Where can I find onion seeds? To obtain onion seeds, you have two options. Either you get lucky and encounter a traveling merchant. This merchant occasionally visits your camp and brings different goods, including onion seeds. You can purchase them for 100 gold coins.
If you are tired of waiting, you can also hunt certain Pals and may get a seed or two for growing onions with a bit of luck. The most important Pals for this endeavor are:
- Cinnamoth
- Mossanda
- Vaelet
If you defeat or capture one of them, you have a 50% chance of receiving a seed.
Why do I need onion seeds? You need onion seeds to build an onion farm. With it in your storage, you can assign your Pals the task of growing onions. This way, you are no longer bound to painstakingly search for the vegetable in the wilderness. To build an onion farm, you need technology level 36 and two points to unlock the blueprint. Aside from that, you also need the following materials:
- 3 x onion seeds
- 70 x wood
- 50 x stone
- 5 x Pal juice
Why are onions so important? Onions are no insignificant vegetable; in fact, they are one of the most significant ingredients for preparing food. These dishes provide you and your Pals with massive buffs that you can benefit from in combat and exploration. Therefore, if you want to be successful, especially in the endgame, you should put on your boots soon and diligently harvest onions.
