This is how Vault 51 is introduced: In a huge video, YouTuber Oxhorn shows what can be discovered about Vault 51 in Fallout 76. Some of this even outside of Battle Royale.
He first learns something about Vault 51 by opening two mysterious crates and shortly thereafter finds the body of the supervisor from Vault 51. On it is written:

What do the fans say? Oxhorn’s video is well-received by fans. On the one hand, it contains according to many players an excellent story revolving around the fate of the mysterious Vault 51. Especially the uncovering of secrets from the records of the past is what attracts many fans in every Fallout game.

In Fortnite: Battle Royale is getting a quick, small update to Patch 9.30 today. It comes without downtime and could bring a curious new item.
When is the patch coming? Following the previous content updates for Patch 9.30 being released at short notice, this also applies to the current update. According to a Twitter message from Epic, it should arrive today, on July 9, 2019, at 14:00 our time on the servers.
How long will the downtime be? Here we have good news, because just like before, it is not necessary to take the servers offline for the patch. The update will be applied live to the servers without maintenance time or downtime.

The next few years will bring a lot in Pokémon GO! In conversation with two game designers from Niantic, we gained insight into their future plans.
As part of the GO Fest, we at MeinMMO conducted an interview with Laura Warner and Matt Ein, two game designers from Niantic. We asked them various questions about the game and received some interesting answers.
Among other things, we asked them what the plan looks like for the next few years and what to expect from Pokémon GO in 2019.
What will happen to Pokémon GO in the coming years?
What Niantic revealed for 2019: We asked the two game designers if we can expect something big and game-changing in Pokémon GO in 2019. Laura Warner replied that something is planned for 2019, but she cannot go into detail.
The hints about Team Rocket could hint at the next big feature
However, it could also be something completely different. The fact is that something is coming to Pokémon GO in 2019 that will change the game.
What does the future hold? Some time ago, Niantic mentioned that they will introduce a new game-changing feature every quarter.
This approach will continue, Warner revealed. However, she also added that the schedule may not always adhere to the quarterly plan, as larger features can take longer, while smaller features may be implemented more quickly.
What does the future of Pokémon GO look like? The game designers confirmed that they already have a plan for the next few years and are confident that there will still be plenty of innovations coming to the game in 3 years and that the game will remain attractive.

The MMORPG City of Heroes was shut down in 2012. However, secretly some fans continued playing on private servers. When these came to light, the online game regained popularity. The special thing is: The fans are even continuing to develop the MMORPG.
What is City of Heroes? Between 2004 and 2012, players experienced adventures in City of Heroes in the role of superheroes. Anyone could create their own hero and then protect the city from villains. With the expansion City of Villains, it was even possible to play as the foes.
Like a Phoenix from the Ashes
When was City of Heroes discontinued? In December 2012, the doors of the MMORPG closed because, according to NCSoft, it simply was no longer worth it to keep the servers running.
This led to considerable criticism of the operators because they had excluded the majority of the fans.
What is the situation like now? After the criticism, the game data was released, allowing other private servers to be created. This resulted in an active community forming around the MMORPG again.
Currently, there are nine such servers. The largest of them, “Homecoming,” currently hosts around 100,000 registered players across five shards, into which the servers are divided.
The Game is Being Further Developed
Which version is being played? Most of the servers are based on “Issue 24.” This was the version that was in development just before the MMORPG’s end in December 2012. However, Homecoming has now reached “Issue 25.”
Issue 25 is based on expansions, adjustments, and new content being worked on by the operators of the first private server, “SCORE”. This includes the new class of Sentinel, which is based on ideas from the original developers of City of Heroes. As you can see, the game is gradually being further developed by the fans themselves.
Are there “Classic” versions? No. Private servers can only use Issue 24 or higher. According to the operators, the chance of going back is zero.
What do the players fear? The private servers of City of Heroes are currently being operated without NCSoft’s permission. Therefore, there is a risk that the company will demand the shutdown of the servers. Especially Homecoming, with its around 100,000 players, could become the first target. Since the operators accept donations from the players, in May almost 7,000 dollars were raised in just 20 minutes.
So far, however, NCSoft has not reacted.

The Twitch streamer Dr. Disrespect returned to the streaming platform Twitch on July 8 after a ban. However, those expecting an earthquake were disappointed. The stream was a success for Guy “Dr Disrespect” Beahm, but the big rush did not happen. There was, however, a dig at Ninja.
That was the expectation: The last time Dr Disrespect was away from Twitch for an extended period, he was able to celebrate a massive return that shook Twitch. At that time, he took a break because he was “unfaithful” to his wife.

The Doctor played PUBG and shared some personal stories. He mentioned that Twitch rejected his new emote. He wanted to immortalize the famous “Doc looks over the toilet” image.

There are two main focuses. On one hand, of course, the massive damage that Akali dealt through the items. Scarra calculated correctly, and she dealt 1,666 damage to three champions each.

As a loot shooter, Borderlands 3 focuses on coop action. To ensure lone wolves can also enjoy multiplayer, a few nice mechanics have been implemented.

This is especially worthwhile if you know that your friend particularly enjoys a specific type of weapon that you yourself don’t use much.
Also, it feels nice to be able to pull a new weapon out of the mailbox right after starting the game because a friend thought of you.
What about solo players? Nevertheless, players should be able to enjoy Borderlands 3 alone if they want to. Those who do not want to play with others to experience the story “in peace” at their own pace can also do so solo. However, there will be small “multiplayer mechanics” that can still be noticed. For example, at a vending machine, you might see the weapon of another player from your friends list that they have put up for sale – if needed, you can simply buy it.
Moreover, being reminded of your friends at every corner certainly encourages players to play with them. It will probably bring more fun.
Original report: Today (07/09/2019) is a big day for WoW lore fans. In a few hours, the new raid “Eternal Palace” opens in America, where players must fight against Azshara’s servants and also against the great queen of the Naga herself.
At the end of the final battle, players can expect another important cinematic, which will surely answer many questions and raise new ones.
What is it about? The outcome of the boss battle against Queen Azshara is still a mystery. However, it is currently suspected that Azshara does not die, but survives the final battle. This is suggested by the model viewer, as Azshara does not have a proper death animation.
Additionally, some voice lines from patch 8.2 have already been extracted. It is indicated that Azshara will likely use the Heart of Azeroth from the players to fuel a ritual that destroys the shackles of the Old God N’Zoth.
These theories exist: There are many fan theories. The most popular is that Azshara has already won simply by us walking into her trap and coming to her. It would be logical and conceivable, that Azshara uses the Heart of Azeroth to free N’Zoth from his prison and thus allow the Black Empire to rise again.

Gun Game, Infected, and other modes are also expected to be playable during this season.
New Maps: Players with the Black Ops Pass will gain access to the following three new maps:
The Shadow: This multiplayer map is based on the zombie experience The Eisendrache and takes place in the wintry Austrian Eisenstadt, which has been overrun by the undead.

Here are the highlights you can expect during the new operation in the Blackout mode:
New Map Updates: There are seasonal changes to the regular Blackout map. An eerie fog has settled over the map, signaling the start of the zombie apocalypse. The undead have left the game world in ruins – and new secrets – barricaded windows, and rivers stained red with blood.

What Operation Apocalypse Z brings for Zombies
New Zombie Experience: The new zombie experience Alpha Omega takes place in a Broken Arrow facility on Nuke Town and continues the storyline from Classified and Blood of the Dead. In Destiny 2, Guardians are currently dealing with the quest for the new hand cannon Lumina. They might forget that they only have a little time left to take advantage of a popular farming trick: Bungie is putting an end to the Menagerie cheese with the next patch!
What trick are we talking about? Since the launch of the Menagerie with Season 7 of Destiny 2, players have been using a popular farming trick. After defeating the final boss, there are still 300 seconds left in the activity to open the final loot chest, check out new items, or just hang around and pose.
However, players utilize the 300 seconds to open the final chest multiple times. Just grab the items from the chest and run towards the exit until you reach a new area. This will be indicated in the lower left corner of your screen with a new area name.
Now you can simply refill your Cup of Opulence with new runes and run back to the chest, which will magically be filled again. You can repeat this as many times as you like until the 300 seconds run out. PC players have an advantage here as they have shorter loading times in the menus.
When will the trick be fixed? This popular farming method was not intended by Bungie and will be fixed next week on July 9th with the next patch.
Players using this cheese should not be afraid of punishment from Bungie. This is clearly a bug in favor of the players.
What is the Menagerie? The Menagerie is a new group activity that has come into the game with the Season of Opulence. You fight in various rounds in hitherto unknown areas of the massive Leviathan, the Cabal ship that also hosts the raids of the same name.
The activity offers matchmaking and some mechanics that you would also find in raids. Additionally, you can farm a total of four different armor sets and 28 different weapons with the Cup of Opulence. We have listed the recipes for the Cup here.
The upcoming MMORPG Bless Unleashed for the Xbox One will soon have a 2nd beta round. It is supposed to have fixed 99% of all bugs from the previous beta.
When does the 2nd beta start? The 2nd beta for the MMORPG Bless Unleashed on the Xbox One starts this weekend, on July 11, 2019, at 7 PM our time. However, you can start preloading the day before at 7 PM. The beta will then run until July 15 at 7 PM as well.
What is special about the 2nd beta? According to the developers, 99 percent of all bugs that lead to game crashes have been fixed in the 2nd beta. In addition, the following features have been adjusted or implemented:

There is less delay
The prologue has been revised
You can now run in combat
There is a log-on feature for bosses and elite opponents in combat

What is Bless Unleashed, anyway? Bless Unleashed is a spin-off of the unsuccessful game Bless and a standalone action MMORPG that is set to be released in 2019 for the Xbox One. What’s up with the video? Hard to believe, but Warframe has lacked a concrete cinematic intro until now. When the game was released 6 years ago, there was only a small in-game sequence that raised more questions than it answered and went directly into the tutorial.
Now, for the first time, a completely new video has been introduced, directed by Dan Trachtenberg, who is also responsible for the Uncharted movie.
By the way, the trailer we embedded here is not yet final in the game; it is expected to go live in a later update in 2019 or 2020.

What can be seen in the video? After a long wait for the video, it has become significantly larger and more epic at over 6 minutes long. It shows a girl fleeing from advancing Grineer assault troops into an old Orokin tower, where she offers three supposed Tenno statues Lotus flowers as sacrifices.
In between, there are flashbacks from the past when the Tenno fought a last battle against Grineer and Dax soldiers at this very spot.
Even a fluffy Kubrow space dog can be seen. In the end, however, the Tenno retreat before the overwhelming force and fall into stasis, where they likely remained for a very long time.
In the end, however, they awaken from their stasis and are ready to resume the fight against the Grineer and Co.
How was the trailer received by players? Most fans on YouTube and in the comments section of Kotaku love the new cinematic and can’t get enough of it:

The Karlsruhe company Gameforge has had one of the major private servers for the MMORPG Metin2 closed with “Rubinum”. Allegedly, tens of thousands played the Korean MMORPG there.
What is Metin 2?The MMORPG Metin 2 is an almost 15-year-old South Korean online role-playing game. The game was released in Germany at the end of 2006 and reached its peak here around 2009. It managed to maintain its relevance somewhat until 2013 before it began to fade more and more.
Metin2 is still spoken of with fondness by some hardcore Asian fans today.
In Germany, Gameforge still holds the rights to Metin2. The Karlsruhe company operates many Asian MMORPGs in Europe, including titles like Aion, Runes of Magic, TERA, Guardians of Ember, and Nostale.
In May 2017, Gameforge and Webzen even brought the game Metin2 to Steam, 12 years after its release in South Korea.

Private servers with tens of thousands of players
This was Rubinum: As reported by the Polish site mmorpg.org, Rubinum was one of the largest and most well-known English-speaking private servers for Metin2. These servers are operated without a license – the actual developers do not share in the profits.
It is said that Rubinum existed since 2015 and had tens of thousands of players every day. About 900,000 characters were created on Rubinum.
What about the closure? According to MMORPG.org, Gameforge had the Rubinum server shut down. Allegedly, fines in the range of €30,000 to €100,000 are in the air, and the case is supposed to go to court. But this information, like much in this case, should be taken with caution.
It is rumored that the Rubinum servers were located in Germany and that the administrators were also from Germany. Therefore, they were able to be caught.
The pages of Rubinum are no longer accessible, anyway.
The situation regarding sources is difficult. There is little official information about it. There seems to be only a statement from a Turkish community manager of Gameforge (via board.tr.metin2). Otherwise, the news is making waves primarily on YouTube.

The servers always operate in danger of being discovered and removed when the publisher’s light shines on them. Therefore, little is openly said about private servers.
Private servers exist in the shadow world of MMORPGs. Often they are popular in Eastern Europe. On private servers, “other rules” apply:

or an older version of the client is running
Publishers and studios are reluctant to talk about them, they mainly want to prevent them from becoming known. Therefore, the availability of sources on such topics is difficult. Such a private server does not say: “We are located in Germany,” but much remains vague.

On July 10, 2019, it finally begins; the 3rd season of Battle for Azeroth will start. This means not only new action for all PvP fans, but also new dungeons and raids for PvE fans. The Eternal Palace and Mechagon will finally open.

New essences are available for the Heart of Azeroth: Also with the start of season 3, there are some new essences for the Heart of Azeroth that were previously unavailable. Some are available through “Mythic+” dungeons, others through rated PvP. Basically, the reward is always waiting in the chest at the end of the week. The better your rating or the more difficult the dungeon, the better versions of the essences you will unlock.
