This weekend, the double Community Day in December 2023 in Pokémon GO is taking place. You can also purchase a ticket for about €1 in the shop. We will show you the contents.
What kind of ticket is this? Every month, Pokémon GO hosts a “Community Day” with an event Pokémon and various bonuses. Additionally, you can always buy an optional ticket for €0.99 in the shop.
This provides additional research steps and rewards, which usually revolve around the event Pokémon. Since the December Community Day 2023 is a double event featuring all the Pokémon from previous Community Days in 2023, the tasks this time involve several Pokémon.

Is it worth buying?
What you need to know: In general, the ticket gives you a few extra items and bonuses that exceed the monetary value of the ticket. This includes items like the Rocket Radar, Snivy, and Incense, which cost some Poké Coins in the shop, or Elite TMs which are otherwise very rare to obtain.
However, keep in mind: You can only purchase the ticket with real money, not with Poké Coins. So you can’t earn the coins in the game for this purpose.
The ticket is worth it especially if you were planning to buy items anyway. However, you don’t need it to generally participate in the Community Day and catch the event Pokémon.
