“Conflict of interest” and “unethical behavior”
This is what TSM said: The team released a statement on March 19 (via Twitter):
We have recently been made aware of very serious allegations of “conflict of interest” and “unethical behavior” against the League of Legends coach, Peter Zhang.
Following a preliminary investigation, we have terminated his contract effective immediately. We are working with an external legal counsel to complete a full investigation.
Riot Games added that they do not want to comment on the matter but want to ensure: This is a purely internal team issue that does not concern other teams. So the dismissal was not about match manipulation. That is just what they wanted to clarify (via reddit).
This is Doublelift. When there is trouble at TSM, he is usually in the middle of it.
Coach allegedly asked players for $70,000
What is he alleged to have done?? According to former TSM player Doublelift, Zhang asked him to lend him $70,000. He allegedly needed the money because his grandmother who has cancer is in the hospital and he needs to pay the bill.
Zhang is also said to have asked other LoL players for $12,000 to $24,000, but they canceled their transaction in time, Doublelift recounts. The situation is so difficult because Zhang is not just anyone at TSM, but the head coach:
Guys, the guy who decides whether you have a job on the team or not is asking you for money. That is really a difficult situation.

It is really hard to say “no” to someone who wants you to finance the operation of his terminally ill grandmother when he is the one deciding whether you play next week or not.
Doublelift adds that he has heard “really weird stuff” about Zhang. Allegedly, he is donating money to Chinese female streamers via Weibo. He would “go to Chinese streaming sites and donate ‘ridiculously large sums’ of money to attractive women,” Doublelift said.

What does Zheng say?? In an interview with Dexerto, Zhang presents the situation differently:
He actually needed money for his grandmother’s operation.
The Taiwanese “SwordArt”, a former player of TSM, tasked him with selling a car in the USA because he is returning to Asia. The sum for the car, $80,000, Zhang withheld to pay for the operation.
The player threatened to make the matter public – Zhang subsequently asked players at TSM for money.
Zhang says:
“I acknowledge that it was wrong to withhold the money, but I was working to pay back the debts and had repaid half by the time I was fired. My grandmother’s bill was due at the end of the month and I was not in the league to accompany both debts. I was experiencing a very difficult financial time, but I will pay every cent back to SwordArt.
The other allegations against me are not true. In China, it is common for friends and colleagues to lend each other money. I have learned a hard lesson about cultural differences in America. I will cooperate with Riot in any investigation. I have evidence that proves my innocence.”

Zhang also states that he never acted as a player agent. He did receive $1,000 a month from the salary of a player from TSM Academy. However, he only served as an intermediary and forwarded the money to the actual agent.
Additionally, he frequently exchanges Chinese currency yuan for dollars for players, as he has bank accounts in both countries and a green card. This could also create the impression that he is involved in dubious activities.

DrDisrespect, known as Herschel “Guy” Beahm IV, was an rising star who signed a multi-year exclusive contract with the livestream platform in March 2020. However, Twitch banned the streamer permanently in June 2020. To this day, it is not known why he was banned from the platform, but DrDisrespect was clear: he had to continue on YouTube. MeinMMO reports on the career of the streamer and how he is doing today.
This is how DrDisrespect’s career began: In 2010, the Doc posted his first video on YouTube, where he played Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Already at that time, he took on the role of DrDisrespect and appeared in his usual guise.
A black mullet wig, his prominent mustache, and striking sunglasses were from the beginning the hallmark of DrDisrespect. Nowadays, a tight dark top and a red vest or overalls are also part of it – his recognizability is unmatched.
His Twitch channel was also launched in 2010, where he began to stream shooters and appear as the Doc. Many viewers celebrated his striking persona and humor, which quickly gained him some traction. However, in the following years, he only produced irregular content due to needing to fulfill a job in the gaming industry.
What happened next? In March 2011, Beahm was appointed Community Manager at the well-known studio Sledgehammer Games. Sledgehammer Games is responsible for the “Call of Duty” series and recently released the shooter Call of Duty: Vanguard (2021). Shortly after, Beahm was promoted to Level Designer.
While he was playing CoD: MW2 in his videos and streams in 2010, he actively collaborated on the sequel Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and created multiplayer maps for the shooter.
However, his career at Sledgehammer Games ended in 2015. It is unclear whether DrDisrespect made that decision himself or if it was decided for him. In any case, he decided, whether voluntarily or out of necessity, to become a full-time streamer on Twitch.
That was a risky step back then: DrDisrespect had just had a child with his wife and they lived in a difficult neighborhood, from where they could see drug dealing happening outside their window. DrDisrespect recounted in 2019 on Twitch that he was looking for a job in the gaming industry in 2015 but was unable to find one with his resume. So he decided, together with his wife, to “dive fully into streaming.”
From then on, things took off steeply.

What happened after his record? The Doc became one of the most recognized faces on Twitch. 50,333 subscribers was the number the streamer could boast during his peak – a high number by the standards of the time. Additionally, he amassed over 4.4 million followers on Twitch.
Games like H1Z1, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, or PUBG helped him further increase his popularity. However, Beahm was never regarded as a shooting professional, but rather as a crazy entertainer.
According to his own statements, he was at that time “THE face of Twitch.”
In March 2020, it was finally time: DrDisrespect signed a likely multi-million dollar multi-year contract with Twitch, after the livestream platform Mixer poached many other well-known streamers. He celebrated his stay on Twitch with his viewers and everything seemed perfect for him.

By mid-July 2020, it was clear to DrDisrespect, that he would not return to Twitch. He then switched to YouTube for his streams. A familiar platform for him because he had already been using it with videos for years. So he did not start completely without an audience – quite the opposite.
Over 500,000 viewers followed the return of streamer DrDisrespect. A new viewer record for Beahm. The return brought him over 1.1 million subscribers on YouTube and several thousand dollars in donations. Even in the years that followed, he gained 20,000-80,000 subscribers monthly.

How is the Doc doing today? DrDisrespect has been streaming on YouTube for two years now, but according to him, it is considerably more work than on Twitch. He has to call his team to check algorithms, set keywords, and hashtags. On Twitch, you could just go live, watch series, and be successful.
However, if we go by the numbers, the effort speaks for itself; according to statistics, Beahm is now watched by more people than before on Twitch. Between 25,000 and 40,000 viewers currently follow his streams on YouTube, which is significantly more than during his Twitch days.
Is he really doing better? Numerically maybe, but he has noted in past streams that he is personally doing worse on YouTube and that the ban affects him. Everything he had built on Twitch over the years disappeared suddenly. He is on some companies’ blacklist, and the Doc has lost many opportunities since his ban.
He says he is doing financially well on YouTube, but not nearly as well as he did on Twitch: Apparently, he is missing both the lucrative exclusive contract and the sponsorship deals he received while on Twitch.
What are his current plans? In December 2021, he announced a competitor to CoD Warzone and Apex Legends: his own AAA studio called “Midnight Society”. Leading the studio with him are other CoD and Halo veterans, and they mainly want to focus on multiplayer games. However, the studio is currently looking for additional developers and is still in the process of being built.
Moreover, he wants to enter the bourbon business and release a music album. Additionally, he streams about three times a week on YouTube and diligently uploads new videos to his channel.

Imantis and Mantidea: You will find the plant Pokémon Imantis throughout the event in the wild and in the rewards of the event research. It can be evolved into Mantidea.
During the event, Mantidea is not available in the wild, in research, or in raids, so in order to register it in the Pokédex, you actually have no choice but to evolve it.
You can recognize Imantis by its small, pink body, the green decorations on its neck and head, and its leaf-like arms. Mantidea, on the other hand, is significantly larger than its pre-evolution, has a red and pink body that is striped on its legs, and features large crescent-shaped arms. Both monsters are not yet available as shinies.

Kapu-Fala: Kapu-Fala is a legendary Pokémon from the Alola region, which is regarded as the guardian of the island of Akala. The monster is of the Psychic and Fairy type.
You can recognize Kapu-Fala by its black, slender body, the long pink hair, and the pink bowls on its belly and head, which are adorned with white and pink ornaments. These bowls serve as protection for Kapu-Fala. You will not be able to catch this monster as shiny either.
According to the current information from Niantic, there will not be various bonuses such as increased experience points or more stardust for the Shadow Jungle Event. However, you can look forward to numerous quests and a special weekend is also planned:
The Saturday and Sunday during the Shadow Jungle Event hold a special spotlight weekend for you. Similar to what you know from the weekly spotlight hours, a specific Pokémon will be in focus this weekend: Waumboll.
The plant and fairy type Pokémon from the 5th generation will spawn more frequently in parks on these two days. Since it will be the first time this shiny will be found in the game during the Shadow Jungle Event, shiny hunters can especially look forward to this mini-event.
You can recognize the Pokémon by its white-yellow body and the orange decoration on its head. Using 50 candies and a sun stone, you can also evolve it into Elfun.

Brr-Slayer
This is what Brr-Slayer is all about: The Brr-Slayer class is focused on melee combat. Targeting enemies, closing distances, hitting hard: Brr-Slayers don’t waste time when it comes to slamming their melee weapon of choice down on the enemy.
The melee brutes primarily rely on cryo damage so that the shock-frozen enemies shatter beautifully.
The action skills look like this:
To catch multiple enemies at once, Brr-Slayers can use “Terror Storm”. A whirlwind attack that increases movement speed and is perfect for flattening dense groups of enemies.
The second action skill is called “Wild Frenzy”: This allows you to leap at enemies and deal frost damage to all nearby foes. Bonus: If the enemy hit points drop below a certain value from the attack, they immediately go down (unless they are bosses) and the cooldown of the skill is reset.
Using an action skill also triggers the class feat “Rage of the Ancients”. Then there’s extra frost damage.
This class suits you if:
You enjoy melee combat
You want to quickly eliminate small groups of enemies
You prefer a more direct combat style
Clawbringer
Clawbringers primarily stand out due to two things: A small wyvern companion that supports them, and a hefty spectral hammer that is perfect for bashing but also for throwing.
Yes, the hammer thing does remind you a bit of Thor, or Kratos with his axe – especially when the thing comes flying back at your call. The wyvern companion spits flames and attacks enemies with its claws.
Clawbringers rely on lightning and fire damage. This is also evident in the action skills:
“Cleansing Flames” is a powerful hammer strike that inflicts fire damage to nearby enemies via shockwave.
“Storm Dragon’s Judgment” is the mentioned hammer throw that also distributes lightning damage on the way.
Moreover, the Clawbringer is capable of providing allies with more firepower, increased elemental damage, or further bonuses. So it’s great to have a Clawbringer around – perfect, if you play Wonderlands with friends.
This class suits you if:
If you want to support your friends with bonuses
If you want skills that can cause elemental damage both up close and at a distance
If you want to have a beastly companion (wyvern)
Killomancer
This is what Killomancers are all about: Killomancers are incredibly fast, striking and disappearing before enemies even know what hit them.
With an arsenal of firearms, magic, and knives, they are perfectly equipped to remain unpredictable. They can even shoot while sprinting – although they prefer to operate from the shadows.
The “Dirty Combat” ability increases the critical hit chance, so you don’t have to strike too often. Here are the skills:
“Ghost Blade” – a huge blade that suddenly stops floating and then starts rotating. The Ghost Blade is based on the damage of the current melee weapon and inflicts this on nearby enemies. Additionally, you can teleport the blade to another location at will while the skill is active.
“From the Shadows” makes you invisible and gives you the chance to deal damage with critical hits.
In the skills, you will find opportunities to increase damage and speed, as well as to deal more critical hits.
This class suits you if:
If you enjoy fast movements
If you like dealing critical hits – whether through melee or well-placed shots
If you enjoy playing ninja-like characters in the shadows
Spellshot
This is what Spellshots are all about: Spellshots combine the central elements of the Wonderlands gameplay: firearms and sorcery.
Unlike other classes, they can equip two spells – one in each hand. However, this takes up the slot for the action skill. Accordingly, there are bonuses to spell damage.
And if the sorcery doesn’t work, Spellshots can still rely on their sharpshooting skills, which are also supported by various skills.
The second action skill is the polymorph ability, which allows you to transform enemies into a cute, harmless “Skaf”.
This class suits you if:

Graveborn
This is what Graveborns are all about: The Graveborn is a rather dark class. Graveborns aim to eliminate as many enemies as possible at once, thus amplifying their power – and they sacrifice their own health for it.
Witchcraft is on the agenda for the Graveborn, just like working with their half-lich companion. This floating accomplice attacks enemies with dark magic and supports spells from the Graveborn with hellfire that is shot at enemies.
The action skill “dark sacrifice” allows Graveborns to give up a portion of their health to deal dark magic damage. The more they sacrifice, the stronger the effect.
The “Bone Thief” supports other team members with bonus damage but takes away health from them every second. However: If they die during this time, they become temporarily invulnerable and regenerate a portion of health instead.
Thanks to kill skills, the Graveborn becomes stronger the more enemies he eliminates. Accordingly, he is offensively focused.
This class fits you if:
If you enjoy playing rather dark characters
If you want to pursue an attack-oriented risk tactic
If you want to have a companion (half-lich)
Sporenhüter
This is what Spores guardians are about: Do you feel particularly drawn to the topic of “nature”? Then you fit wonderfully with the Spores guardians, who use nasty plants and weather changes against their enemies.
The Spores guardians are not very fond of melee brawling. They prefer to use firearms and their mushroom companions: The latter not only wobbles around but also attacks with nasty poison attacks and can serve as a savior in times of need.
Additionally, the action skills include:
“Suppressive Fire” – a magical bow that fires ricocheting arrows.
“Blizzard” – A frost tornado that slows down, damages nearby enemies, and ideally freezes them.

If you do not place much value on melee combat and prefer to fight at a distance
If you enjoy working with effects like ice and poison damage that act over time
If you want to have a companion (mushroom companion)

A small mistake that could happen to any of us caused an unfortunate player in Lost Ark to lose a lot of loot. We at MeinMMO explain the situation and ensure it doesn’t happen to you.
What happened to the player? Currently, there is an event in Lost Ark that is very similar to Mario Kart. Participants must complete a track within a time limit and receive loot at the end if they perform well.
Shortly before the match starts, a portal opens, and players are teleported from the normal region to the event area. This fact caused an unfortunate player on reddit to miss out on a lot of loot.
He decided to quickly unpack some rewards just before the event started. These included several bags full of valuable Life Shards, which are the currency you need to upgrade equipment between Gearscore 802 and 1,302.
Unfortunately, he had no pet equipped, which led to most of the blue shards being left behind when the event started and the player disappeared from the track.

How did this happen? In Lost Ark, the cute little creatures ensure that you actually receive your loot. The automatic pickup of items is one of the main functions of the adorable companions. However, you must summon the pets on a new character before they work. Additionally, there are certain areas where pets are disabled.
In the video, it is clearly visible that the player thinks he has a pet equipped. He is waiting for the loot to be picked up. However, when he realizes that nothing is happening, it is already too late.
He panics and clicks on the dropped items, trying to pick them up himself, but for most of the Life Shards, every rescue comes too late, as that was his mistake. Due to the frantic clicking, he accidentally hits the portal into the event, thus leaving his loot behind.
According to his own statements, the player lost about 10,000 Life Shards. This corresponds to about a full day of farming, and all because he didn’t have a pet equipped. So learn from his mistakes and always make sure to have your little creature ready.
Or simply don’t open your loot in time-limited instances or while you are waiting. This is just one of the 200 comments that the post has since received.
How do the fans react? The player posted his loss on reddit under the title “Don’t do what I did and open your materials in an event without a pet.” He receives a lot of support and even more sympathy for that.
The fans confirm under the post that such a thing can happen to anyone and many have already forgotten to equip their pets themselves. However, usually not in such critical situations as happened to the thread starter.
Moreover, there is some criticism from players regarding the implementation of the event. Normally, you cannot open loot in dungeons, raids, and other time-limited areas to prevent such a scenario from happening. However, it seems that Smilegate and Amazon did not consider this in this event, which annoys some fans.
What do the players say? Some of the comments under the video we certainly do not want to withhold from you, as the fans on reddit have a lot to say:

Fans of the Witcher series should fasten their seatbelts. The next installment of the series has been confirmed – and it is supposed to be something entirely new.
The Witcher series is one of the major milestones in RPGs, and especially Witcher 3 has revolutionized and practically perfected the RPG genre in many ways. It was only a matter of time before the next title would be announced – and that time has come. At the Game Developers Conference (GDC), it was revealed that “a new saga” is on the horizon.
What does the teaser show? The teaser basically consists of a single, brief sequence – a Witcher medallion lying in the snow. It is noticeable that this is definitely not the amulet of the Wolf school (to which Geralt belonged). The other major known schools (Cat, Griffin, Bear, Snake) also look different from the amulet shown.
Which Witcher school does this amulet represent?
What is the new game about? That is still not completely clear. However, it is obvious that the saga of Geralt seems to be completed. Witcher 3 indeed provided a good conclusion, culminating the story and leading to a (at least provisional) end. The ominous phrase “A new saga begins” makes it clear that the original storyline has been told to its conclusion.
It is clear, though, that it will again be an open-world game, as was the case with Witcher 3.

When will the game be released? A release date for Witcher 4 has not yet been announced – and no one should expect it anytime soon. CD Projekt Red is known for taking a lot of time for its games. The last major titles have been delayed multiple times. In the case of Cyberpunk 2077, the release was still a major disaster, with many bugs and issues tarnishing the launch. It can be assumed that developers want to avoid a repeat of this debacle and will take significantly more time for Witcher 4. In the best case, we can expect to get closer to a release in 2024 – but even this assumption should be taken with caution.
The fact that the announcement was made at GDC suggests that CD Projekt RED is looking for additional developers to strengthen the team. There are probably still several years of work ahead for the team.
