Blooddrinker – Ring
The Blood Drinker artifact has received a small buff with Season 10: The downsides of Blood Drinker have been adjusted from 25% to 20%. Additionally, a benefit has been added that reduces damage significantly less when the target is afflicted.
This makes packing the strong lifesteal effect of the item even more worthwhile: +25 percent lifesteal, and all heals through lifesteal are increased by 5 percent.
You obtain the item in the expedition Starstone Barrows, from the final boss Regent Greundgul. Make sure at least one mutation of level 1 is active.
Boots of Faith – Shoes (Light)
If your build is designed to deal high burst damage through regular headshots or attacks from behind and to one-shot your victims (that is, knock them out with a single blow), there is no better artifact for you.
In both cases, the Boots of Faith provide you with a 20 percent increase in critical damage, an increase in critical hit chance, and the Empower buff. Additionally, your opponent becomes Weakened.
The boots drop from 14 enemy types in Attalus’ Foundry, so you can farm them relatively easily. But bring friends along, as this is an elite region.
