In the Dark Fantasy MMORPG Rift , the first content patch of the expansion “Nightmare Tide” arrives on January 28 with version 3.1. It introduces the Tyrant’s Forge, a new 20-player raid.
With patch 3.1, players can access the “Tyrant’s Throne” island in Rift. Trion Worlds speaks of “gigantic zone events” waiting for players there. After a week of acclimatization on the island (if they survive), players will then enter the 20-player raid “Tyrant’s Forge.” There, the servants of the Storm Legion, under the supervision of their tyrannical ruler Crucia, are working on completing a metal dragon.
If the heroes want to take on Crucia (in a new mechanical version), they must first get past the tormented creature “Johann” and the GOLDJUNGEN, a deep-sea mech; according to the interdimensional rules that Rift adheres to, such things are always written in all caps.
