In the mystery MMO Secret World Legends, update 2.1.4 has recently been released. The highlight of the update is the new “Anima Allocation” system. With this, you can customize your hero as you wish
In most MMOs, your heroes are clearly assigned to a specific role. Tank classes have a lot of health and can take a beating but deal less damage. Healers are usually weak and fragile. DPS classes often stand out by also being unable to take hits, but they deal significant damage.
If you prefer a more balanced hero, you often end up disappointed. However, with the last update 2.1.4 in Secret World Legends, a feature was added that allows you to customize your stats in detail.
Customize your character with Anima Allocation as you wish
Thanks to the new “Anima Allocation” system, starting from level 20, you can open a menu where you can freely set the focus of your hero between three corner parameters. These three extremes are:
- Damage
- Survivability
- Healing
With the cursor, you can move your focus freely somewhere between these three attributes. So, if you want a tanky healer, you set your focus point somewhere between healing and survivability. A pure DPS hero, on the other hand, would be at the very top corner at damage.
Depending on your orientation, your stats will change, and since the system costs nothing, you can experiment as much as you want. The function is only disabled in combat.
New Talisman System as a complement to stat adjustment
With the new Anima Allocation, the system of talismans is changing. These accessories previously provided fixed bonuses to certain stats. With the new stat system, the talismans are changing, and instead of giving a bonus to certain stats, they only have an abstract power level.
Depending on your stat orientation in Anima Allocation, the power level provides bonuses to other attributes. For example, a talisman focused on survivability provides a significant bonus to your defense value and hit points. However, the same talisman focused on healing would greatly boost your healing abilities and neglect the other stats.
Also cool: To experiment even better, the cost to remove glyphs and sigils from your equipment has been reduced by 80 percent. This discount is valid until November 27.
