A group of friends celebrated a birthday together in ARC Raiders with everything that belongs to it and what the game has to offer. However, as it is with an online multiplayer, they did not stay alone for long and were soon discovered by foreign raiders.
How did the player’s birthday go? The birthday child and Reddit user MacmanYTB shared a clip with the ARC Raiders community that he recorded during his in-game celebration. Along with his trio, they played appropriate music, set off fireworks, played instruments, and danced.

However, they were not the only ones in the lobby, as it happened to be Stella Montis. It didn’t take long for other raiders to notice the music and the fireworks. And for the occasion of another raider’s new year of life, they left the PvP-laden reputation of the map behind and celebrated with them.
Stella Montis turns into a joint party instead of a battlefield
Why is Stella Montis one of the least suitable places for a friendly birthday party? Stella Montis is one of the 5 open maps in ARC Raiders, which is rated significantly riskier compared to the others. It is much tighter and more enclosed, making it an excellent place for PvP-seeking players.
Although the player’s birthday party was in the relatively open lobby of Stella Montis, which they at least secured one-sidedly with a barricade, they could have (especially as a trio) encountered much more hostile players.
That the group of peaceful raiders was visited and even celebrated without shooting anyone is therefore not a given.
What could have further increased the risk for the group? Also, the fact that the group of friends was in Stella Montis as a trio could have backfired for the celebrators. For solo players, even Stella Montis could become a more relaxed place in ideal cases, where one can complete tasks and look for certain resources. However, a trio means for many players in the lobby: shoot without hesitation.
How different the experience in ARC Raiders can be for solos, duos, and trios is confirmed by many players: As a lone wolf, one plays more of a relaxed wandering simulator, while as a trio, one lands in World War III.
It’s all the more pleasant to see that the birthday group’s calmness is met with the same attitude in Stella Montis.
That the friends along with the other raiders can already dance so well could actually benefit them in dealing with an annoying opponent.
