Since you want to have good equipment for the Necromancer quickly, you should farm as many stones as possible. Unfortunately, the Transmutation Crystals have a limit of 100. ESO Plus subscribers have 200, but that’s still not enough.

Where do I get Upgrade Materials? There are various methods to obtain the coveted materials:
Complete the Crafting Writs in the major cities, and you will often receive high-quality Upgrade Materials when you complete a writ.
Deconstruct high-quality items. You’ll often get useful upgrades from there. You can farm items best in public dungeons.
Invest skill points in the best crafting followers. With this skill, you receive free materials in the respective crafting every day. Often these include Upgrade Materials. Maximize your yield by creating multiple crafting heroes and visiting them daily for mats.
Get Resources and Ingredients

Why should you level up quickly? ESO lets you play all content even without max level, but your cool skills and traits are only available at higher levels.
So if you start a new hero, preferably a Necro, you certainly want to reach the max level quickly.
How to level up faster: This goes especially quickly with a special leveling gear set. Create a set of items with the “Learning” trait. This gives you an XP bonus.
Also, make sure to stock up on scrolls for bonus XP. You can get them particularly easily and for free when you log in daily.
Every time you log in, you receive a free item, often a scroll. And if you start now, you will have a particularly large amount of free items and thus enough scrolls for the Elsweyr launch.
So you should at least check in to ESO daily for a bit. You can also take this opportunity to complete your crafting writs and accumulate materials.

The Weekend League is entering its third year and has some changes to show. However, the most profitable mode remains FUT Champions.
Here you will find everything about the rewards, the schedule, and the new system.
When do the Weekly Rewards come? The weekly rewards can be claimed on Thursdays at 10 AM. Sometimes they also get delayed. The sets do not expire, and the contents are exchangeable except for the Player Picks.
What rewards do I receive? Depending on how many wins you achieve from the maximum of 30 games in one weekend, you will reach one of the following ranks. Player Picks using Champions League cards as examples
What are Player Picks? Introduced in FIFA 19, Player Picks allow you to choose from a selection of 5 cards, of which you can choose one. The FUT Champions rewards include the red TOTW cards that you would otherwise receive in the monthly rewards.
Monthly rewards are disappearing: In FUT 19, there will be no monthly prizes in the Weekend League. However, you can still receive your red informs through Player Picks; however, these are untradeable like last year.
FUT Champions Calendar – This is the Duration of the Weekend League
When does the Weekend League start? A new competition starts every Friday at 9 AM. The first Weekend League will take place from October 5 to October 8. After that, there will be a new competition every week.
When does the Weekend League end? A FUT Champions weekend lasts exactly 3 days. Thus, each competition ends on Monday at 9 AM. The last Weekend League will likely take place at the end of August 2019.
What is FUT Champions and how do I qualify?
The Weekend League is the mode for top players: FUT Champions – or also the Weekend League – is the mode for the best FIFA players. Not only are there great prizes to win, but you can also qualify for official FUT tournaments by using this mode. However, this usually only works for eSports players.
Learn from the professionals: In the Champions Channel, you can watch the matches of the top players retrospectively. You can even see their controller inputs and precisely follow what you need to press to play like them.

Location and form determine matchups: Players with similar form and matching location are assigned to each other. The purpose of this system is to ensure that only the best of the best, with increasing form and thus stronger opponents, can still win all games and reach top placements.
The Qualification for the Weekend League
How can I participate? Last year, qualification for the Weekend League came through Daily Knockout Tournaments. In FUT 19, this is different. A detailed explanation of FUT Champions qualification can be found here for you.
What do I need for qualification? You need 2000 FUT Champions Points to receive a Weekend League Token. You can choose when to redeem this token.
Where do I get points? Either through the weekly rewards of the Weekend League or Division Rivals. Additionally, every Division Rivals match gives extra points.

What are World Tiers? Once you reach level 30 in The Division 2, your game world is divided into World Tiers. These determine how strong your enemies are, how high the Gear Score of your loot is, and which endgame content is available.
In total, there are 5 Tiers, but only 4 of them have been accessible since the release on March 15. The 5th World Tier is supposed to follow soon. We show you how to unlock the World Tiers and what the Gear Score has to do with it.
The Gear Score plays a central role in the endgame
This is the Gear Score: Once you reach level 30, the Gear Score replaces the level of your gear. Instead, it is now indicated in a Gear Score.
The Gear Score indicates how high the values of your gear can be. The higher your Gear Score, the stronger the pieces you wear.
Raising your Gear Score is one of the main goals in the endgame. Because certain endgame activities often require a minimum Gear Score. And this is where the World Tiers come into play.
Once you have completed these, you will advance to the 1st World Tier. To unlock the higher Tiers, you will have to fulfill a few conditions again.
World Tiers 2-4 are tied to strongholds
To unlock the remaining World Tiers, you will have to play certain endgame content. Essentially, it involves an additional endgame campaign.
What are strongholds? These are the headquarters of the enemy faction. After you complete them during the main story, they will be repopulated and significantly reinforced by the factions.
World Tiers 2-4 will become accessible once you complete the 3 strongholds again. For each World Tier, you must reclaim a stronghold. However, for each of the 3 strongholds, you must first complete 2 invaded missions and reach a specific Gear Score.
The order does not matter, it results automatically from the requirements for your gear.
These are the 3 strongholds:
District Union Arena (Gear Score: 275+): To complete this stronghold again, you must finish the invaded missions Grand Washington Hotel and Jefferson Trade Center.
Roosevelt Island (Gear Score: 325+): For another run, you need to complete the Potomac Event Center and the Federal Emergency Bunker.
Capitol (Gear Score: 375+): Complete the invaded missions Air & Space Museum and Space Administration HQ.
What are invaded missions? These are new versions of missions that you complete during the story.
But with World Tier 4, it’s not over. A new stronghold follows after release with Tidal Basin.
This is the base of the Black Tusk, a particularly dangerous faction that only appears in the endgame and stands in your way, both in the invaded missions and in the game world.
If you complete Tidal Basin once this stronghold is available, World Tier 5, the last one, will be unlocked.

This is the Recluse: The Recluse is a “pinnacle weapon” of Season 6. Bungie refers to the three legendary weapons that can be earned with much effort through Vanguard, Gambit, or Crucible activities. They have unique perks – almost like Exotics.
In Season 6, the Recluse is the pinnacle weapon of the Crucible. Especially for PvP non-fans, it will be a challenge to ever hold this weapon in their hands. Because you need to play a lot of successful PvP matches. But – it is worth it!
The quest begins with Lord Shaxx
How to get the Recluse in Season 6
This is what you need to do for the Recluse: First, head over to Lord Shaxx in the Tower. Speak to him and grab the quest “From the Mouth of the Unworthy”. Now you just have to complete the Lore Triumph, return to Lord Shaxx, and claim the Recluse.

How strong is the Recluse

Polygonal Rifling: Increases stability
This is how strong Weapon Mastery is: The Weapon Mastery perk increases damage for 5 seconds. If you activate this with another weapon, wait briefly (but not too long, or it will disappear), and then switch to the Recluse, you still have the increased damage for 5 seconds.
The damage in PvE, for example, increases from 2028 to 3068 – an increase of around 50%!
You will receive the Recluse as a Masterwork version with fixed perks. Additionally, the submachine gun gains increased range due to the Masterwork version, which is very good for submachine guns in both PvE and PvP.
Is the weapon worth it in PvE? Nexxoss Gaming says that this weapon impressed him in PvE. It excels at quickly killing smaller enemies. The damage buff is enormous, and thanks to its relatively high range, the Recluse is fun to play. With its high fire rate, enemies melt away.
Against boss enemies, the weapon also makes a good impression. Kill a small enemy for the damage buff, and then pump the big enemy full of bullets.

Is the weapon worth it in PvP? In PvP, the Recluse is incredibly good when the special perk is active. Then enemies die extremely fast.
However, since the perk is only available for 5 seconds after a kill, and one doesn’t always have a target in sights during this time, this advantage doesn’t always count.
But even without the active Weapon Mastery perk, the Recluse is useful in PvP. At close range, shotguns may be superior, but when you attack enemies at close to medium range, you will be able to rack up many kills with this weapon. Combined with a long-range weapon, you’ll be well-equipped in the Crucible.
Possibly the best SMG in the game

The Weapon Mastery perk of the Recluse ensures in PvP that both crits and body shots always deal 25 damage. You only need 8 body shots (regardless of which body part you hit) to kill the enemy in PvP. You achieve this in an optimal Time-to-Kill of 0.47 seconds, which is extremely short.
If the perk Kill Clip is active on “The Last of Heroes”, it has an Optimal Time-to-Kill of 0.6 seconds, which is also strong. However, with the active Weapon Mastery perk, the Recluse is significantly better in all TTKs.

By the way: After every kill, the timer of the Weapon Mastery perk resets. You then have 5 seconds again to find and kill the next opponent.
This is how to play the Recluse in PvP: Many Guardians recommend getting a kill with a sniper first, activating the Weapon Mastery perk, and then overwhelming enemies with the Recluse.
Most Guardians won’t reach this TTK, especially since the submachine gun has overall good stats, allowing you to master it relatively easily and get close to the optimal Time-to-Kill.
Some Guardians say this weapon is “evil.” The most vicious submachine gun ever and one of the nastiest weapons in the game.
However, Nexxoss Gaming’s conclusion is rather factual: The Recluse is a pretty cool weapon for both PvE and PvP.
