certainly with his performances in Kingdom Come: Deliverance as well as Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. There, he lent his face and voice to Hans Capon – an arrogant nobleman who gradually becomes the best friend of the main character, Heinrich.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 was a huge success for Warhorse Studios. The role-playing game is said to have sold 6 million copies by June 2026 (Source: X). In a conversation with Firezide Chat, Luke Dale reflects on a rather sobering conclusion:
I wish I could say that Kingdom Come 2, the work I invested, and the fact that millions of people played it led to more jobs, but that was not the case. […]
I always build multiple pillars for myself because I don’t feel the industry has been particularly nice to me. Warhorse was absolutely fantastic. They have been so supportive and always believed in me. But the industry as a whole has always been completely indifferent.
Elden Ring instead of Hollywood
What are these pillars? Luke Dale accompanied the launch of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 on his Twitch channel LukeDaleLive, where he played through the role-playing game again. It was well received. The viewer numbers increased. The actor suddenly saw an opportunity to transform his role as Hans into something cool.
The plan is working. By now, Luke Dale has also played other games on Twitch such as Cyberpunk 2077 and Elden Ring, and hosted a sponsored Starfield stream. His follower count has risen to over 72,000. He is currently playing Gears of War: Reloaded on Twitch.
If this leads to more acting work, great, but I won’t rely on it. I know that people want me to stream, and I can build a community here if I push myself and work hard. I have done that, and it has worked incredibly well. I am really proud of it, and it is now an absolute joy for me.

As another pillar, the actor wants to open a bar in Prague. However, he has not completely given up his acting career. Regular auditions are still part of his work routine.
Warhorse Studios is currently working not only on Kingdom Come 3 but also on a role-playing game for the Middle-earth universe. That is a combination that promises a lot of potential.
