In week 8 of Season 4 in Fortnite: Battle Royale, there is again a treasure to find. The hint is: Search between a bear, a crater, and a fridge delivery. How to find the treasure can be found here with video and map.
On to the treasure! Unlike in previous weeks, the treasure from week 8 of Season 4 in Fortnite was not known beforehand. The usually eager data miners couldn’t dig up anything concrete from the code.
Epic probably wants to maintain the suspense and has therefore better hidden the information. But now the Week 8 Challenge of Fortnite is finally officially known and we know where to search for the treasure in Fortnite!
The treasure between a bear, a crater, and a fridge delivery – Here’s how to find it!
The treasure is again worth 10 valuable Battle Stars. This gives a complete level in the Battle Pass as always. To find the treasure, you need to find the exact location between the following three landmarks:
A bear
A crater
A fridge delivery
At the intersection between these three places is the treasure.

The location of the treasure
Anyone who knows the map of Fortnite probably already knows where to look. The targeted area is located south of Retail Row. There you can already see the statue of a bear.
Do you see the bear?
To the south of that is a truck with a fridge and then to the east is the crater. Thus, the treasure is exactly in the middle, at three trees. The coordinates on the map are I7 (top edge).

Just land at the spot between the three landmarks and search near the three trees. The treasure will appear as soon as you approach it.

But be careful that no one shoots you! And once you have the star, you should definitely finish the match correctly; otherwise, it won’t count.

Deal damage to enemies with headshots (250): This is not as difficult as it sounds. Especially with shotguns, you can easily achieve a headshot if you roughly aim at the upper body. Other rapid-fire weapons also hit the head more often than you might think.
Search chests in Salty Springs (7): There are quite a few chests here, but right at the beginning of the challenge, things should go pretty smoothly. So it’s better to wait or only go there if it’s really out of the way and not a lot of competition is expected. Here is a map showing all treasure chests in Salty Springs in Fortnite.
Find hungry gnomes (7): What hungry gnomes are and where to find them, you can learn here in the dedicated 7-Gnomes Guide on Mein MMO.
Search chests in the same match (7): To complete this task, it’s worth landing in a very remote location and looting chests there at your leisure. Ideally, you combine this task with an open chest challenge from previous weeks. But keep in mind that you have to complete it all in one match.
How’s the loot? As always, you get 5 stars in the Battle Pass for each task.
These are the hard challenges in week 8 of Fortnite
These three challenges are each worth 10 stars in the Battle Pass. This means that you level up fully every time you complete one.
Eliminate enemies with suppressed weapons (3): A rather difficult task. Because suppressed weapons are not exactly the strongest guns in the game. At least the submachine gun can be quite deadly at the beginning of the game. So it’s best to land in Tilted Towers and go hunting with the SMG.
Eliminate enemies at Pleasant Park (3): Pleasant Park is a good area to rack up kills. Just land there, grab a powerful weapon, and kick off the hunting season! Ideally, you combine this challenge with an open kill task involving certain weapons from previous weeks.
What about the secret star? In recent weeks, there was always a secret star when all challenges were completed. This week, the star is being desperately searched for.
The 8th week also counts for the blockbuster task! To unlock the blockbuster challenge and thus the visitor’s skin along with various loading screens, you need a certain number of completely completed weekly tasks.
So you can now skip one of the previous week’s challenges and instead complete the current task list. This also counts for the overall result. However, there’s likely no additional loading screen if you finish all 8 challenges.

1. The Obelisk at the Abyssal Hole: You can hardly miss the obelisk at the Abyssal Hole. It stands right next to the black ruins at the large hole in the middle of the desert. Right next to it, you can also find the journal of a harlot. Use it to learn a gesture.

2. The Obelisk at the Depths of Abominations: Directly above the entrance to the dungeon “The Depths of Abominations,” where the relic of the Abyss lurks, you will find another obelisk. Go past the entrance to the right or left and up the dune to climb a small wall. The obelisk is on the plateau.

3. The Obelisk at the Shattered Springs: You can also reach the third obelisk quite easily. It is located directly south of the sulfur lakes at the shattered springs. Follow the path to Klael’s fortress, and you will automatically come across the obelisk. Just watch out for the skeletons.

4. The Obelisk in the Nameless City: You can best set the obelisk in the Nameless City if you are also on your way to the Archivist. The obelisk stands right in front of the archives and is guarded by some skeletons. There is a dragon nearby, so use it quickly and run on.

The swamp is the smallest area of Conan Exiles. Therefore, you will only find 2 obelisks here, which are relatively easy to reach. Just be careful not to fall from the cliffs or fall victim to the spiders and gorillas.

1. The Obelisk at the Upper Gathering Point: You can easily reach the first obelisk by simply following the rivers. Go along the left or right side of the mountain. To the left, you will pass by “Swamp of Eternal Dreams,” and to the right, you will pass by “Ruined Outpost.”
Follow the path north to the “Passage” at the Upper Gathering Point. The obelisk is located there. The area is teeming with spiders – they are not strong, but their numbers make them dangerous.
Watch out for the spiders on the way.
2. The Obelisk at the Forgotten City of Xel-ha: The path to the second obelisk in the swamp is a bit more challenging. It’s best to follow the riverbed to the foot of the mountain on which the obelisk stands.
On the right side, you will eventually discover a hidden gorge between the mountains. Follow the marked path that leads up the mountain. At the top, you will find the obelisk at “Dagon’s Eye.”

The obelisks in the Frozen North are probably the hardest to reach. The strongest enemies lurk here, and the path to the volcano is particularly treacherous. Be especially careful on the journey to the obelisks and ensure you have enough warming and cooling food and drinks, such as warming brew and iced tea.

1. The Obelisk at the Ruins of Xullan: You can still reach the first obelisk in the north quite easily. Just cross the traitor’s bridge and walk a bit towards the ruins. However, as soon as you are on the bridge, it will get colder.
Without warm clothing and warming food, you can freeze. Also, watch out for the Silent Legion. The skeletons can easily kill you with just a few hits.
The obelisk is right in front of the ruins. But be careful, powerful skeletons are waiting here.
2. The Obelisk at the Hills of the Dead: The Hills of the Dead are located far in the west of the north. Be wary of the ghosts and Cimmerians resting there and best avoid them. The path through the swamp in the center is the easiest. Cross it and then climb the plateau with the obelisk.
In the swamp, there is only a friendly teacher waiting. The path is the safest.
3. The Obelisk at the Temple of Frost: For the third obelisk, you must traverse almost the entire north. Take enough warming provisions with you and follow the path to the west. Watch for mammoths, saber-tooths, and giants in the area. The obelisk is a few meters before the entrance to the dungeon “The Temple of Frost.”

4. The Obelisk on the Volcano: This obelisk is probably the hardest to reach. You will have to fight your way up the entire volcano through fanatics, serpentmen, and monsters until you reach the building with the obelisk.
It’s best to have a base camp at the foot of the volcano. This allows you to prepare with armor against heat and cooling drinks because otherwise, you would overheat.

Trailer gives a first glimpse: The first announcement of the Xbox presentation during E3 2018 was the video for Halo Infinite. Dark, damp caves, dense forests, a desert where a tent was swaying in the wind, and wild, alien animals were showcased. There were also many references to the titular Halos, artificial ring worlds scattered throughout the Halo universe.
Only at the end of the trailer did it become clear that the video was indeed supposed to announce a new installment of the Halo series. The camera moves over a forest with a lake until it suddenly shows the left side of an unknown figure. It only becomes clear when the image focuses on the iconic helmet held by the person that this is the Master Chief.
This is not the game: After the presentation, Microsoft announced that the trailer was merely a demo for the new Slipspace Engine, which Halo Infinite will be based on. The final game could be different from what one might infer from the video. Nevertheless, the trailer is intended to provide a clear indication of the direction in which Halo Infinite is expected to develop.
In Halo Infinite, the Master Chief is once again in focus
Master Chief will once again take center stage: After Master Chief had to share the spotlight with Spartan Locke in Halo 5, John-117 will return to the lead role in Halo Infinite.
The developer studio 343 Industries stated in a blog post that they have acknowledged player criticism of Halo 5 and that Halo Infinite will once again focus entirely on Master Chief and his journey following the events of the last Halo installment.
Community will test: In addition, extensive community testing, called “Flighting Programs,” are planned for Halo Infinite. In these “flights,” players will be invited to try out the new features of the shooter together with the developers.
“Flights” will initially start small, but over time, more testers will be added. These programs will also take place on PC, but likely later than on console.
Halo Infinite as a Game-as-a-Service?

Halo for Xbox and PC: With Halo Infinite, a title from the shooter series will appear on the PC for the first time since Halo 2 exclusively for Windows 10. It is expected that the next installment of the Halo franchise will be released as a Play Anywhere game.
This means that once purchased, digital Play Anywhere titles can be played on Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs without additional cost. Games can be paused on the Xbox One and continued on the Windows 10 PC – and vice versa. Cross-platform multiplayer will also be possible for some titles.
The new Slipspace Engine is also said to have been developed with PC in mind. PC players are expected to feel like “first-class citizens”.
Release is still a while away
Is Halo Infinite already next-gen? During E3 2018, 343 Industries stated that it will still be a while before Halo Infinite is released. At the same time, Xbox boss Phil Spencer indicated that Microsoft was already working on the next Xbox consoles. The upcoming Xbox generation is expected to carry the working title “Scarlett” and is slated for release in 2020.
Now, the US website GameSpot is already speculating about whether Halo Infinite will indeed still be released for the current console generation or if it might even be a next-gen launch title for the next Xbox.

A psychology professor advocates for Fortnite. There is no reason for moral panic, he says. The professor compares Fortnite to the Beatles. He sees no addiction or violence risk for children in Fortnite.
Who is speaking? The psychology professor Chris Ferguson teaches at the US university “Stetson University” in Florida. He specializes in violence in media and video games.
No reason to worry: Ferguson compares the fear of Fortnite to the panic about Pokémon GO in 2016. Many were also worried that the game could dangerously change society. But nothing of the sort happened.
Video game violence reduces real violence: The professor cites a report from 2002. It states that playing shooters reduces violent tendencies rather than increasing them (Link to the study). The countries where the most violent games are played are among the most peaceful in the world, like Japan or South Korea.
No need to worry: According to the professor, there is no need to worry about the action in Fortnite. It is possible that a small number of players may “overdose” and play too much. But this applies to various activities such as work, training, eating, and sex. There are even studies about dance addiction.
Fortnite releases dopamine like food – not like meth
No addiction: There is also no evidence of an epidemic or addiction. Misinformation is circulating that video games release dopamine like cocaine. While this is technically true, petting a cat also releases dopamine. Video games release dopamine at a similar level as food or sex, about 100-200 percent above normal levels. Cocaine increases the level by 350% and meth by 1200%.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PC, Xbox One, iOS, Android) will introduce a so-called “Event Pass”. This is essentially the same as the Battle Pass in Fortnite, which allows you to earn new rewards regularly.
PUBG goes Fortnite: In PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG), you earn points after each match, which you can use to buy loot boxes. However, the developers want to introduce a new rewards and progression system.
The new system is to be called “Event Pass”. They seem to have taken inspiration from their major competitor Fortnite, specifically the Battle Pass!
Event Pass as a new progression system
What is an Event Pass? The Event Pass works similarly to the Battle Pass from Fortnite. You purchase it once per season and can then unlock various tiers on the pass. For each tier, there are goodies like skins and emotes.
Free2Play version available: There is also a free version, which only offers temporary rewards. What is the Fatigue System? In Closers, your hero has a sort of exhaustion level. He can only complete a certain number of missions per week. It is seen as a pay-to-win element and greatly restricts the fun of the game. Many hate such systems from other games like ArcheAge.
The developers are responding. The development team announced after the criticism that they would overhaul the system. However, they have now decided to remove it entirely. With the upcoming update, which will be released on July 3, you will no longer consume stamina. You can explore as many dungeons as you want and are no longer time-restricted in finding the best loot. The team states that this decision is based on player feedback and leads to a better gameplay experience.

ARK: Survival Evolved receives its third major expansion “Extinction” for PC, PS4, and Xbox One in November. The major update offers you more story, new dinos, and some curious items. Here you can find all the available information in the overview: features, price, and release date.
Release date: Extinction launches worldwide on November 6, 2018, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and on Steam.
Extinction takes place on Earth and advances the story of ARK: In Extinction, Earth will be barely recognizable. Survivors will find a mix of prehistoric monsters and futuristic technology. It is unclear whether players are in the past or the future. Survivors will have to unravel this mystery. The beginning and end of ARK: Survival Evolved are said to be on Earth.
The Earth is infected with “Element”: Another feature of Extinction is the “Element” that contaminates the Earth. Survivors will encounter a corrupted ecosystem that has altered some dinos as well. They seem to have developed a kind of hive-mind mentality due to the corruption. This makes the animals untameable. Survivors are advised to be cautious, as the altered dinosaurs behave extremely aggressively.
In Extinction, survivors encounter new large monsters, the Titans. These are meant for veterans.
New Dinos and Bosses: Veterans defeat Titans in Extinction
The update introduces new creatures that differ from classic dinos.
Titans: As the name suggests, these are gigantic monsters. They are said to dwarf even giants like the Titanosaurus. These monsters are intended to provide an endgame challenge for veterans. Therefore, they will not roam freely in Extinction. You will need to find and seek them out at fixed locations. Wildcard described the Titans as “mini-bosses,” which sounds ironic given their size. This suggests that an even larger boss awaits the survivors.
Enforcer: This synthetic dino can scale walls and perform quick, short jumps using a teleport. It is not yet clear whether this dino needs to be crafted or tamed. However, survivors will be able to ride it, allowing players to utilize fast teleportation.

Gasbag: This creature can float like a balloon. Survivors can load the animal with resources like a pack donkey and use it for transportation. Gasbag is just a working title.
New Items: Freeze Your Dinos and Carry Them Like Pokémon
Extinction also offers some futuristic items.
Scout: These flying drones serve as scouts. Survivors can see through TEK binoculars what the drone sees, providing a better overview of the map. This is practical for exploring the area before entering danger. Wildcard may also want to add a feature to equip drones with bombs.
Item Balloon: This item functions similarly to the dino “Gasbag.” With it, you can easily transport resources and send it to a place of your choice. It is unclear whether other survivors can pop these balloons and steal your valuable resources.
Cryochambers to Freeze Dinos: With Extinction, you will be able to freeze all creatures into small ice cubes. You can simply carry them in your pocket. The ice cubes will slowly melt in your pocket. Wildcard also stated that this could be a way to easily trade dinos with one another.
Extinction Map Features New PvE Mode: Tower Defense Against Element
The map is riddled with corrupted Element: Survivors will encounter this Element everywhere, contaminating the Earth. It is depicted as dark, black spikes growing from the ground. This infection also affects the living beings and gives them a “hive mind,” like in a beehive. They will become a collective.
New PvE Event: Survivors will fight against large waves of infected dinos. In doing so, players try to collect as much of the element as possible. The creatures wish to consume the element, and the survivors prevent them from doing so. Wildcard described this mode as a kind of “tower defense.”
Mechanics from Aberration will be adopted: Survivors will have the opportunity to utilize some features from the last expansion Aberration. Players will be able to climb, glide, and use zip lines to navigate the map.
Extinction will be part of the Season Pass: Here are the costs
Price: The DLC is included in the Season Pass of ARK: Survival Evolved, which costs just under 45 euros. Anyone who purchases the Extinction expansion without the Season Pass pays about 20 euros. Release is on November 6, 2018, for all platforms.

Requirements: Level 120, 10 completed island expeditions, 1 day of research time
Island Plunderer: Increases the number of sailor doubloons found in island expeditions by 20%.
Island Archeologist: Increases the duration of shrine effects by 20%.
Level 4
Requirements: Level 120, 5 war heroes, 200 war supplies, 1 day of research time
World Azerite Detector: Grants a chance to receive additional Azerite upon completing world quests.
Local Transportation: Upgrades the flight master whistle. You can return directly to Boralus / Zuldazar if you use the whistle immediately beside a flight master.
Level 5
Requirements: Level 120, 5 war heroes, 200 war supplies, 1 day of research time
Warfront Resourcer: Grants you to gather resources in warfronts 15% faster.
Warfront General: Increases the effectiveness of troops near you in warfronts by 15%.
Level 6
Requirements: Level 120, Revered with 3 reputation factions in Kul Tiras / Zandalar, 500 war supplies, 1 day of research time
Alliance / Horde Ambassador: Grants additional war supplies for completing emissary quests.
Overall, the bonuses have some parallels to those of the Order Halls, so players do not have to part with their familiar comforts for long.
In Fortnite, it seems they are preparing a major coup for Season 5. However, this time, it doesn’t really impress anyone, believes our author Schuhmann. The same trick does not work twice. Fortnite needs a new, a second map.
Meteor keeps Fortnite on its toes: At the end of the last season in Fortnite, players were only looking at the sky. Because there was a meteor visible, coming closer and closer. Players wondered: “What happens when it hits?” Many thought it would destroy the Tilted Towers and announce a massive change in the game. Some even hoped for a second map for Fortnite. After all, that was also the path that competitor PUBG had taken: By now, PUBG is working on its 4th map.
Meteor comforted after season end
Super coup despite lull phase: The meteor was a brilliant idea. Fortnite runs out of steam with each season. At the end of the two and a half months of a season, the diligent players have long completed the battle pass and do not play as often. The meteor was a highlight that kept the game exciting nonetheless. The speculation surrounding this meteor and what it brought gave the game a splendid boost during a typically dull phase.
Season 4 has been going on for a long time: In Fortnite, we are now also at the end of Season 4 again, and Epic is planning something: A countdown on a rocket has appeared. The rocket is supposed to be launched on Saturday, but the excitement of the meteor is missing this time. The same trick twice? It won’t work the same way as before.
Absurd theories: There are only a few theories circulating about what the rocket is actually doing. Some believe it could flood the map and fulfill ancient Inca prophecies. However, hardly anyone expects significant changes to the map. The rocket is also hidden. No one has it in their sights like the meteor back then. And once again, there’s a bit of a lull in Fortnite.
Story needs to unfold now: For several months, Fortnite has been telling a story about superheroes and their battles behind the scenes. But the story has so far had too few impacts on the game. The map has barely changed in weeks. While there are new puzzles like the mysterious hatch, they do not give players a reason to engage with it.
Meteor hype: After the hype surrounding the meteor was so enormous three months ago, but in the end hardly anything came out of it, players are slowly getting tired of the speculation. Many now want to see a significant change and no longer want to hope for weeks for something that then doesn’t happen.
Fortnite needs a 2nd map: The idea of regular map changes is nice, but many experts and players now wish for a 2nd map for Fortnite. Because even though the meteor kept the players on their toes, the trick will not work a second time. If the rocket doesn’t result in significant changes this time, such gimmicks will be even less taken into account in the future. Even the new modes released regularly will not be enough in the long run to keep Fortnite fresh.
What do you wish for from the rocket and from Fortnite?

Start Bless Online via Steam and select “German” as the language in the launcher.
Keep the translation up to date
How to update the translation: Regularly check the Github page of the project and download the latest translation. Proceed as described above.
Tip: If you download the Github tool for the desktop, you can press the “Clone or Download” button on the Github website and then select “Open in Desktop”. Then choose “Fetch Origin” in the tool, and the program will automatically update the necessary files in the Github folder.
Then you simply copy these files into the “GER” folder and overwrite the old files.
