Pokémon GO is currently celebrating its tenth anniversary. Starting July 21, 2026, you can also look forward to a new Hyperbonus event as part of the celebrations.
When does the Hyperbonus event start? On July 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The end is on Monday, July 27, at 8:00 PM.
What can you expect at the event? The event lasts a total of seven days with different events:
- July 21 – 23, 10:00 AM
- You will receive six times the catch XP
- Starters from Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn
- July 23 – 25, 10:00 AM
- eight times catch XP
- Starters from Sinnoh, Unova, and Kalos
- July 25, 10:00 AM to July 27, 8:00 PM
- ten times catch XP
- Starters from Alola, Galar, and Paldea
During the entire duration, the following actions will also take place:
- Lure modules will bring new Pokémon
- Tanhel
- Kaumalat
- Grolldra
- more Pokémon are expected to appear, but are not yet confirmed
- Raids with the following Pokémon in party hats will start
- Sleima
- Rattikarl
- Nidorino
- Gengar
- Woingenau
- Starters can learn top attacks of their type at the highest level
- Water: Hydro Pump
- Fire: Flamethrower
- Grass: Leaf Tornado
- GO Pass is active
- may bring a Gold Lure Module
