In Pokémon GO there are raids where you must defeat various raid bosses to catch them later. In this overview, we show you all the bosses.
The raids are a new co-op feature in Pokémon GO, where you must defeat a strong raid boss with groups of up to 20 players. The bosses are Pokémon with particularly high CP and are divided into different difficulty levels.
Some of them, you can defeat alone (for example, Magikarp). Others, like Tyranitar, are too strong for one player.
Update from November 5, 2017
Last night, some new raid bosses were added. We have updated our list with the new bosses. According to initial reports, a few of the old bosses are also appearing. We will keep this list updated for you.
Raid Boss Difficulty Levels – What Can Be Done Alone?
Currently, the raid bosses in Pokémon GO are classified into four difficulty levels. The higher the number, the more difficult the boss fight becomes. You can defeat a level 1 raid boss alone. For level 4, you should bring friends and other trainers for help. The fifth level is for legendary Pokémon that appear in raids.
A raid boss in Pokémon GO is a Pokémon from the game that has particularly high combat points (CP). After you defeat the boss, its combat points drop, and you can try to catch the boss with special Poké Balls.
In this overview, we show you the difficulty levels, the CP as a boss (and after capture at 100% IV values). How many trainers you ultimately need to defeat a Pokémon also depends on how good your Pokémon are.
