Mit der Härtung habt ihr beim Schmied die Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Affixe auf eure Ausrüstung zu prägen. Besonders Spieler in den höheren Stufen des Endgames versuchen, die perfekten Werte zu optimieren.
Das Härten ist in Diablo 4 jedoch mit Glück verbunden – und genau das sorgt seit Integration des Systems für Frust. Klappt die gewünschte Verbesserung nicht, gilt das Item als „bricked“ oder „zerstört“.
Da kann auch die Schriftrolle der Wiederherstellung nicht immer helfen, denn wer danach erneut Pech hat, verliert schnell die Motivation.

In einem „Sanctuary Sitdown“ mit dem Diablo-Experten Rhykker auf YouTube erklärten die Entwickler von Diablo 4 am 16. Oktober 2025, dass sie das Crafting-System überarbeiten werden. Die Änderungen sollen mit Season 11, also grob Anfang Dezember, ins Spiel kommen. Vorher könnt ihr sie aber auf dem PTR testen.

Der PTR läuft laut Blizzard vom 21. Oktober, 19:30 Uhr, bis zum 28. Oktober, 20:00 Uhr (deutscher Zeit). Die vollständigen englischen Patch Notes zum Update findet ihr auf Seite 2 des Artikels. Sobald sie auf Deutsch verfügbar sind, passen wir den Artikel an.

Ihr wählt Affixe beim Härten selbst aus

Was ändert Blizzard konkret am Crafting? Die Entwickler wollen den Item-Progress über die verschiedenen Stufen hinweg neu gestalten. Der Fokus liegt laut den Entwicklern künftig auf zwei Kernaspekten: Individualisierung und Prestige. Das Härten basiert nicht mehr auf Zufall, und die Vollendung verbessert die Qualität eurer Items gezielter.

Das ändert sich bei der Härtung:

Ihr könnt gezielt das Affix auswählen, das ihr mithilfe eines Rezepts auf euer Item prägen wollt.
Jedes Item kann nur ein gehärtetes Affix besitzen.
Die Ladungen der Härtung lassen sich unbegrenzt wiederherstellen.

Das ändert sich bei der Vollendung:

Das Vollenden erhöht nicht mehr die Affix-Werte eines Items, sondern verbessert die Qualität hinsichtlich Basisschaden, Rüstung oder Widerstand.
Items können auf eine maximale Qualitätsstufe von 20 gebracht werden. Bei jedem Vollendungs-Schritt wird eine zufällige Menge an Qualität hinzugefügt (+2 bis +5 Stufen).
Hat das Item die maximale Qualität erreicht, könnt ihr ein letztes Mal rollen, um einen sogenannten „Capstone-Bonus“ zu erhalten. Dieser Bonus verwandelt ein zufälliges, normales Affix in ein GA (größeres Affix).
Das vollendete GA kann anschließend mit Obduzit und Niedereisen neu gewürfelt werden.

Das ist außerdem neu in Season 11 von Diablo 4: Neben dem Crafting gibt es in Season 11 noch mehr Neuerungen. Der Fokus liegt auf einer umfassenden Überarbeitung der Itemization, neuen Monstermechaniken, frischen Boss-Events und einem zusätzlichen Crafting-System. Mit der neuen „Sanctification“ (auf Deutsch: Heiligung) könnt ihr Items künftig mit zufälligen Verzauberungen ausstatten. Items, die keine Uniques sind, erhalten außerdem wieder vier statt drei Affixe.

Der Regionsfortschritt bleibt nur noch auf dem ewigen Realm dauerhaft bestehen, ihr schaltet saisonale Boni zukünftig über Capstone-Dungeons frei. Obendrauf kommen die Leaderboards zurück, die dann aber an eine neue Aktivität geknüpft sind: den Turm. Dabei handelt es sich um einen mehrstufigen, zeitgesteuerten Dungeon, in dem ihr euch mit anderen messen könnt.

Monster sollen obendrein intelligenter und dynamischer agieren sowie stärkere Affixe haben. Insgesamt sei es erforderlich, taktischer vorzugehen – vor allem in dem „Turm“.

Außerdem übernehmen nun die „Geringeren Übel“ verschiedene Aktivitäten:

Duriel taucht in der Höllenflut auf und kann statt der Blutjungfrau beschworen werden.
Belials Augen spawnen zufällig in der Grube – Belial selbst kann dort den Endboss ersetzen.
Andariels Schatten begegnen euch in der Unterstadt von Kurast, sie selbst kann als Endboss auftauchen.
Und Azmodan ist der neue Weltboss.

Mit Season 11 ändert Blizzard so einiges an den Items und den Aktivitäten in Diablo 4. Ob sie die aktuelle Season toppen kann, wird sich zeigen, denn in Season 10 sind etliche Spielerinnen und Spieler allein auf Steam auf die Server gestürmt, um die neuen Inhalte zu zocken. Crusader Kings III is one of the best games in the “Grand Strategy” genre on Steam. With the upcoming DLC, it is set to become significantly larger, but performance should not suffer.

Which game is it about? Crusader Kings 3 is a very deep strategy game in which you lead your dynasty through the Middle Ages and breed a genetically perfect “Übermensch” on the side.

In fact, the games from Paradox Interactive are considered so complex that hardly anyone understands them or even finishes them. 1,500 hours? That’s just the tutorial in Crusader Kings 3, and the developers are proud of it.

But because even the most dedicated player can get bored after a few thousand hours, the strategy geniuses from Sweden regularly supply their game with new content. With the upcoming expansion, the game is set to grow even further – and without a pesky drawback.

What’s this new expansion about? With “All Under Heaven”, China, Japan, and Southeast Asia are coming into play. This significantly enlarges the world map and promises many new opportunities: players will be able to explore the Silk Road and rise to become god-emperors.
