New Hearthstone cards have been revealed, including a few very powerful legendary minions. These are sure to drive some players to madness.
The next expansion of Hearthstone, Saviors of Uldum, will be released in a few weeks. More and more cards are being revealed by Blizzard in advance, either by YouTubers, fan sites, or in streams. We want to present some of the latest highlights here. These include legendary minions for Warlocks and Priests, as well as a powerful neutral legendary.
Warlocks receive a devastating spell for only 1 Mana. Plague of Flames destroys all of the Warlock’s minions. Subsequently, for every destroyed minion, one of the opponent’s minions is also destroyed. So, anyone with a lot of weak imps or strong deathrattle effects can really clear the board.
In addition, Warlocks will receive their legendary minion, Dark Pharaoh Tekahn. This costs 5 Mana and has stats of 4/4. However, his Battlecry makes him really useful in conjunction with Lackeys, as these minions will have stats of 4/4 for the rest of the game. This makes it worthwhile for Warlocks to invest in small Lackeys, which otherwise only have stats of 1/1.
Druids are excited about the new minion Defender of Anubisath. It costs 5 Mana and has stats of only 3/5 and Taunt, but it is likely to be played under those conditions very rarely. The Defender costs 0 Mana if the Druid has cast a spell that costs at least 5 Mana during that turn.
The quest for Warriors has also been revealed, namely Hack the System. It requires the Warrior to attack at least five times. The reward is the new hero power Anraphet’s Core. This allows the Warrior to summon a 4/3 Golem for 2 Mana. After the hero attacks, the ability refreshes, meaning it can be used multiple times per turn.
In line with this, there is also a new spell for Druids named Overflow. For 7 Mana, the spell restores 5 health to all characters in play and allows the Druid to draw 5 cards at the same time. Perfect for stabilizing a damaged board and refilling the hand.
The legendary minion of the Priests has also been revealed. This will be High Priest Amet. For 4 Mana, he brings solid stats of 2/7 onto the board, but also has an interesting effect. The health points of each minion summoned by the Priest will be adjusted to Amet’s health points. Normally, that is 7. This can naturally be increased through buffs.
A neutral legendary minion is the powerful Colossus of the Moon. For 10 Mana, it brings impressive stats of 10/10 to the battlefield. But because that’s not enough, it also has Divine Shield and the new keyword Rebirth. After its death, it comes back to the battlefield once with 1 health – and its Divine Shield is active again.

With Team Rocket, I don’t need anyone and can play freely. I can fight Grunts day and night without needing a teammate.
Moreover, the number of Rocket Stops has increased. Currently, you can find them almost everywhere, and if not, you just wait a few minutes and one will appear.
This helps low-level players: Players below level 30 will have a tough time with Team Rocket. But that’s not so bad because then you can learn a lot about counters right from the start of the game. In the end, this will pay off in other situations.
This is what I like about the rewards: The biggest reward is catching a Crypto Pokémon. The good thing is that they are cheaper to level up after being redeemed. So you save Stardust and Candy.
Even better for me is the Stardust from the battle. You earn 500 dust per fight and with a Stardust booster, it’s even 750. If you do several battles in a day, you can get a nice bonus of Stardust.
This could lead to problems: Team Rocket could become a bit monotonous in the long run. If new Crypto Pokémon do not come into play regularly, the battles could become boring because you will always be fighting the same monsters.

What did Arch Warhammer do that was so bad? As PC Gamer reports, Arch Warhammer specializes in strategy games. His YouTube channel has about 200,000 subscribers.
Arch Warhammer criticizes that “Social Justice Warriors” are ruining the games, leading to censorship in Total War.
The YouTuber believes that he hit a nerve with a video at Creative Assembly, provoking the reaction.
It seems particularly to be about Creative Assembly removing mods that turned the female Warlords of “Three Kingdoms” into so-called waifus, that is, sexualized women. Arch Warhammer viewed the removal of these mods as “censorship” and accused Creative Assembly of it.
For the YouTuber, this shows a double standard of the developers, that brutality is okay, but sexuality is not.
Another video was titled “The reasons why Creative Assembly hates sexy women REVEALED.”
Here, Arch Warhammer addresses a statement from a community manager who is specifically bothered that every female main character is reduced to standing around in her underwear (via reddit).
This position is what Arch Warhammer attacks – Whelan’s insult on Twitch is likely meant to be understood as an attempt to “avenge” or “defend” his colleague.
Total War: Three Kingdoms
What is Total War? In the “Total War” game series, players assume the role of generals and princes and fight for power in various historical and fictional scenarios. The current game in the series “Total War: Three Kingdoms” was released in May 2019 for PC. It takes place during the “Three Kingdoms” period in China in the year 190.
An online version of the series has been discontinued.
In the online shooter Team Fortress 2, a glitch causes players to receive rare drops. They then sell them on the Steam marketplace. Prices have become completely chaotic – one player earned over $1000 overnight with items he had already forgotten about. The player count for the shooter dramatically surged for a few hours.

With Wolfenstein: Youngblood, the popular Wolfenstein series gets a spin-off with co-op and more. We present you 5 reasons why taking a look at the new Wolfenstein is worth it – even if you haven’t had anything to do with the series before.
What is Youngblood? Wolfenstein: Youngblood is a shorter spin-off of the famous and beloved Wolfenstein series. Instead of the well-known protagonist B.J. Blazkowicz, you play as his twin daughters who are now searching for him in Europe, specifically in Paris, after his disappearance.
Some fans do not see Youngblood as a “full” Wolfenstein because it does not continue the actual story of Blazkowicz against the Nazis and because it is generally supposed to be shorter (reportedly around 30 hours).
After our preview of Youngblood, we think: it’s still worth a look. Here are the reasons why.
1. Youngblood is
for the first time uncut in Germany
What does this mean? Wolfenstein: Youngblood is also available in Germany as an uncut version. In this version, all unconstitutional symbols such as SS runes and swastikas can be seen uncensored.
This is possible with Youngblood for the first time because a new law was applied to the new Wolfenstein that allows art projects to display such symbols. Previously, the Wolfenstein titles were always placed on the index uncut for this reason.
How do I get the version? You don’t have to do anything special to obtain the uncut version. At all retailers, such as Amazon, Steam, or Bethesda itself, both the “German version” (censored) and the “international version” are available.

Both versions cost the same. However, the international version lacks a German voiceover, and you also cannot switch between the versions. However, most enemies speak German anyway.

2. The co-op mode is free for friends
How does co-op work? Youngblood delivers a Wolfenstein experience in co-op mode for the first time. This mode is not just “also possible”, but always present and the core of the game.
Throughout the entire game, the sisters Soph and Jess complete the missions together, and you inevitably need both sisters to progress. Most obstacles can only be cleared together.
If you play alone, you will be assisted by an AI that acts independently but is not supposed to be “dumb” or “annoying”. If you play with friends or players from the matchmaking, you can communicate through voice chat and markers.

Elite Hans has already appeared in his namesake game series “Elite Hans” in the Youngblood predecessor Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. However, his machines are also present in Youngblood with a playable version.
What makes Elite Hans special: The “Elite Hans” games are almost an exact copy of the classic game Wolfenstein 3D. With this series, the developers revive the roots of the successful games and showcase them to players who may not know them yet.

The MMORPG Guild Wars 2 has announced a live event for August, where the Living World Season 5 will be discussed. You can participate in this event either directly in Seattle or via livestream.
When will the event take place? ArenaNet has booked the Moore Theatre in Seattle for August 30, 2019, at 6:00 PM German time. There, the upcoming fifth season of the Living World will be discussed.
What will the event be like? The event is expected to last 45 minutes and is free of charge. Fans will get seats in the theater on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 500 will even receive Guild Wars 2 goodie bags.
For those who cannot be there in person, there will be livestreams on Twitch and Facebook to follow the event.
The live event for Guild Wars 2 will take place parallel to PAX Prime in Seattle. Anyone who wanted to visit the fair can also stop by the Moon Theatre.
The Living World Season 5 will be crucial
Why is the event so important? Guild Wars 2 is currently in a difficult phase. Many players find the system of the Living World good, but the patches are sometimes too small, and there are too long gaps between them.
Moreover, especially PvP players and fans of World vs. World feel neglected. Both game modes have received little attention and few innovations from the developers lately.
Last but not least, hardcore fans are also rebelling because raids and fractals are released too infrequently, and the last ones have been too easy.
What can the Living World Season 5 bring? ArenaNet has already promised in a small roadmap that work will be done on some of these points. Additionally, the new Living World Season 5 is supposed to include features that would normally be used for an expansion.
The new season must therefore be a success for Guild Wars 2 to maintain or potentially even increase player numbers. This is particularly important because in February of this year, almost a third of the studio had to leave.
A lot also depends on the live event in August. It will be especially interesting to see how long it takes until the first episode is released. The expansion Path of Fire was announced by ArenaNet on August 1, and the release was just a few weeks later, on September 22.

At QuakeCon 2019, Bethesda revealed new details about the upcoming shooter DOOM Eternal. This will feature the asymmetrical PvP mode “Battlemode”, and several features were showcased in a gameplay presentation.
What is the Battlemode? In the Battlemode of DOOM Eternal, two players control demons against one player as a fully equipped Doomslayer. The matches take place in arenas where only the three players and smaller NPC demons are present.
A round is decided when the Doomslayer or the demons are killed. The second demon must die within 20 seconds after the first one – otherwise, a respawn occurs.

How do I get Crypto Pokémon? For that, you need to encounter a Rocket Grunt. They lurk at special PokéStops that look different in color.
After defeating the Grunts, you will receive some balls as a reward and can catch a Crypto Pokémon.
