What kind of monster is this? Staraptor is a monster from Generation 4. It is the evolution of Staravia, which evolves from Staralili. While Staraptor has the types Normal and Flying, the types in mega evolution change to Fighting and Flying.

When is the Pokémon in raids? You can catch Mega Staraptor for the first time during the upcoming Super Mega Raid Day. This takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Super Mega Raid: Keep in mind that Mega Staraptor is a Super Mega Raid. You will need not only strong counters but also enough trainers with Mega Pokémon in battle to break the boss’s shields. For Mega-Staraptor, 8 trainers with Mega Evolutions are required.
