The online shooter Evolve was not a big success. The servers were shut down last fall. But now the developers are back with Back 4 Blood, an online game that sounds a lot like Left 4 Dead.
What is Back 4 Blood? Basically, it is a spiritual successor to the zombie online shooter Left 4 Dead. No wonder, it was also developed by Turtle Rock studio when it was still part of Valve.
The developers don’t want to reveal much about the gameplay yet. But we can expect the following:
You will hunt zombies in a team just like in Left 4 Dead.
You will experience a story through a campaign.
There will also be PvP, which will probably play out similarly to Evolve.
The team will not integrate a battle royale mode.
There are supposed to be some unnamed innovations compared to Left 4 Dead and Evolve.
Basically, the team wants to return to its roots, but modernize them a bit.
The creators of Evolve want to return to the zombie genre with Back 4 Blood.
Not Left 4 Dead 3, but something of its own
That’s why it’s not Left 4 Dead 3: The developers explicitly state that they are not making Left 4 Dead 3. On the one hand, they do not have the naming rights, and on the other hand, they want to offer a modern and new gaming experience that is based on Left 4 Dead.
Fans should therefore not expect exactly what they got with Left 4 Dead.
How are the players reacting? On Reddit, this announcement is being discussed. In the process, the failed online shooter Evolve is also a topic. Players are somewhat tempering their expectations because of the flop. However, the excitement about getting a game in the style of Left 4 Dead is also present.
Finget says: “Good news but I don’t want to get my hopes up. Evolve was the first game that the studio produced itself and it was a flop.”
Mrbrick states: “These are great news. No zombie shooter has been really good since Left 4 Dead.”
Left 4 Dead is the model for the zombie online shooter Back 4 Blood.
Everything is still in flux
What about microtransactions? In the FAQ on Turtle Rock’s website, the developers explain that they primarily want to make a good game. Should microtransactions find their way into Back 4 Blood, they should feel valuable for the players.
When and for which systems will the game be released? Back 4 Blood will be released for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The team has not yet announced a release date.
What happened to Turtle Rock’s dark fantasy shooter? The developer studio announced about two years ago that it would produce a dark fantasy co-op shooter for Perfect World. The FAQ on the studio’s website now states that both companies have since parted ways. Therefore, the game will no longer be released.
Many Guardians are currently complaining about the monotonous rotations during the Weekly Reset in Destiny 2, and rightly so.
Why Destiny 2 is frustrating right now: Yesterday, on March 19, was the Weekly Reset. This weekly reset is supposed to bring fresh activities and some variety to Guardian life. But in the last weeks and even months, the same activities were constantly rotating.
Specifically, these are:
the Nightfall strike: The strikes surrounding Nokris (Strange Terrain) and Xol (Will of the Thousands) are appearing way too often. Especially Nokris is a regular guest. Looking at just the last 5 weeks, this strike was featured on March 19, March 5, February 26, and February 19 as Nightfall.
Ada-1’s weapon forms: This character brings only the sword and automatic rifle weapon forms with similar frequency.
Ada-1 and Nokris (see title image) are currently quite annoying.
Why is this annoying? If the same activities and weapon forms are constantly available, it’s not only boring but also really frustrating. Guardians also need other content for their progress:
In the Nightfall, the strike “The Corrupted” is especially called for. This is required for a title. Guardians point out on reddit that it has been 10 weeks since The Corrupted was featured – on January 8.
Moreover, you can’t access all Nightfall-exclusive rewards if Nokris and Xol keep coming up in the rotation.
And at Ada-1, Guardians also want to receive other weapon forms. The Hammerhead, the machine gun, is for example desired.
Xol – one of the Worm Gods
Bungie is looking into the matter
This is what the Guardians say: In the MeinMMO comments of the Weekly Resets, many readers express their frustration:
Shin Malphur writes: “Again Xol… again Nokris… again no The Corrupted. Sorry Bungie, but your “randomization system” is terrible […].” He demands that Bungie take a few minutes to review the Weekly Reset – or to create a proper random generator.
Also, I_Sarius writes frustrated: “The same crap as every Tuesday, thanks for that!”
And Lars Patzenbein asks: “Honestly, what’s up with that?” Because Ada-1 doesn’t have the Hammerhead again.
This topic is also making waves on reddit right now.
With nearly 4000 upvotes, one of the top topics is: “We’ve had the same Nightfalls and NO machine gun weapon form for weeks!”
With 1400 upvotes, a user complains that The Corrupted has not been the Nightfall for 10 weeks.
And several posts with fewer upvotes are complaining about the same issue.
This is what Bungie says: Community Manager Cozmo commented on all these complaints on reddit a few hours ago. He states that this will be forwarded to the team. Specifically, he mentions the issue that The Corrupted hasn’t been the Nightfall for 10 weeks. Players should get the chance to earn the title again.
It remains to be seen when these contents will be playable again and whether Bungie will permanently adjust the Weekly Reset rotation.
Anthem tells the story of freelancers who protect the people from enemies and monsters. In early concepts, however, the game was supposed to focus on the survival of a ship on an alien planet.
Where does the other story come from? In early concepts, Anthem was supposed to tell a very different story than the one we have seen since the release. This can be read in the art book for Anthem, where some developers talk about the game’s backstory. Here you can view some pages of the book in the Google Play Store.
In the beginning, when Anthem was nothing more than “Project Dylan”, the game was supposed to revolve more around survival in a hostile world.
What was the story? In early drafts, the players were supposed to come from a futuristic Earth. With their ship, they would have crashed in the “Bermuda Triangle of space” and landed on an alien planet.
In an early concept, the Javelins were spacesuits repurposed for combat.
The survivors of the crash had to settle in this new, dangerous world. The Javelin were initially nothing more than suits used for space travel, which were then repurposed into combat suits.
The team even considered that players could salvage parts of the crashed spaceship to build structures or improve their suits.
A small glimpse into an early stage of Anthem, or rather Project Dylan, was already given in a teaser for E3 2014:

What is the story of Anthem now? The players take on the role of a freelancer who protects the people of Fort Tarsis in their Javelin. The world was created by the “Shapers” but is still incomplete.
For its creation, the Shapers used the “Hymn of Creation”, which no one really knows where it comes from. However, the hymn cannot be controlled and continues to create – or destroy – even without the Shapers.
Even now, Anthem still has surprising stories to offer:
The new raid bosses in Pokémon GO are focused on grass Pokémon. You also get the chance to obtain many shinies. We will tell you what to expect.
These are the new bosses: In addition to the grass event, there are also many grass raid bosses in Pokémon GO. Additionally, there are various shinies that you can obtain from the raids.
We will show you the list of current raid bosses and then give you an insight into the possible shinies.
These are the raid bosses for the grass event
Alola-Kokowei is one of the current raid bosses
Raid level

1
Tuska Sonnkern Endivie Loturzel Shinux
2
Flunkifer Roselia Alola-Kokowei Kokowei Reptain
3
Alola-Raichu Machomei Kapilz Tangela
4
Absol Despotar Alola-Knogga Tengulist Sarzenia
5
Dialga
Which raids can I complete alone? If you are level 35+, you should be able to defeat all raids up to and including level 3 raids solo.
The level 4 raids should be manageable with three people. Absol and Tengulist are even quite easy to defeat with two.
Absol and Despotar can be found in level 4 raids
This is interesting: In the level 2 raids, you get double the chance at Kokowei. This Pokémon appears in both its normal form and its Alola form.
These shinies are available: Not only grass Pokémon are available as raid bosses. There are also many Pokémon that can be shiny. We have a list of all possible shinies:
Sonnkern
Endivie
Sheinux
Flunkifer
Roselia
Alola-Raichu
Absol
Alola-Knogga
Alola-Raichu is also available as shiny.
How likely are the shinies? There are no exact numbers on shiny probability in raids. Flunkifer is said to have a chance of about 1 in 35. Absol, on the other hand, is said to have a probability of 1 in 70.
Bioware is currently working on changes to the MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic, which will be hardly noticeable to players. Nevertheless, these adjustments are necessary for future updates. This shows that Bioware still has a lot in store for SWTOR.
What is Bioware working on? The company announced that it will be overhauling the system of dynamic, placeable objects and the Preview Window. These are things that players may notice less, but they are fundamental systems that work in the background for the game.
This is what a scene in the MMORPG SWTOR looks like with and without DYNs.
Necessary Adjustments Behind the Scenes
What are DYNs? DYNs, also known as dynamic, placeable objects, are items such as switches or lights that can partially be interacted with, but which always affect the game world. An example would be an NPC through which interacting with it causes a wall in the room to explode. The explosion and the wall are then themselves DYNs that affect the surroundings.
Since each DYN is its own object in the game, this can sometimes lead to bugs that create new bugs. Creating and testing such DYNs is, according to Bioware, a significant undertaking.
What is changing? In the future, DYNs will be combined into a unit, making it easier to create and verify them.
What does this mean? This could lead to interactive decorations in a Stronghold, which players of SWTOR have long desired. Developers will simply have better opportunities to create dynamic, placeable objects, from which players will benefit.
Regarding what the developers have planned for Star Wars: The Old Republic, this change helps implement these plans. Bioware can tackle many new ideas for the MMORPG that were previously almost impossible. Patches should also bring fewer bugs.
The Preview Window in SWTOR is being revised.
Bioware Has Much More in Store for SWTOR
What else is coming? In addition to the overhaul of the DYNs, there will be a better preview video.
In this video, you will see effects, for example, from a lightsaber.
Your hero will be sitting on a mount instead of standing next to it.
Objects can be presented animated.
You will see weapon and combat animations in the preview window.
That’s why fans can look forward to it: According to Bioware, with the changes, it is possible to lead SWTOR into an exciting future. The tools are improving and allow for ideas to be implemented more effectively. Additionally, there should be fewer bugs with new features.
This makes it clear that Bioware still has a lot in store for SWTOR. Fans can look forward to what lies ahead.
Today the new update 8.11 for Fortnite is coming to PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Mobile. The highlight of the update is the unusual new weapon “Stone Knock Pistol.” We will take a look at the patch notes in English.
This is one of the smaller content updates, but this time it has its own version number 8.11.
These are the highlights of the patch notes for Battle Royale
New weapon: The Stone Knock Pistol is available in gray and green. It deals 86/90 damage at close range.
The reload time is 3 seconds. It needs to be reloaded after each shot. The weapon can be found on the ground.
The special gimmick of the weapon: It knocks back the shooter and the opponent when they are close enough. If the shooter crouches, they will not be knocked back.
The weapon is back: Impulse grenades are back. Epic pulled them out of the vault. The impulse now hits vehicles even harder: the effect of the impulse on vehicles has been increased by 344%.
Vehicles under fire: All weapons that deal explosive damage now deal 233% more damage to vehicles.
Weapon changes: The scoped assault rifle previously dealt 24/23 damage, which will increase to 27/26.
Mode “One Shot”: The mode has low gravity – in this mode, everyone has 50 health points, there are only sniper rifles, and you can only heal with bandages.
Fresh tournament with $100,000
This is the Blackheart Cup: On March 23rd and 24th, there will be $100,000 in prize money.
Players must place in the top 3% in Gauntlet to qualify for the tournament.
Then, on March 23rd, all qualified players will compete against each other.
On March 24th, the top 3,000 from round 1 will compete against each other.
New melee weapon in Fortnite Save the World
Highlights of the patch notes for Save the World
Hero returns: Battle Hound Jonesy, an old grenade specialist, is back in the shop. He will be waiting there starting March 21st at 1 AM.
New weapon: Additionally, there is the spear “Sir Lancelot” in the weekly shop. When triggered with a heavy attack, it charges forward and deals damage to enemies in the way and knocks them back.
Everything smoother: Epic also announced that they have significantly optimized bandwidth usage. There should now be fewer lags and issues.
The Division 2 has some pretty cool cutscenes – just hardly anyone knows that they even exist.
That’s why you should see these cutscenes: Those who have already completed the story of The Division 2 know that it doesn’t have particularly impressive cutscenes.
In the few video interludes, you usually find yourself with Agent Kelso in a dark room. Kelso talks to other NPCs while our agent stands next to him and watches, because he can’t open his mouth himself. There’s not much more that the videos in the story have to offer.
However, there are also 8 “hidden” cutscenes in The Division 2 that are significantly more interesting than Agent Kelso’s conversations. But you first have to find them in the menu yourself, which means that many agents currently don’t know that they even exist.
Videos filled with violence and action
This is how you see the videos: You can unlock the 8 cutscenes one by one by completing the main missions.
Go to the menu and press “Progress”, which is located next to the character overview on the right. Now switch the tab to “Collectibles”. Then select “Found Footage”. Here you will find all the hidden cutscenes that you have already unlocked.
This progress overview is quite overloaded. Basically, an exclamation mark is constantly lighting up somewhere, because you have achieved something in the game. Many agents have long since given up constantly checking the progress overview; they ignore this flood of exclamation marks. That’s why many agents are currently missing these cutscenes.
What can you see in the cutscenes? In most videos, you see enemy factions killing people who beg for mercy. The faction leaders commit cold-blooded acts so that you can see how cruel these enemies really are and why your mission to eliminate them is so important.
In a pretty cool cutscene, for example, you see the recordings from a JTF helmet camera. Here a fight is shown in “first-person”, which is staged in an action-packed and dynamic way.
We embed this clip here:

Did you already know about these cutscenes? Have you seen them all?
The planting event in Pokémon GO has started! It brings Shiny Lunatone and Solgaleo and 4 new quests. We will tell you what it’s all about.

Plant Pokémon appear more frequently in the wild
Plant Pokémon in raids
4 new quests related to plant Pokémon
Lunatone and Solgaleo are swapping regions and can be caught as Shiny
Two new moves are available in the game
With this image, Niantic announced the planting event.
These are the Shinies: Lunatone and Solgaleo can be caught as Shiny for the first time. However, in Germany, only Lunatone can be caught, as both belong to the regional Pokémon.
There are also other Pokémon that appear more frequently and are available as Shiny in the game. These include:
Bulbasaur
Chikorita
Sunkern
Roselia
Chikorita and Bulbasaur are also part of the event.
These Pokémon also appear more frequently: Basically every plant Pokémon can be found more often in the event. This includes, among others, Treecko, Spheal, Swablu, or Turtwig.
Especially Swablu may be interesting for many players since it is needed for the Meltan quest and is still sought after by numerous players.
How long does the event last? You have until March 26 to take advantage of the event. The bonuses will remain active until then. The event ends at 9 PM.
These 4 quests are new
There are also 4 event field researches to complete. These are only available for a limited time.
Venusaur is one of the rewards for the quests

Riolu could be a quite expensive Pokémon in Pokémon GO:
Today, on March 20, the Fortnite servers will be taken down for maintenance on all platforms (PC/Mac, Xbox One, PS4, Switch, iOS, Android). You will need to download a patch. How long will the servers be down and when can you get back in?
What is happening today in Fortnite? Fortnite will also be taken down for maintenance this week. A new patch will bring bug fixes and new content as usual. The Battle Royale mode will likely fulfill its pirate theme, but there should also be new content for Save the World players.
Before you can dive into the action, however, you must wait for the maintenance to finish. When does it start? When will the servers be back online? MeinMMO has all the information!
Fortnite Servers Going Down – When Will They Be Online Again?
When do the maintenance work begin? As in every week, matchmaking for new rounds will be disabled at 9:30 AM German time. This gives you enough time to finish your last game before maintenance starts at 10 AM. Because then, the servers will be completely down and Fortnite will no longer be accessible.
When can I get back into the game? Since a smaller maintenance is scheduled this week, the servers should only be down for a short time. Around noon, you should be able to log back in.
If unexpected problems occur during maintenance, we will report on it at MeinMMO. Also, shortly after the maintenance starts, you can find all important information about the patch notes!
What does update 8.11 bring for Battle Royale fans? A new pirate-themed handgun will be introduced, so much is known. However, the community is quite skeptical, as the pirate pistol will likely deal less damage than expected.
Additionally, there will likely be further bug fixes and stabilizing measures. More details will be revealed in the patch notes.
This is in update 8.11 for the Save the World mode: Aside from an ominous phrasing in the maintenance announcement, little is known. In the subreddit for Fortnite’s PvE mode the developers hint that there will be a new spear.
What do you think of the new update and the new pirate pistol?
Many Guardians are currently having fun with a new animation from the Drifter in Destiny 2. They are creating cool clips about it – which Bungie also finds funny.
This is why the Drifter is being mocked: Since Season 6 and the introduction of Gambit Prime, the Drifter has some new animations when announcing the opponents for the upcoming Gambit match.
For example, he pulls a coin from behind his ear or jingles his green coin and says “Ding” before revealing which enemy race you have to face.
The latter animation with the “Ding” has now inspired many Guardians to create funny clips that are currently being viewed by thousands of players and receiving upvotes.
“What does the Vex say?”
This video is currently popular: On Reddit, a clip of the Guardian “I am Claw!” has already gathered more than 3700 upvotes and around 30,000 views in the last few hours. It is the Guardian’s first YouTube video.
He mentions that he worked on this 15-second clip for four hours. But it seems to have been worth it, as many are celebrating the video:

He lets the Drifter jingle his coin to the well-known song “What does the fox say”, while the Drifter appears pretty silly and frequently says “Ding”.
Since the Drifter announces at the end that the Vex will be on the field, several users immediately suggested that the video should be titled “What does the Vex say”.
This is how Bungie reacts: The community managers Cozmo and dmg04 both responded to this video.
dmg04 wrote: “I don’t like that.”
Cozmo wrote: “I like that.”
However, dmg04 wrote this with a smirk, as a quick glance at his Twitter account shows. He is also amused by the community’s “Ding” clips:

“Soon” WoW Classic will launch. Back then, not only was everything “better”, but above all, it was different. We have put together a list of things that only true fans will remember.
Those who have stayed active will have gotten used to many new features, and those who haven’t played since then may have forgotten a lot. We’ll help refresh your memory.

1. Classic Dungeons were different
Every dungeon that existed in Classic has now received at least one adjustment. The enemies, layout, tactics, and level restrictions have changed.
Did you know that in Classic, you fought against Worgen instead of undead in Shadowfang Keep and that the boss of the Deadmines was Vanessa’s father, Edwin von Cleef?
Many only remember Edwin von Cleef from Hearthstone.
2. No resurrection in Dungeon
If you died in a dungeon or raid, you had to run back. There were no mass resurrections, and after a wipe, you reappeared as a ghost at the nearest graveyard.
To resurrect, you had to run to the entrance of the dungeon. At least in the upcoming version, there will be the ability to trade loot.
3. Areas were level-ordered
In Classic, no areas in Azeroth scaled with the character’s level. World scaling came much later. Back then, it could happen that enemies suddenly became too weak and quests provided hardly any experience points.
New players had to be careful not to accidentally travel through areas for which their level was insufficient. Even normal enemies could be deadly. Stronger foes guaranteed death.
4. There was no “fast mail”
If you were expecting a letter, you had to wait. Always. There was no express delivery between your own characters or even guild members. A letter only arrived an hour after it was sent.
Mail in Classic took time.
5. New skills were expensive and cumbersome
If you leveled up, you didn’t automatically learn the next rank of a spell or new spells right away. You had to go to your class trainer and purchase new abilities with gold and silver.
It became particularly tedious later on. Many abilities required tomes that dropped in the open world or in dungeons. If you could afford it, you might even find them in the auction house.
6. There were more weapon slots
Each class had an additional weapon slot:
Hunters, Warriors, and Rogues could carry ranged weapons
Priests, Mages, and Warlocks got wands
Shamans, Paladins, and Druids had relics, totems, and idols
There was also a distinction between ranged and thrown weapons. If you wanted to use ranged weapons, you had to be able to “shoot.” Thrown knives and similar weapons required the “throwing” skill.
A hunter.
7. Ranged weapons required distance and ammunition
If you wanted to shoot with bows, guns, or similar items, you had to carry ammunition. Without ammunition, the attacks did not work.
Additionally, there was a minimum range. If you stood too close to the enemy, you couldn’t attack them with ranged weapons. This also led to a dead zone, as there were about 2 meters between maximum melee range and minimum ranged range.
8. Weapon skills had to be learned and improved
When you got a new weapon, you couldn’t necessarily use it immediately. There were weapon skills that you might have to learn from the class trainer.
Furthermore, it was necessary to train with each weapon and improve the corresponding skill through attacks. If you didn’t do that, you wouldn’t hit or dealt less damage.
If you wanted to show off your mounts and pets, you needed a lot of inventory space. Each mount and pet took up its own slot in your backpack.
By the way, mounting also took longer. Today, when you mount your mount, it takes 1.5 seconds. In Classic, it took 3 seconds.
A collection like this didn’t exist in Classic.
10. Some buffs and abilities required reagents
Many spells could not be used by spellcasters just like that. The abilities in Classic often required specific reagents:
Mages needed runes for teleportation and portals
Rogues had to mix their poisons themselves
Druids needed Dreamfoil for resurrection
The reagents were available from reagent vendors in cities.
11. There were “debuff slots”
In Classic, enemies could not simply be afflicted with an unlimited number of damage-over-time spells. The number of DoTs and debuffs per target was limited to 8, later to 16. This limitation will also be present on the Classic servers.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lo9kmcEw0w
12. Elite mobs were truly “elite”
An enemy with a golden frame around their portrait is called an “elite mob.” These are stronger enemies that have lost much of their shine today and can often be taken down alone by players.
In Classic, that was almost impossible. Such an enemy typically needed a full group of players and could easily wipe unprepared players.
What can now be done for free with a mouse click in any resting area once cost a hefty sum. If you wanted to respec, you had to fork over, and the cost increased over time.
Respeccing once cost up to 50 gold and was possibly one of the worst things returning with Classic. The price decreased by 5 gold if you did not reset your talents for a month.
The talent tree of a Warlock in Classic.
14. PvP realms had restrictions
The PvP realms today have largely been replaced by the new war mode. But in Classic, there were realms where you could whack the opposing faction without any hesitation.
There was one condition: Every player had to choose a faction. If you played a Horde character on a PvP realm, you could not create Alliance characters there.
In Classic, to gather certain herbs, ores, and leathers, you first had to achieve a certain skill level in the corresponding profession. Before that, the items could not be gathered. Additionally, pickaxes and skinning knives were necessary.
Today, anything can be gathered with any skill level, just more or less effectively.
Therefore, we have 10 tips that should be helpful to you right now – or at the latest by the official release.
This article was published on March 13 and updated on March 15.

Annoyed by reinforcement requests? You can disable them
What are reinforcement requests? When these requests are active, you can receive a message in-game at any time that a player needs help for a specific activity. If you confirm this, you can directly join groups of players.
Although the reinforcement request is a cool feature, it annoyed many during the private and open beta, as the messages can pop up continuously. However, they can be easily disabled.
Here’s how to disable the reinforcement requests: Open the map and switch to “SHD”. You should now see the option “Incoming reinforcement requests: on/off”. Set it to “off” and you should finally have peace.
Alternatively, this feature can also be disabled in the settings under “Gameplay” at the bottom in “Reinforcement request status”.
In the bottom left, you can see the option to disable the requests.
Check out the HUD options
The Division 2 offers several options to optimize your HUD. Do you want a permanent user interface? Or should it be hidden when not needed?
Where should the minimap be located? And how big should the group display be? You can set all of this separately and position it as you like.
Here’s how to edit your HUD layouts: Simply go into your menu, under “Settings” you will find the HUD category. Here you can freely experiment and reset everything if you don’t like it.
Much nonsense can also be produced here, as this screenshot shows:
The HUD can be customized as desired.
Don’t break everything you find
Many will quickly begin to break down useless loot. While this is an option to obtain materials.
However, in the settlements of civilians, there are projects where you can donate materials, resources, and also equipment. If you complete these projects, you will receive rewards such as blueprints, credits, and bounty contracts.
So you should first check if you would rather donate your loot for projects. Just visit the project officers at the respective base and check in advance what they need. It doesn’t hurt to carry 2 or 3 additional items of each piece of armor.
Save your credits
Veterans should already know the principle. Before level 30, it is hardly worth investing credits in equipment. You level up too quickly, and enemies usually drop enough usable equipment.
So rather save the credits you collect throughout the game and keep them for the endgame. If you occasionally see a specific item in the store that you absolutely want, you can of course buy it.
Your Operations Base is an important place that you should return to repeatedly. Especially at the beginning, it is worth it, as you constantly find SHD-Tech and can unlock new perks, skills, and their skill mods.
How do I unlock perks and skills? Perks cost SHD-Tech, which you can find by playing missions and in containers in the game world.
For skills, you need skill points, which can be unlocked by completing story missions. All of this can be done at the quartermaster in the White House.
Especially at the beginning, you can speed up leveling up by unlocking the right perks from the quartermaster in the White House.
There are several tiers:
Headshot Award
Multi-Kill Award
Weak Point Award
Award Tactical Kill
Survivor
Each of these tiers gives you a new way to earn bonus XP through certain kill methods. This helps you level up faster.
At the quartermaster, you can select your perks.
Save side missions for later
That’s why you should wait with side missions: They give you experience points corresponding to your level and are therefore more valuable the higher you are in level.
So try to save as many as possible until you’re done with the story. This tip is only interesting for players who want to level up as quickly as possible.
In our matching level guide, you will learn how to reach max level 30 the fastest:
Safe houses in The Division 2 are not just additional refuge points for civilians and fast travel points for you; they also provide useful data during your first visit.
This is the benefit of the safe houses: As soon as you enter a safe house and go to the computer, you can access the data. Then, all missions and SHD containers of the respective district will be revealed on your map.
This way, you can leisurely find SHD-Tech over your map when you want to unlock new perks or skills.
In the game world of The Division 2, there are several control points that are either under the control of enemy factions or can be taken and held by you and the civilians.
If you are looking for loot, these control points are a good way to bring your equipment up to your level.
Here’s how to capture control points: Enemy control points can be attacked either alone, with your friends, or with additional reinforcements. Once you enter the area, you can summon allied NPCs with a flare gun.
A green control point is under civilian control, red means hostile
In the first phase, you need to take the area and eliminate an elite enemy.
Once you’ve captured the position, you’ll be attacked by enemy reinforcements.
If you fend them off, the control point belongs to you and you can open a room with several loot crates containing equipment and material for you.
But wait as long as possible until you have just leveled up. Then you can directly equip yourself for the new level.
If you are a hobby photographer and want to take cool snapshots in Washington D.C., there is the photo mode.
This allows you to pause at any time and take photos that you can edit later. Before you start, however, you should know that you also have to disable the menu in photo mode to take proper pictures.
If you don’t do this manually, the HUD will be visible in your picture. In the worst case, this can ruin many cool screenshots.
How do I turn off the HUD? This will be displayed in the photo mode menu. On the PS4, it’s the “Options” button.
This is what a snapshot looks like if the HUD isn’t deactivated.
Connection problems? Switch servers
If you have problems with lags and connection while playing, you should try switching servers.
How do I switch servers? Go to the menu and click on “Social” on the left. Then click on your name, where you will have the option to search for a better server on the right. This option should only be available if the game indicates that you have a bad connection to the server.
Alternatively: Just find a group through the player search. If you don’t want to continue playing with that group, leave it. You should still be in a new instance. Logging out and back in should also help.
It can happen that the progress in your instance is not saved. This can especially occur if you play with random players through the search function.
What should you keep in mind? Once you have completed a joint operation and are not the group leader, you should leave the group.
If you still capture control points, for example, this will not be saved because you are in a foreign instance.
Always make sure that you are the group leader when capturing control points with other players. Otherwise, you have to live with the fact that you need to do it again in your game world.
Faction keys should be kept
What are faction keys? In the game, you can occasionally find special containers that bear the name and logo of the factions. There are Hyena containers, Outcast containers, and so on.
These can only be opened with the appropriate keys and contain above-average valuable loot. It’s better to save these keys until the endgame, as you quickly level up in the lower level areas and the loot becomes useless again quickly.
Get the extended magazine if you like assault rifles
Here’s how to get the magazine mod: You need to complete a side mission in the Federal Triangle district. It’s called “Department of Justice”. The goal is to destroy an ammunition stockpile of the True Sons.
Once you have completed this, you will receive the blueprint for the 7.62 magazine, which fits assault rifles. The mission should come up fairly early in the normal game flow after you have unlocked the level 2 side missions in the theater settlement.
Avoid fast travel as much as possible
That’s why walking is worth it: Washington D.C. is huge and filled with many interesting places. That’s why it’s worth it to refrain from fast travel as much as possible.
On the way from point A to point B, you often find useful materials and some equipment with which you can either improve your character or complete the projects in the settlements.
Additionally, you often find collectibles and echoes that reveal stories from the game world.

Many can already play The Division 2. We have summarized their impressions for you:
The General Manager of BioWare, the company behind Anthem, addresses the community with an emotional letter. Casey Hudson talks about the rough launch and says that the many issues surprised and disappointed the team. But there is also hope for the future.
Who is speaking? Casey Hudson (seen in the title image) is the General Manager of BioWare. In a letter to the community, the developer discusses the issues of the past weeks. Hudson describes the time since launch as a “wild ride.”
This is Hudson’s assessment: He says that they published a game that many players tell them is really fun at its core, but also has many issues.
This is what BioWare did not expect: BioWare prepared for the launch of Anthem with tests and also anticipated launch difficulties. However, some issues only surfaced when millions of players were actually playing Anthem, according to Hudson.
The developers were aware that new online games often struggle with issues when they go live.
However, the problems that arose shortly after the launch were unexpected for the developers.
This is what Hudson says about the launch:
We were of course very [disappointed about the launch], just like many of you. I have been playing with you from the beginning (I am a Ranger in Edmonton-Oilers colors!) and it makes me sad to hear about problems that prevent someone from fully enjoying the game. I take this very personally and it is our top priority to bring you improvements as quickly and as well as possible.
Casey Hudson, General Manager Anthem
In the meantime, BioWare has already made over 200 improvements to Anthem through updates and patches.
They want to continue to respond to player feedback. New updates for endgame, loot, progression, game flow, stability, and performance are to come soon.
For BioWare, this is currently a learning experience.
Anthem is on fire shortly after launch
Anthem is set to take off
BioWare wants to show what Anthem can really do: Hudson points to the planned content for Anthem. There will still be a series of world events, new stories, and new features to come.
Later in the spring, the Cataclysm will come, which is supposed to turn the world of Anthem upside down:
Riolu can get quite expensive in Pokémon GO. Because if you go by the probability of hatching a Riolu, you have to cough up 50€.
Why does Riolu cost 50€? The baby Pokémon only hatches from eggs, and then only very rarely. If you take this probability and convert it to the incubators used, you come to about 9200 coins, or about 50€.
This is, of course, just a rough theory. You might also get lucky and encounter a Riolu faster. However, it can also take longer.
The probability of Riolu in eggs
This is the probability: On TheSilphRoad, every trainer can log their hatched eggs. There you can also see how likely the Pokémon are to hatch from the eggs.
You need to hatch several eggs to get a Riolu.
This is how you can find Riolu in 7-km eggs and in 10-km eggs. The chance of getting one is about the same in both eggs:
This many eggs you need to hatch: If you calculate these numbers down, you get about 143 eggs that you need to hatch for one Riolu. This naturally costs a lot of incubators.
This many incubators you need: Overall, you can hatch 3 eggs per incubator. So you need 48 different incubators to get a Riolu.
This much you must invest in coins: Of course, the 48 incubators also cost quite a lot of coins. So you have to:
spend 9600 coins on Super Incubators
spend 7200 coins on regular incubators
These incubators then cost quite a bit of real money. If you buy the incubators in large offer boxes at cheaper prices, then you will at least end up at 50 euros. If you buy the incubators without offer boxes, then you can even spend around 80 euros for 9600 coins.
Riolu can only be found in 7- and 10-km eggs
It’s also possible without real money: If you don’t spend any money on the game, but only take the daily 50 coins, then you have to save coins for at least 144 days. If you rely on Super Incubators, then you even have to wait 192 days.
This much you need to walk with an incubator: If you generally don’t buy incubators, you can still use the infinite incubator. However, you would have to walk at least 1000 kilometers to hatch the 143 eggs.
This is what the calculation is based on: This is just theory and probability. So you could also get lucky and get a Riolu after just 5 eggs. But you can also hatch way more than 143 eggs until you get your Riolu. The fact is, getting a Riolu is incredibly rare. There’s always a bit of luck involved.
The famous Pokémon GO grandpa has now found a sponsor:
In Fallout 76 there are always quirky scenes and players with crazy ideas. However, this could easily land among the top 3 strangest things. A player has built a catapult… for Brahmin.
What kind of catapult is this? The reddit user Vault101manguy has constructed a kind of launching device for Brahmin. Brahmin are mutated cows with two heads. The user describes his creation as follows:
Suitable for siege battles, the Brahmin launcher costs only one unit of blade corn per attack. It has an effective range of pretty much far, if the wind is right. Devilish in approach, the Brahmin launcher lets psychological warfare rain down from above.
In a short video, he shows how his catapult works. A Brahmin stands on some traps that he has placed high up in his C.A.M.P. He kills it with a rolling pin and then activates a switch that triggers the traps.
He is wearing a dress and a tin foil hat. Why exactly, we do not know, but it adds an absurd flair to the whole scene that completes it.

How does the catapult work? Vault101manguy has built the appropriate spike traps right in front of a Brahmin pen for his catapult.
The pen is a recipe that can be bought from the vendor in Harper’s Ferry. Once you set up the pen, a Brahmin eats from a pile of blade corn and produces… well, dung. Or you can milk it. Or just kill it.
The corpse behaves like an object with physics in the world. Since it lies directly on the traps placed beneath, they only need to be activated and the corpse will fly. The repair costs only one unit of blade corn and some scrap afterwards.
How does one come up with such an idea? The inspiration for his Brahmin catapult likely comes from the corpse catapult of the raiders. The user is, however, already known for his creativity.
Vault 101manguy recently presented his trap labyrinth with deathclaw. Previously, he built other traps for players like a player oven and a cultist church, which he uses to lure players to their doom.
Other players from our community also show that a lot can be achieved with a bit of interest. Our user Philipp Bungenberg has built his own pub in Fallout 76.

What are your expectations for Google’s “Project Stream”?
This is an AI-powered translation. Some inaccuracies might exist.
In Skylanders: Ring of Heroes are rare characters often significantly better than characters with fewer stars. MeinMMO author Robert presents to you a tier list of some heroes that you can farm without spending real money and that can compete with the top units.
What is the problem with the very rare heroes? Units in Skylanders: Ring of Heroes possess a certain base number of stars. Usually, it holds true: Characters with a high base star count are significantly rarer than heroes that can be summoned with 2 stars. You will find soul stones for the 5-star base unit Astroblast much less frequently than for Wham-Shell, who has only 2 stars as a starting value.
This leads to the fact that it is almost impossible to level up rare units to the maximum level, as you have no way to collect the needed soul stones. Instead, you must use the summoning portal, which, however, is not a viable path for free-to-play players (F2P), as you do not find enough jewels (the real-money currency in Skylanders: Ring of Heroes) and should use them elsewhere anyway.
Strong heroes like Astroblast are difficult to upgrade
However, there are enough Skylanders that you can really farm without having to push your luck. But which heroes are good? We show you a selection of heroes from various roles and elements that you can easily bring to the highest level with a bit of patience, where they won’t have to hide behind the other top heroes.
Note: This is not a representation of the absolute best units in the game. Top heroes like Astroblast, Buckshot, or Knight Mare hide behind a gigantic paywall, which F2P players may not even be able to break through for months. The heroes listed here are also presented in random order.
Why is Ka-Boom so good: Ka-Boom can not only achieve high attack values but also make his opponents explode, causing massive bonus damage after a few rounds. This makes the unit an excellent choice in longer boss fights. However, all of his other attacks are also specially efficient at high levels and hit more than one opponent.
The cannon jump of Ka-Boom
This skills does Ka-Boom bring: Ka-Boom has only three active skills from which you can choose. Due to his low base star count of 2, however, Ka-Boom does not have any passive or leader skills.
Traptanium Cannons (Active) – Fires cannonballs at an opponent and reduces their attack power for 1 round. Hits a random second opponent twice.
Cannon Jump (Active) – The cannon jump triggers the explode effect on the opponent, which takes effect after 6 rounds and causes strong bonus damage. In its awakened form, the cannon jump hits all opponents.
Rocket Rain (Active) – The rocket rain is especially effective against boss opponents. Ka-Boom focuses for 9 seconds and then attacks. This attack removes 3 buffs from the opponent, and there is a 30% chance the opponent will be critically hit.
To use the Rocket Rain attack, Ka-Boom needs to focus
Which skills should I use when? In the arena and normal missions, you should use the Traptanium Cannons and the Cannon Jump. For boss fights, you swap the cannonballs for Rocket Rain. Although it takes Ka-Boom longer to execute the skill, he inflicts significantly more damage.
Which runes should I equip for Ka-Boom? Ka-Boom is an attack unit, so you should definitely equip 4 attack runes to receive the set bonus of +25% attack. The remaining two slots should be invested in focus runes to increase the accuracy of the explosion attacks.
Using the Rocket Rain attack
Where can I find the soul stones for Ka-Boom? The best thing about Ka-Boom is undoubtedly the fact that you can farm his soul stones relatively easily and early in the game. To bring Ka-Boom to the awakened form with the maximum of 6 stars, you need a whopping 1175 soul stones, but these can also be farmed swiftly with a mediocre team.
To do this, go to world 3 (Hellish Volcano) in stages 3.1 to 3.6 on normal difficulty. You unlock this once you defeat the boss on the easy difficulty. Use a strong water or tech unit, as these are particularly effective against the fire monsters there. Use auto-battle to speed up the process.
Here you can farm soul stones for Ka-Boom
By the way, it is sufficient to farm mission 3.1. The obtained soul stones are completely random and do not differ between 3.1 and 3.6. However, the enemies in 3.1 are easier to defeat and therefore speed up the farming process.
How long does it take to farm all the soul stones: To obtain 1175 soul stones, you need to farm approximately 52 hours and invest 15,600 energy at an average of 3 soul stones per ten battles. After all, you also receive soul stones for the villain Smoke Scream, whom you can definitely fully upgrade as soon as you have gathered all the soul stones for Ka-Boom.
Boomer – Ka-Boom’s Wingman
Element – Tech
Stars – Min 3 / Max 6
Weaknesses – Life / Earth
Role – Expert
Strengths – Fire / Magic
Why is Boomer so good: Like Ka-Boom, Boomer is a unit specializing in explosions. Accordingly, both units harmonize well together. As a bonus, Boomer can even increase the attack value of all allied units.
These skills does Boomer bring: Like Ka-Boom, Boomer has only three active skills, but they harmonize perfectly with each other.
Dynamite Throw (Active) – This skill throws a stick of dynamite at the opponent and triggers the exploding status. When the timer runs out, the explosion causes massive bonus damage. In its awakened form, this skill even targets all opponents.
Troll Bomb Boots (Active) – The Troll Bomb Boots deal damage to an opponent but also provide a buff to the attack value for all allies.
Troll Demolition (Active) – With this attack, Boomer hits all opponents and reduces the explosion timer for each opponent affected by this debuff by 2 rounds.
Boomer’s Dynamite Throw
Which skills should I use when? This depends on whether you are playing Boomer in conjunction with Ka-Boom. If you use Ka-Boom attacks that trigger explosions on opponents, you should use the Troll Bomb Boots and Troll Demolition. Also in boss fights, the Troll Demolition is helpful to make the boss explode faster.
Which runes should I equip for Boomer? Like with Ka-Boom, you should focus on the rune sets Attack (4) and Focus (2) to increase both damage output and the accuracy of the explosion attack.
The Troll Bomb Boots of Boomer
Where can I find the soul stones for Boomer? To fully develop and awaken Boomer, you need 1201 soul stones. Fortunately, you can also farm soul stones for Boomer relatively easily. To do this, you must have unlocked the normal version of the abandoned factory (World 6). You can find the soul stones in stages 6.1 to 6.6 in both the normal and hard versions.
Here, it is again sufficient to farm the first mission via auto-battle. Use strong units of the Life and Earth types, as these are particularly effective against Tech units.
In the abandoned factory, you can farm Boomer’s soul stones
How long does it take to farm all the soul stones: To get all 1201 soul stones, you need to farm around 53 hours and invest 16,000 energy. This is based on an yield of 3 soul stones per 10 completed battles, assuming you can complete the 10 auto-battles in about 8 minutes.
Why is Blast Zone so good? Blast Zone is the perfect sidekick to Boomer and Ka-Boom, as he can also make opponents explode and benefits from a strong leader skill that increases all explosion damage.
Blast Zone in battle
These skills does Blast Zone come with: Although Blast Zone only has two active skills, the highlight is the leader skill that increases the accuracy of explosion attacks.
Bomb Throw (Active) – The bomb throw triggers an explosion delayed by five rounds on an opponent. In the awakened form, this skill targets all opponents.
Flame Breath (Active) – This dragon-like attack hits all opponents and lowers their defense value for one round.
Power Bombs (Leader) – The leader skill increases all explosion damage by up to 30%. Strong!
Which skills should I use when? Since Blast Zone only has two active skills, this question answers itself. However, you should always make sure to set Blast Zone up as a leader whenever you are with other explosion units.
Which runes should I equip for Blast Zone? Same game as with Boomer and Ka-Boom. Equip four attack runes and 2 focus runes for maximum explosive power.
In stage 3.7, you can farm soul stones for Blast Zone
Where can I find the soul stones for Blast Zone? For this unit, you also need 1201 soul stones for maximum development, which are somewhat more challenging to obtain. Specifically, you need to farm stage 3.7 (Hellish Volcano) on the easiest difficulty level.
How long does it take to farm all the soul stones: Since you only have 3 attempts per day before you can spend jewels for more attempts, the process here takes significantly longer. After all, you get 2 soul stones guaranteed after each battle with Chef Pepper Jack. To obtain all 1201 soul stones, you need to farm for 200 days (if you do not want to spend jewels).
In your guild, you can ask for soul stones
Should I use a team consisting of Blast Zone, Boomer, and Ka-Boom? On paper, this constellation is very strong. You inflict devastating explosion damage and can also influence your own attack and the defense of your opponents. However, in practice, you will quickly realize that your team has significant weaknesses in defense.
Therefore, I would recommend using Blast Zone with Boomer in normal missions and swapping in Ka-Boom for boss fights. As a third slot, you can use a support or defense unit. How about Wham-Shell, for example?
Wham-Shell – Tough Shell, Damn Tough Core
Element – Water
Stars – Min 2 / Max 6
Weaknesses – Life / Earth
Role – Defense
Strengths – Fire / Magic
Why is Wham-Shell so good? This grumpy little guy not only has great parameter values but is also equipped with quite decent skills that can give you a significant advantage in battle. Additionally, Wham-Shell is relatively easy to farm since you can obtain his soul stones in a specific world.
Wham-Shell’s crustacean combo
However, Wham-Shell has the downside that as a defender he is unable to use certain abilities to draw the attention of enemies to himself. Therefore, his high defense value is only beneficial when he is also attacked. Unfortunately, you can’t influence this.
Which skills does Wham-Shell bring? As a defense unit, Wham-Shell can increase his own defense and lower the opponent’s attack power. In addition, he has a useful passive skill that affects all allies:
Crustacean Combos (active) – With this ability, Wham-Shell deals damage and increases his own defense with an 80% chance.
King’s Hammer (Active) – This attack deals damage based on Wham-Shell’s defense value and lowers the target’s defense. The awakened version of the skill deals even more damage.
Water Blessing (Passive) – The Water Blessing generates a shield for all allies with a certain probability in each round, which reduces the damage taken.
The King’s Hammer of Wham-Shell
Which skills should be used when? Since Wham-Shell only has access to two active skills, this question also answers itself. Which of the two abilities you use when depends mainly on your opponent. Enemies with strong attack values should be debuffed appropriately. However, you should never neglect your defense.
Which runes should be equipped for Wham-Shell? As a defense unit that also benefits from a high defense value, you should equip Wham-Shell with a total of six protection runes that increase his defense by 30%.
In the realm of shadows, you will find the soul stones for Wham-Shell
Where can I find the soul stones for Wham-Shell? You can farm the soul stones for Wham-Shell in the ninth world, the Shadow Realm. Since you get the soul stones on the easiest difficulty level, you should be able to access the soul stones quite quickly. Just repeat stage 9.1 over and over again.
How long will it take you to collect all the soul stones: To fully develop and awaken Wham-Shell, you need 1175 soul stones. At an average yield of 3 soul stones per 10 auto-battles, the process takes about 52 hours and 15,600 energy.
However, you can also obtain Wham-Shell through wish stone summons, which should accelerate the process. Additionally, you can earn 6 extra soul stones every day in your guild.
Dive-Clops – The Mana Generator
Element – Water
Stars – Min 4 / Max 6
Weaknesses – Life / Earth
Role – Support
Strengths – Fire / Magic
Why is Dive-Clops so good? This support unit is a fantastic mana generator when you use his skills wisely. This leads to units with high mana costs getting to act more frequently, thus effectively increasing your breakthrough potential. Especially in the arena and in auto-battles, you can make fights victorious for you much faster.
The waterpedo attack of Dive-Clops
Which skills does Dive-Clops have? Dive-Clops brings 3 active and one passive skill into play. To get the maximum out of them, you should weigh carefully which skills you use.
Waterpedo (Active) – With this ability, you can regenerate mana if enemies are attacked while in a frozen state.
Sonar (Active) – This attack targets all opponents and has a chance to give you a shield. The awakened form additionally provides a buff to effect accuracy.
Sprinkle Geyser (Active) – The geyser also targets all opponents and freezes them for one round.
Reset (Passive) – Dive-Clops can help you reduce the cooldowns of skills with his passive ability if you are under the shield effect while being attacked.
The sonar of Dive-Clops
Which skills should be used when? Use the Sprinkle Geyser and follow up with a waterpedo to regenerate mana. However, to benefit from his passive skill, you need another unit that can either shield your allies or freeze opponents.
Which runes are best for Dive-Clops? For Dive-Clops, use four attack runes to increase the attack power by 25%, as well as 2 focus runes to make his freezing attack even more effective.
In the Shrine of Light, you can farm soul stones for Dive-Clops
Where can you farm the soul stones for Dive-Clops? To effectively farm Dive-Clops, you need to be a bit further in the story. You need to be able to defeat the boss of the tenth world, the Sky Realm, on normal difficulty without any problems. Unfortunately, the soul stones are only available in stage 10.7.
How long does it take to collect all the soul stones for Dive-Clops? Since the fights are also limited to a maximum of 3, the process will take significantly longer unless you want to invest jewels. For 1210 soul stones, you will need 202 days.
Speed up your process by keeping an eye on the magic shop and asking your guild members (for two soul stones daily) for help.
Enigma – The Low-Budget Wizard
Element – Magic
Stars – Min 4 / Max 6
Weaknesses – Water / Tech
Role – Support
Strengths – Air / Ghost
Why is Enigma so valuable? Enigma is a wizard. His attacks are highly designed to protect and enhance your attackers. Your unit with the highest attack value will significantly survive longer thanks to Enigma’s skills.
Moreover, Skylanders: Ring of Heroes gifts you Enigma and gives you over 200 soul stones on top. We’ll gladly accept that!
Enigma in battle
These skills does Enigma bring: All skills serve to strengthen your best attacker so that he can deal more damage and take more damage.
Mystical Staff (active) – This attack enhances the attack of your hero with the highest attack value.
Invisibility Mode (Active) – Attacks an opponent and grants your best attacker a blessing that makes him immune to damage (except status effects).
Paradox Pound (Active) – This attack targets all opponents and grants your allies a buff on accuracy and effect accuracy.
Eye for Eye (Passive) – This passive ability ensures that after every third attack, your best attacker becomes invisible.
Which skills should be used when? You should always have the Invisibility Mode with you as it makes your attacker immune to damage. Choose whether you want to enhance the attack power of a unit or the accuracy of the entire troop.
In Rainbow Valley, you can farm soul stones for Enigma
How do I obtain the soul stones for Enigma? Once you have mastered part 1 of the training missions, Skylanders: Ring of Heroes gifts you the hero Enigma. Part 2 of the training then gives you an additional 260 soul stones.
However, the remaining soul stones are not so easy to obtain. You need to farm the boss of the seventh world, Rainbow Valley, on the hard difficulty level.
You can also frequently buy soul stones in the magic shop
How long will it take to gather all the needed soul stones? Since you can only face the boss three times a day, it will take quite a long time to gather all the needed soul stones. Subtracting the 260 from the training missions, you need to farm 950 soul stones.
Therefore, it will take 159 days until you have all the soul stones. Also, regularly check the magic shop and ask your guild for help to speed up the process.
What do you think of the list? Do you have any other tips?

In the Captain’s Log, the developers discuss Atlas and the new features. This time, everything revolves around the PvP and test servers. However, the announced changes have met with skepticism in the community.
What changes are coming to PvP? Grapeshot Games has announced that they want to focus on three different game modes:
A PvE mode
A PvP mode with small companies (2-50 players)
A PvP mode with large companies (200+ players)
With this, the developers want to support both players working together in large companies and alliances, as well as those who prefer to play in smaller groups.
Where is the March patch? Furthermore, the developers announced the delay of the announced March patch. This is set to arrive on the test servers only at the end of March/beginning of April. There is no exact date for the patch release.
Do the different game modes ruin the MMO?
In the Atlas Reddit, there is much discussion about the new announcement. Although the large companies are a problem, many players are dissatisfied with the announcement.
What is wrong with the companies? Companies are the guilds in Atlas and ensure that players play together. However, these companies are currently much too large, allowing individual companies to dominate large parts of the game.
The upcoming March patch is set to reduce the number of members to 250 players and limit an alliance to a maximum of four companies. Many players felt this was still too little.
Therefore, the developers have reacted and initiated a separation of the PvP servers for large and small companies. However, players are now also rejecting this separation.
This is what the community says: Different users highlight that Atlas will hardly have the player numbers to support both PvP modes.
The user realanything writes:
I am not sure how I should feel about not only the division of the player base, but also splitting into three different game modes.
Nuclear12346 even takes a harsher stance in his words:
It’s funny that the developers think they have a player base for this.
Oh man, everyone I’ve talked to since the last Captain’s Log has lost interest in the game. And now they want to split the rest as well [..].
Wildshot, your game is dead in the water, and there is no lifeline for it.
This reset is perceived as a mistake by most players because earned progress will be lost. Additionally, everyone now knows that they have been playing for weeks, and especially for the coming weeks, without their progress being saved.
Additionally, the Captain’s Log was delayed by several days and only contained negative information for the players. This further amplified their disappointment.
What’s next for Atlas? Much now depends on the next major patch for Atlas. This will show whether, after the server reset and player separation, everything continues as usual.
Because although the MMO was heavily criticized at first and also came with many bugs, it has had good player statistics over time.
Even our author Sascha only understood late why many enjoy Atlas:

These three skins are available immediately upon purchasing the Battle Pass.
How do I get the Battle Pass? If you want to buy the Battle Pass, just check the in-game menu in Apex Legends. You will find it under the tab “Battle Pass”.
If you need to top up your account first, you can do this via the “Apex Coins” tab or directly through Origin on PC.
In addition to your normal experience, you gather a “season XP” with the Battle Pass. This helps you level up and earn skins, loot boxes, and Apex Coins.
Challenges that might allow you to level up faster could be introduced at a later date or in a future season.
Additionally, Apex Legends offers the so-called “Legend Bonus”. This grants you bonus XP when you play with the respective Legend.
