Today, on March 15th, the servers for For Honor are going down. An update will be deployed that is supposed to improve match stability. Patch for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Ubisoft is spontaneously bringing a live update this evening. A short server downtime is necessary for this.
On all platforms (PS4, Xbox One, and PC), the servers will be shut down at 6 PM. The expected downtime is 10 to 15 minutes, so you can play again around 6:15 PM.
What changes during today’s maintenance?
Ubisoft reports that they have identified a bug that causes error codes #6000018 and #6000039. These result in disconnections in multiplayer matches.
During today’s maintenance, a fix for this bug will be deployed on all platforms. This is expected to improve match stability.
The team will monitor how the fix affects the player experience. They are aware of a graphical glitch with the Conqueror during his death animation with the weapon. This glitch will be addressed in a future update.
18:11: The Speaker has a new 12-part quest that guides players through the new content – focusing on story, patrol, PvP, strikes.
18:13: New content for Eververse, the cash shop. The new box is called “Treasure of Ages” – it will contain all the items that have been in Eververse: Sparrow horns, emotes, all sorts of things. But there will also be completely new items: 4 armor pieces, ships, emblems. Ornaments for the Vex Mythoclast and the Necrochasm have also been spotted. These are supposed to be the last items for Eververse – those who still have silver or silver dust should act, advises DeeJ. How nice of him.
18:18: Shaxx’s inventory is being introduced. He now has two weekly bounties.
18:22: The Challenge of Elders is being revamped – leveling up to power level 390 and is supposed to be significantly more rewarding than before.
Nightfall strike with more frequent supers
18:23: Nightfall strike has a new modifier “Daybreak” – which causes all recharge rates of Guardians to be accelerated: So more supers, grenades, and melee. Like Mayhem in PvP. Daybreak replaces the “Epic” modifier when it is active. This only occurs every four weeks.
18:25. Strike list “Siva Crisis Heroic” (power level 350) grants 1 “Treasure of Ages” on the first weekly playthrough.
18:26: There is now a “weekly story playlist“, which replaces the daily story playlist. There is also a Treasure of Ages here. Modifiers are active. The playlist grants up to 100 tokens per week, but it must be played 5 times. Depending on the weekly theme, all story missions on Mars and Venus are included.
3 Treasure of Ages per week for “relatively easy” weekly activities
18:29: The last weekly activity is focused on PvP. A 6v6 playlist that changes from week to week. There is also a Treasure of Ages here – players can score a total of 3 Treasure of Ages per week for free, if they participate in the respective activities.
18:31: Now there are images from a Daybreak strike to show how many supers and abilities are flying around in the new Nightfall strike.
18:33: Nothing changes about the strikes, except that Guardians are now becoming more powerful due to the shorter cooldowns. It is a last hurrah for Guardians to have fun when their “light flies around in all directions.”
Nightfall strikes will be covered with space magic – every 4 weeks
18:35: Rainbow Strikes are making a comeback. These are the strikes where all elemental damage is increased. Currently, it seems that Nightfall strikes are now without any challenge. If something was “casualized”, then this is it.
18:39: Nightfall strikes should no longer be cautiously played, but rather full throttle, just go in and smash everything.
18:43: “If Destiny had always been this way, it wouldn’t be a shooter, but a game with space magic,” says DeeJ.
18:46: This “Daybreak” modifier is supposed to come only every 4 weeks. However, the update on March 28 starts with Daybreak. No matter what Bungie says: In those weeks, the Nightfall strike will be an Easy Mode.
The blue flames after completing Nightfall in Destiny are back
18:47: The “blue flames” around the head after completing a Nightfall strike are back. This delights the chat.
18:48: That’s it. Next week there will be information about new gear coming in. We will again accompany that with a live ticker.
More information about “Age of Triumph” in Destiny can be found here. We present what happened last week.
In Destiny, Bungie is presenting weekly rituals for the new update “Age of Triumph” today, March 15, in a live stream. We will accompany this on Mein MMO with a live ticker.
On March 28, “Age of Triumph” will be released, the last update for Destiny 1. Today, Bungie is presenting more content in a live stream. Above all, it will probably be about the mysterious “Daybreak Strikes”. Currently, there is hardly any information beyond the name. However, there is already plenty of speculation that they will offer some kind of “Superman” mode, with frequently activated super abilities of the Guardians.
Because they have already switched to daylight saving time in the USA, while we in Germany have not, the time difference is currently a strange 8 hours instead of the usual 9 hours. Therefore, the live stream starts at 18:00 our time. We will accompany the live stream here on Mein MMO in German.
Here you see the live stream:
17:53: There is currently a strange atmosphere in Destiny. Since the announcement that Year 2 will start over completely, and that they will not take anything from Destiny 1, everything that is coming now feels somehow as if it doesn’t really count anymore, as if there is a kind of veil over Destiny. We’ll see if that will pass in 2 weeks when new content is actually deployed.
17:54: It is quite certain that enthusiasm will rise again in June when Bungie presents Destiny 2 at E3. There are some worries about what will happen until then. Bungie laid all their cards on the table last Wednesday regarding what they still had up their sleeves. Things that players have been looking forward to for years and that the community has been demanding for years. And the reaction from the players was: Aha … okay. They might have kept the “With Destiny 2, everything is new” thing to themselves until May or June…
17:55: Oh, the countdown has begun. It will start around 18:05.
18:02: DeeJ is doing a soundcheck. Today he is joined by two Senior Designers, Tim Williams and Joe Sifferman.
The live stream on March 15 for Destiny – This is what was said, these are the new details
18:09: This moment when you realize how much Luke Smith is missed. He promotes the “big things” in Destiny. For smaller events and content updates, they have designers from Bungie’s second and third tier. They are all certainly important and cool, but … not quite the showman like Luke Smith.
18:11: The Speaker has a new 12-part quest that guides players through the new content – focusing on story, patrol, PvP, strikes.

The bot manufacturer Bossland from Zwickau is in trouble. The creators behind bots for WoW, Diablo and Overwatch are being sued for around $8.5 million.
The game developer Blizzard has been in a legal conflict with the Zwickau company Bossland for years. They create cheat programs for Blizzard’s popular games.
Specifically, it concerns bots for
WoW (Honorbuddy)
Overwatch (Watchover Tyrant)
Diablo 3 (Demonbuddy)
Hearthstone (Hearthbuddy)
Heroes of the Storm (Stormbuddy)
For a long time, it seemed like the conflict would remain unresolved. It went from instance to instance in Germany, without much movement in the matter. Recently, however, the legal pendulum seems to be swinging in favor of Blizzard – Bossland is noticing this.
The ban waves against their WoW bot have also increased recently. It seemed like Blizzard had Bossland in their sights.
Bossland is to pay over $8.7 million
Now it seems Blizzard is gearing up for a legal knockout. According to the site Torrentfreak, Blizzard wants over $8.5 million from Bossland. This time the jurisdiction is not in Germany, but in the USA: in Santa Ana, California.
The bill is: Bossland sold 42,818 hacks in the USA that violate the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To compensate for this, Blizzard is seeking $200 per sale – for the price at which Bossland sells yearly licenses for the hacks, it is said. Blizzard wants the money as compensation for the infringement of copyright rights. The total amount, including attorney and court fees, amounts to $8,740,235.41 – that is €8,228,040.14.
This matter follows a lengthy court correspondence. The court has ordered Bossland to respond to this complaint and to defend itself. Bossland has missed all deadlines, reports Torrentfreak. Blizzard itself says it only demands the “minimum”; they could have demanded more in their view. It is assumed that Bossland earned considerably more from the sales.
Torrentfreak believes that since Bossland did not defend itself, it is likely that Blizzard will be awarded a large sum. However, whether they will actually see any of that money is questionable.

Every Wednesday, EA Sports reveals the Team of the Week in the “Ultimate Team” mode of their annual football simulation. This is also the case in FIFA 17. The players who performed outstandingly in real football during the past week are rewarded with special cards that have enhanced attributes.
You can pack the TOTW cards within a week from those sets that can contain Rare (Gold) players. However, the chance of doing so is to be considered low. Additionally, you can purchase these on the transfer market if they are offered by other players. The prices for them are usually extremely high.
Finally, it’s here: Players on PS4 and Xbox One can enjoy the Minecraft-like MMO Trove. Trion Worlds has released two new videos for the launch of Trove, including the Trove Launch Trailer.
Since March 14th, Trove has officially been playable on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. This marks the end of the beta phases, and everyone can fully dive in and visit the colorful voxel worlds. There, you’ll encounter plenty of adventures and battles against dangerous monsters. You can also upgrade your hero and equip them with more powerful gear that you can even craft yourself.
Create and Destroy – The Trove Launch Trailer for PS4 and Xbox One
Trove resembles Minecraft visually for a reason. Just like in Minecraft, it’s possible to change the world. You can even create your own worlds according to your ideas and invite other players to see them and embark on adventures there. As in an MMORPG, you create a hero from different classes and then explore the worlds with friends, descend into dungeons, retrieve treasures, and withstand nasty traps. PvP is even possible.

The glossy MOBA game Paragon turns one year old and is celebrating this anniversary with a bunch of goodies. Every player will receive at least one skin as a gift and a new heroine will be added with update v38.3.
To celebrate the first anniversary, the developers from Epic are gifting you one skin from the following “Treasure Chest Skins” list. Founders will actually receive two of them!
Desert Twinblast
Monarch Dekker
Monarch Sparrow
Monarch Murdock
Midnight Muriel
Cobalt Steel
Replacement for double skins – 500 coins
Additionally, to celebrate the birthday, there will be double XP for a week, and the “Everything Bundle” is reduced by 50%, the “Hero Bundle” by 33%, and 10 Treasure Chest Keys by 20% in the shop.
Paragon Update v38.3 – New Heroine Yin and Banners
Along with the anniversary, update v38.3 will roll out to the servers. The highlight: The new heroine Yin, a whip-swinging carry who can even reflect projectiles with her laser whip. Moreover, she can extend her range, slow down opponents, pull them towards her, and then deal significant damage.

If you achieve kills with Yin or any other hero, update v38.3 will allow you to place banners at the location of the kill. These banners can be purchased in the shop for testing purposes. Each day in the next two weeks, there will be a new banner for the developers to see which ones resonate best with you.
New Maps and Rewards
Also cool: There are more chests! These chests come in bronze, silver, gold, and diamond colors. You will receive them whenever you would receive a random reward (for example, when leveling up). All your tributes will be converted into an appropriate chest, and victory chests will transform into silver chests. Daily logins will also be rewarded; the more consecutively you log in, the more valuable the rewards become.
The three are “untouchable” – Gideon, Howitzer, and Kallari
As a preview of the extensive changes to the card system, update v38.3 will introduce new maps as well as revisions of many old maps. The aim is to enhance previously less popular maps.
The Frostkeep Studios, consisting of former Blizzard employees, aim to develop an online game Rend that is a mix of MMO and survival game, but brings fresh air to this area.
The Frostkeep Studios announced the new survival MMO Rend at Pax East. Developers who previously worked on World of Warcraft (WoW), League of Legends (LoL), WildStar, and other titles are working on Rend.
Survival games are currently so popular among developers that some players are already fearing that the market could be flooded with such titles.
So the announced survival MMO Rend has a tough road ahead. However, the developers are aware of the situation and aim to offer a player experience that differs from other survival games.
What is Rend? MMORPG meets Survival and MOBA
In the game, you create a hero from the classes Assassin, Mystic, Survivalist, and Soldier and must join one of the factions that are fighting for supremacy in the world. This is the core of the online game. The parties, consisting of about 20 to 30 players, must achieve victory within a specified time.
A new season begins afterward, in which you may take over your hero. You do not have to start completely from scratch again. However, your skills are no longer available to you. Players are to always meet on equal footing. Just because someone has played seven seasons does not mean they are automatically better than someone who is new.
The world is divided into three valleys, belonging to the three factions Conclave, Order, and Revenant. In each valley, there is a so-called Divinity Stone. In this, the party collects souls. This stone must be destroyed to kick the faction out of the season, thus introducing MOBA elements into the game. However, destroying the stone is not easy.
Your valley should not remain unprotected. After all, the third faction could launch an attack while the warriors are in battle. Additionally, monsters roam through the world, further complicating matters. Crafting weapons and equipment is just as important as gathering resources.
The clock is ticking …
To achieve your goal, you should also explore the world. For you can find hidden artifacts that are particularly powerful and help you destroy your enemies. You must always proceed tactically in the survival MMO Rend. Your valley and your Divinity Stone must be protected, but you should also ensure to eliminate an enemy party.
How much time do you spend gathering resources and crafting weapons? It is also always worth considering whether to search for artifacts. All of this takes time, which counts down incessantly. When it reaches 0, the Reckoning event begins.
Then your base will be vulnerable to everything and everyone, and the mysterious Lost will appear, aiming to destroy all other parties. The winning faction will be rewarded with Meta-Progression Points. You use these in the next season to unlock new customizations and upgrades for your hero. Additionally, players will have the opportunity to set up their own servers with their own rules. A release date for Rend has not yet been determined, but the developers plan to start an early access phase this spring.

The developers of the survival MMO Rend have put a lot of thought into how they can revamp the survival online gaming genre. The MMORPG elements, time pressure, and MOBA gameplay could bring fresh air. The question is whether all of this will not be too complex and thus too complicated. MOBAs are fast-paced and straightforward. Survival games also focus on the essentials. Combining all of this with an MMORPG and then exposing players to time pressure could either work excellently or backfire badly…

In Destiny, the weekly PvP playlist has been changed. The reason for this is a glitch affecting the Guardians’ supers.
As early as mid-February, we reported on a glitch that allowed Titans infinite hammers and also let the Blade Dancer act endlessly. A good month later, this glitch is still at large.
It works in both PvE and PvP: You only need a charged super, a Sparrow, and the right timing. Since a Sparrow is necessary, you shouldn’t worry in most Crucible modes about becoming a victim of this mischief. You should avoid the “Combined Arms” mode: Here you fight 6v6 with vehicles.
Combined Arms was replaced this week
As early as mid-February, the weekly PvP playlist was “Combined Arms”. In this featured PvP mode, you could win a Radiant Treasure and 10 Legendary Marks. However, Bungie intervened a few hours after the weekly reset. They wrote: To address an urgent issue, Combined Arms is replaced by Witch’s Brew: Conflict.
And that’s exactly what happened again after the this week’s weekly reset. Bungie did not comment on Twitter this week, yet Combined Arms was once again replaced by Witch’s Brew: Conflict. In this mode, while many flying hammers can still be expected, it at least has its justification.
When Bungie will be able to eliminate this glitch remains to be seen. With the upcoming content update “Age of Triumph”, there would be an opportunity, for example. This update brings, in addition to upgraded raids and a record book, also a sandbox patch. Perhaps with the Age of Triumph, the age of the super glitch will come to an end.
The latest Battlefield 1 Update 1.07 brought many changes to the game. However, not all changes were documented in the patch notes.
Yesterday, the Update 1.07 for Battlefield 1 was released, activating several changes in the game. The biggest and most obvious changes are the They Shall not Pass contents with four new maps, new operations, and a new game mode. Besides these striking new contents, there were further changes that went unnoticed.
The reason for this is that some were not mentioned in the patch notes. Others, like the grenade changes, were probably overshadowed by larger features.
Exchange Scraps for Skins
Previously, you could only exchange scraps in Battlefield 1 for battlepacks to obtain weapon skins. However, this has changed since the last Patch 1.07 not only for premium players but for all players. Now you can obtain the contents of the battlepacks in another way.
Under the battlepack category in the game’s menu, there is now a new tab called Exchange. There you will find items that you can purchase with scraps. So it is no longer necessary to rely on luck for the right weapon skin with a battlepack. Items you like from this offer can be purchased directly.
Every time DICE releases a new battlepack revision, the items offered here will be rotated. The selection of these items includes not only weapons, but also puzzle pieces or squad XP boosts.
You can scrap weapons or items from battlepacks and keep the scraps you receive to buy a skin from this exchange selection that you like.
The community has long demanded another way to acquire items in the game. With this exchange system, the developers are making a significant step in the right direction. Even if DICE can still decide which items make it into this selection.
Changes to Gas Grenades
In the Battlefield 1 1.07 patch notes, the developers explained that they want to curb the excessive use of explosive equipment and grenades. To that end, they changed the method by which grenades are replenished. The main change is that the ammunition for gas, smoke, and mini grenades was reduced from 2 to 1. Additionally, ammo packs no longer replenish grenades.
To replenish grenades, you must stand by a crate and wait for the timer. This leads to significantly less grenade spam on the maps. If you are not satisfied with these changes, you can let the developers know in the forum. The system is still being tested and can be changed at any time.
Giant’s Shadow – Less Fog
These changes arose due to community feedback. The Giant’s Shadow map was released at the end of last year and has now received some significant changes. The fog density on this map has been reduced after many players complained about it.
After the fog set in on Giant’s Shadow, the vehicles on the map were hardly used due to the visibility being much too low. As a pilot, it was almost impossible to see what was happening on the ground. Tank drivers were constantly surprised by assault soldiers coming out of the dense fog.
Observe DLC Games without Premium
Another new feature in Patch 1.07 is the ability for non-premium players to observe DLC matches. This allows players to see the new content directly in the game without having to pay for it.
To do this, you select a DLC server in the server browser and join as a spectator. The new content shown can help players decide whether the DLC is worth it or not. Since many players in the community do not watch YouTube videos or streams, this is a good way for them to get a taste of the new content.
6 New Dog Tags
As Youtuber Westie explains in a video, DICE has implemented four new dog tags in the game that you receive for free. There are no conditions that you need to fulfill for these badges.
Source: Youtube Westie
However, two additional new dog tags have unlocking conditions. For the “Frontlines” badge, you must win 100 games in the new Frontlines mode. The second badge is named “They Shall not Pass.” You receive it when you win a round on one of the four new DLC maps.

Battlefield 1 Patch 1.07 Patch Notes
In the new patch, a lot has changed, and the new content is already being tried out by some players. The DLC and update include:
In Ghost Recon Wildlands, you gradually dismantle the infrastructure of the Santa Blanca drug cartel. This involves taking out one cartel boss after another, including the cocaine manager Antonio. How to find and deal with him, you can learn here.
Ghost Recon Wildlands offers you a huge open world that represents all of Bolivia. In the game, the country – much to the annoyance of the real Bolivian government – is completely controlled by the Santa Blanca cartel. Your Ghost team is supposed to change this and dismantle the cartel organization piece by piece. To do this, you take out one cartel boss after another to finally catch the big shot El Sueño.

One of the cartel bosses is Antonio Garcia Taylor. The gangster is voiced by the German gangster rapper Farid Bang and controls the cartel’s cocaine warehouses. Therefore, he belongs to the “Drug Smuggling” department and is a “Buchon” (miniboss) under the smuggling officer “Beauty Queen” Nidia Flores and her right-hand man “El Boquita”. So if you want to catch these bosses, you need to get Antonio’s knowledge.
Since Antonio does not appear on the map at first, you have to search for him. Go to the province of “Mojocoyo” in western Bolivia. There, you should soon find the first clues about the local, still unknown Buchon. First, destroy the designated drug warehouses and blow up cocaine worth several million dollars.
Shortly thereafter, Antonio receives a phone call and you get an address from Agent Bowman: A heavily guarded villa in the city of “Rancho Sabla”.
GRW – Extracting Antonio
Stealth through the streets of Rancho Sabla and try to infiltrate Antonio’s house as unobtrusively as possible. Caution: There are plenty of Sicarios and alarm systems everywhere. If you’re careless, you’ll quickly stir up a hornet’s nest of Narcos. So carefully enter the villa. However, you won’t find Antonio there, but his wife Gabriella.
You briefly take her to task and get her to tell a heartbreaking story about her drug-addicted husband, who seems to have completely lost control of himself and his life. Conveniently, she also has information about his whereabouts.
Antonio is currently driving around in his sports car, and you just need to ram his car, grab the gangster, and take him to Bowman at the next safehouse. A curious interrogation scene follows, and then Antonio is gone from sight.
Antonio down – Lady Killer and other loot
Once Antonio is dealt with, you get a lot of experience and resources as well as Antonio’s gun “Lady Killer“, an exotic weapon. Lady Killer is a precise pistol with a silencer and built-in laser sight.
Once Antonio is dealt with, you can do more missions in Mojocoyo:
Antonio’s wife Gabriella should be extracted and protected from the cartel. The mission is not too difficult. Pick up Gabriella and take her to Bowman at the safehouse.
Antonio revealed the location of the big cocaine warehouse in Mojocoyo during the interrogation. This well-protected facility contains tons of cocaine and is therefore not easy to crack. Those who succeed will receive massive rewards.
Cortyn likes violence in games. But some titles tend to go overboard.
I wish you all a nice Wednesday afternoon! In the past few days, PAX East took place, and alongside some cool new trailers, there were also some presentations that prompted more thought and raised eyebrows. In my case, I’m referring to the trailer for Friday the 13th: The Game. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you can watch the trailer here. But beware, it’s brutal and not for the faint of heart:

I love violence. In pretty much all fictional works. Whether it’s a brutal “Game of Thrones” series where people are doused in molten gold, an Elf winter book where entire races are slaughtered, or a Witcher 3 game where torture, rape, and other atrocities are part of daily life. Violence makes all these worlds more vivid, exciting, and simply more interesting.
I certainly can’t speak for everyone here and unfortunately, I haven’t written a master’s thesis on violence studies, but I do think that the allure of violence can be explained quite easily. Violence and brutality are something forbidden. It’s something that society (for good reason) shuns, and that’s exactly what makes it attractive. Whether it’s gladiator fights in ancient Rome or boxing on television: violence is exciting because it’s primal, animalistic, and forbidden.
But still, I believe that violence is a narrative device that should be used with caution.
Perhaps that’s why I could never get excited about the “Mortal Kombat” series, while I enjoyed and persistently beat my friends in Dead or Alive.
When it comes to whether video games should be regarded as art, I always advocate for that. But just as a painter works with several colors to create a beautiful painting, a game should stand out for more than just pure violence. Because I can also call a completely red sheet of paper art, but no one would believe me.
I know that Friday the 13th has more to offer than violence. But the trailer didn’t convey that. The trailer forgot what makes a horror game: the horror. For me, the trailer was only repulsive. They wanted attention at any cost. They got that attention, but my interest in the game diminished.
In the right measure, violence is a true factor of tension.
What do you think about the topic of violence in video games, and especially in the trailer mentioned above? Are you looking forward to more brutal and merciless action, or do some go overboard? I’m curious about your opinions.

The YouTuber Disturbed Gaming presents his “Best Sniper PvP DPS” build in the video. In his opinion, it is an incredibly strong build that can eliminate opponents in PvP within seconds and might even be OP. We will show you how to recreate this build below the video.

This build focuses on high firearm stats and the DeadEYE gear set. When you have equipped four pieces, you receive the following bonuses:
2-piece bonus: +40% Initial Stability
3-piece bonus: +20% Sniper Rifle Critical Hit Damage
4-piece bonus: Talent – In zoom, sniper rifles lose the headshot bonus but gain 100% critical hit chance. Works only with “zoomed scopes.” You must look through the sight for the talent to activate:
Due to the talent, you want items that boost your crit damage. Focus on these armor pieces:
Chest Piece: High-end with Unyielding – Also bonus to health and enemy armor damage
Backpack: DeadEYE with bonus to crit damage
Mask: DeadEYE with bonus to enemy armor damage
Gloves: High-end with bonus to sniper rifle damage, critical hit damage, and enemy armor damage
Knees: DeadEYE with bonus to crit damage
Holster: DeadEYE with bonus to health
Focus fully on firearms and additional bonuses that increase damage with armor pieces and armor mods. Health is welcome too, so you don’t go down immediately. For performance mods, you can look for bonuses for First Aid to enhance your survivability.
This weapon is used:
Surplus SVD (Sniper Rifle): The most important talent on it is Deadly, which increases critical hit damage by 15%. The other talents are Vengeful and Capable.
The weapon mods for this build: Use a C79 Scope (3.4x) with a bonus to critical hit damage and stability. Additionally, an Extended Magazine with a bonus to crit damage and fire rate. Also, a Grip with crit damage, precision, and reload speed, as well as a Suppressor with crit damage and headshot damage.
The Skills and Talents for the Build
Choose these Skills
First Aid with the Injector Mod: You temporarily increase damage output and resistance to damage along with the normal healing effect.
Pulse with the Tactical Scanner: Damage is increased against scanned targets. Alternatively, you can choose the Pulse Amplifier, which has a shorter cooldown.
These are the Character Talents
Medical Aid: Use a first aid kit when health is low to increase damage resistance by 20% for 10 seconds.
Dodge: While moving from cover to cover, damage taken is reduced by 30%.
Tactical Advantage: Moving from cover to cover increases weapon damage by 2% for 5 seconds per meter traveled.
Steady Hands: Entering cover reduces recoil by 25% for 10 seconds.
How Effective is the Build in Practice?
In the video, you can see the build in action around 13:30. In Last Stand, opponents fall with just a few hits in seconds. The great advantage is that you don’t need to aim for heads to deal increased damage. Every hit is a crit and deals good damage.
However, the DeadEYE set also has its disadvantages: If opponents do not stay still, it can be difficult to land multiple hits in a row with an active sight, with a “zoomed scope.” In many situations, one would prefer to grab an assault rifle and shoot down opponents directly. This DeadEYE playstyle might not suit every agent.
Nevertheless: If you want to create a strong sniper build, you have an interesting variant here.
What do you think of this build? Do you play with sniper rifles?
In The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) you can create particularly powerful set items through crafting: craftable sets. We show you what these sets can do in ESO and where to find the corresponding crafting stations. Here are all sets – including those from the TESO DLCs.
The Elder Scrolls Online is a paradise for crafters. Strong items can be created by oneself.
But to create such super item sets like “Morkuldin” or “Redistributor”, you need a lot of crafting skills and the appropriate workbench. Depending on the item set, you need two or more item traits that you must have researched beforehand. It doesn’t matter which “traits” you have discovered; it only matters how many you have.
The Elder Scrolls Online: All craftable sets in the base game
You can find the following items in the zones of the three alliances in the base game. Therefore, players of any alliance could already craft these sets back then. Since you can now move freely in the world of The Elder Scrolls Online thanks to One Tamriel, it is no longer a problem to get the set where you are currently traveling.

In Destiny, Weapon Day is today, March 15th. What orders can be placed and picked up?
Today, Wednesday, the second livestream about the upcoming content update “Age of Triumph” will start at 6 PM. The developers want to talk about the weekly rituals. We already know that the raids will return on a weekly rotation and that a new strike format called “Daybreak Strikes” is coming. We at Mein-MMO will follow this stream in our live ticker. The article will publish in a timely manner this afternoon.
But first, Weapon Day will take place. Banshee-44 is waiting with a new inventory for you.
The Field-Test Weapons from March 15th
To rank up with Banshee-44, you can execute his field-test weapons in practice. Each week he brings five new test weapons:
Use a Häkke auto rifle against Fallen.
Use a SUROS auto rifle in the Crucible.
Get kills with a Häkke hand cannon in the Crucible.
Land precision shots with an Omolon hand cannon.
Use a SUROS pulse rifle against Hive targets.
5 Weapons that can be ordered this week
For 2500 Glimmer, you can choose these forge orders:
To start, you can choose the auto rifle SUROS ARI-45. High impact of 28.
From Häkke comes the hand cannon Gaheris-D. Impact 81.
The pulse rifle SUROS PDX-41 is also available. Impact 14.
With Pokémon GO GPS Spoofing, players fake their location in the game, known as Fake GPS. This type of cheating may soon be curtailed.
Honest trainers have long been annoyed by them: GPS Spoofers in Pokémon GO (Fake GPS). They easily catch monsters from the comfort of their couch all around the world.
Spoofing works through another program installed on the phone. This program signals to the phone that it is located in a completely different place. Theoretically, trainers from Bielefeld can catch Pokémon in America without having to travel there – including the regional Pokémon that do not exist here.
A new Android security update could soon put an end to this dishonest play.
GPS Fake Apps Face Issues After Android Update 7.1
The first complaints are already coming in on social networks that GPS Fake Apps are no longer working and players in Pokémon GO can no longer use fake locations. The reason for this is likely an Android security update aimed at these services.
In earlier Android versions, Fake GPS Apps could fake a different location without being detected. As a result, Pokémon GO does not recognize a problem with this location and assumes you are there.
A code change in the new Android 7.1 ensures that programs faking a different location can no longer keep this deception secret. The system can distinguish between “real” and “faked” locations.
There are already reports from users of the Android 7.1 version confirming that GPS spoofing does not work on Nexus 6P/5X devices anymore. This security patch is likely part of the Google March security update, which could also reach older Android versions (6.0.1).
Fewer GPS Fakers in the Future?
Closing this security hole is an important step in combating cheaters and ensuring fair play in the game. However, it will not immediately stop all spoofers around the world. Anyone who does not update their phone and continues using an Android version that does not recognize Fake GPS is safe for now.
Additionally, this latest Android 7.1 version is only installed on about 0.4% of devices. This overview table illustrates how many users have which version of the operating system installed:
If this security gap is indeed closed in Android version 6.0.1, it would reach many more players who exploit these fake services.
On Reddit, the first trainers are already complaining that their spoofing services no longer work. In Pokémon GO, they receive a message that there are errors recognizing the location.
Lúcio should no longer be a “mandatory pick” in Overwatch and Winston can look forward to improvements.
On Reddit, the Game Director of Overwatch, Jeff Kaplan, addressed pretty much all questions from the community. In particular, topics regarding the balance of the game were highly desired. However, it was not about the new hero Orisa, but about the two troublemakers Lúcio and Winston.
A particular headache for the development team currently is Lúcio. He is considered an absolute must-have hero in almost every game mode on nearly every map to lead the team to victory. No wonder, as he is perfect for group healing and providing a speed boost to quickly return to cover or back into battle from the spawn area. At the same time, playing Lúcio isn’t “super interesting” for many players.
Kaplan had this to say:
“Currently, we are trying out different things with Lúcio. We believe that many players see him as a “must have” in matches, while it simultaneously doesn’t feel significant to play him. We are experimenting with some ideas to make him a bit more active and at the same time less of a “must have”. Let’s see if these changes make it onto the PTR.”
The second round of changes is being prepared for the gorilla Winston. He is currently the least popular hero, at least in terms of pick rate. Although there are some players who can achieve truly magnificent plays with Winston, the science-loving gorilla seems to be too weak.
However, no specific changes were mentioned here either, and the Overwatch team does not want to make hasty decisions. “It would not be wise to overdo it with the buffs for Winston along with the release of Orisa. We need to proceed with caution. We do not want barriers and tanks to spiral out of control.”
BioWare has released the first trailer for the multiplayer of Mass Effect: Andromeda. Fans of the series will feel right at home.
Anyone who has played the multiplayer from Mass Effect 3 will quickly find their way in Mass Effect: Andromeda. The fundamental gameplay has not changed much. A team of 4 people is still created to survive a total of 10 waves of enemies to successfully complete a mission.
Every few waves, there are specific tasks to spice up the game: sometimes a drone must be escorted, sometimes a specific area must be protected. Simple “bunkering down”, as was often the case in Mass Effect 3, should no longer be possible – at least not on the higher difficulty levels.

Successful completion rewards players with credits and experience points. With the experience points, players can unlock new abilities, similar to the main game: such as enhanced biotic effects or better tech attacks.
Credits, in turn, serve as currency for purchasing supply crates in the shop. These contain – like in the predecessor – either new or stronger weapons, medipacks, rocket launchers, or special types of ammunition that can be equipped for the duration of a mission.
According to the trailer, like in the predecessor, players will also be able to buy these supply crates with real money. However, if the distribution of credits per round is anything like it was in Mass Effect 3, there is absolutely no pressure, and everything can be solidly earned through gameplay.
Whether anything has changed in terms of gameplay and if the mode is indeed more dynamic than in part 3 will be discovered in just a few days.
Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released on March 23 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
The next patch for World of Warcraft is approaching! The new quest line “A Dire Warning” has already appeared on the live servers.
For some time now, fans have been speculating about when the next update for World of Warcraft might be released. Although patch 7.1.5 has only been available for a few months and the raid “The Nighthold” has been fully accessible for just a few weeks, more and more hints suggest that patch 7.2 “The Tomb of Sargeras” could be released much earlier than players and fan sites expect.
The latest clue can be viewed by players themselves, as since yesterday (March 14, 2017) a wounded NPC is waiting in your class hall with a new quest “A Dire Warning”. He speaks of the atrocities on the Broken Shore and wants to “warn” the heroes. The quest seems to be independent of the progress of the own class campaign, only level 110 must have been reached by the character.
What exactly he wants to warn us about is not directly revealed, as the follow-up quest requires us to send a team of our champions on an exploration mission via the mission table. As a reward, the completion of the quest awaits, and depending on success, a moderate amount of artifact power.
Currently, the quest line seems to pause after this task. However, further tasks related to the shore can still be completed at the mission table – such as rescuing the wounded. Whether it continues afterwards remains to be seen.

It is possible that the series will continue next Tuesday and unlock the next step – very similar to the Illidan quest line or the pre-event for Legion back in the day.
Whether the quest will continue at all or if this is just a small teaser for the next patch, we do not know at this time. However, Legion once again proves that content and patches are now more logically interconnected than in previous expansions.

Ubisoft typically releases updates on Thursdays. Therefore, we expect these combat gestures to be available on March 16.
The end of the beta of the sandbox MMORPG ArcheAge has now been analyzed. Researchers want to draw conclusions from it about an apocalypse in the real world.
In autumn 2014, a beta for ArcheAge took place, which ended with a “hard wipe”. All progress was deleted before the release of ArcheAge.
Researchers from California analyzed 270,000,000 data points to find out how players behaved at the end of the beta. They want to draw conclusions about how humanity would behave in the face of the apocalypse.
According to the researchers, there are clear parallels between the end of a beta and the end of the world.
Above all, the researchers focused on a saying by Martin Luther “If I knew that tomorrow the world would go to ruin, I would still plant an apple tree today.” The meaning is: even in the face of his own death, Luther would still work for the progress of humanity, wanting to leave something behind.
With this saying in mind: How do players behave in the event of an apocalypse? How do they spend their time when they know: tomorrow nothing will be there. Tomorrow everything is over.
The results are not as positive as with Luther, but humanity is not as terrible as apocalyptic scenarios like Mad Max suggest.
No one plants apple trees when the world ends
In short: players tend to end quests, level-up, and other progress activities like planting trees. But the “social aspects of the game” increase. Only a few became murderers in the game and attacked each other. Rather, positive trends emerged. Players talked to each other, teamed up to solve high-level quests. Existing social bonds were strengthened, and new relationships were formed.
However, no parallels could be drawn to Luther’s saying about the apple tree. There is a difference between dying alone – as Luther surely meant – and children having an apple tree as a keepsake. Or whether the world really comes to an end.
There are undoubtedly differences between a virtual apocalypse and the actual end of the world. However, researchers rely on such virtual apocalypses. A real apocalypse is still missing in the history of mankind.
In ArcheAge, hardly anyone planted an apple tree anymore; instead, players spent the end of the world more in the company of others.
