Naintic has introduced the Pokémon for the Community Day in August 2022 in Pokémon GO. MeinMMO tells you which monster to expect and what bonuses you can use during the Community Day.
This is now known: The Community Day in August 2022 features Galar-Zigzagoon. The Dark and Normal-type Pokémon will be found more frequently in the wild, and you may even find it in its shiny form.
If you evolve the Pokémon into Barrikadax, it can learn the exclusive charged move Blocker. To do this, you must evolve a Galar-Geradaks into Barrikadax within the event period or up to 5 hours afterward. The Community Day also offers further bonuses for you.

When does the event take place? The Community Day runs on Saturday, August 13, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM local time.
What are the bonuses? In addition to the increased chance of encountering Galar-Zigzagoon, the day offers further bonuses for trainers:
3x Stardust
double catch candies
during the event, incense lasts 3 hours
1 additional special trade (maximum 3 per day) – This bonus is valid until 7:00 PM
double chance for XL candies when catching for trainers level 31 and above
Incense lasts 3 hours when activated during the event period
each trade costs only half the Stardust – This bonus is valid until 7:00 PM
Additionally, the developers suggest taking snapshots. A special surprise is waiting for you there.
Bonuses for groups: If you catch enough Pokémon at a PokéStop with an incense module, wild Galar-Geradaks will appear nearby.
Bonuses in the shop: For 1 Euro, you can purchase the exclusive special research “Field Notes: Galar-Zigzagoon”. These tickets can also be gifted to your super friends. Additionally, there are special stickers in the shop that can be obtained through spinning PokéStops or opening gifts.

Special Raid Bonus after the Community Day with Galar-Zigzagoon
As with the Community Day featuring Staralili in June, there will be a raid bonus immediately following the event period. This is valid on Saturday, August 13, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time.
If you defeat the Galar-Geradaks appearing in the special level 4 raids, wild Galar-Zigzagoon will appear in a 300-meter radius for 30 minutes afterward. They also have the chance to spawn as shiny.
To join, you need a raid pass or a premium battle pass. Joining with remote raid passes is not possible.
From 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, in addition to the bonuses of the Community Day, limited research will be available, for which you must catch 100 Galar-Zigzagoon. You will receive the following items as a reward:
Barrikadax Hat
Barrikadax Glasses
Barrikadax Gloves
Barrikadax Pose
If you are unable to complete the tasks by Community Day, the cosmetics will also be available for purchase in the shop afterward.

Are you looking forward to the Community Day in August, or is the current weather just too hot for excursions? Already in July, the heat is troubling many trainers – so much so that they are now demanding developers to adjust the game to protect players:
YouTuber Charlie “Cr1TiKaL” White Jr. is currently offering $20,000 (about €19,500) if you complete Halo 2: Anniversary. But on the highest difficulty and with plenty of options that make the game even harder. So far, no one has succeeded.
This is the challenge:
Cr1TiKaL runs a large channel on YouTube with over 10 million subscribers. He shows everything there, including games like Pokémon Unite.
The YouTuber offered $5,000 a few weeks ago for anyone who could complete Halo 2: Anniversary in perfect “LASO”. This stands for “Legendary, All Skulls On”.
After no one responded, the YouTuber is now offering $20,000 and demands: “Come and get my money!”

This is what you need to achieve: LASO is considered the toughest challenge in Halo 2 overall. Not only do you play on the highest difficulty “Legendary”, but you also make the game even harder.
In the game, you can find skulls that add various modifiers when activated. These include disabling the HUD, invisible weapons, or a mode in which shields only recharge after a melee hit against enemies.
Just that alone is considered extremely challenging among fans of the game. Additionally, Cr1TiKaL demands that you play perfectly, meaning you cannot die a single time. This is now nearly impossible.
Furthermore, Cr1TiKaL’s challenge states that a specific skull cannot be active, which actually provides an advantage: invisibility. This makes the challenge not only nearly impossible but simply diabolical, as the YouTuber himself says.
The prize money is only valid for the first person to complete the challenge.
According to Cr1TiKaL, the task is possibly the hardest challenge currently in gaming. Halo 2 was released in 2004, and since then, not a single person in the world has been able to master the challenge.
In 2020, the remaster of Halo 2 in the Anniversary Edition was released, bringing the game back to the attention of many gamers. Nevertheless, no one has attempted the challenge.
Cr1TiKaL thought that there simply hadn’t been enough motivation – which is why he offered a “bounty” for it. But that didn’t work:
All we have seen emerge from this so far are mental breakdowns. It has broken the spirit of some people, and souls have been shattered. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the runners are now addicted to hard drugs just to forget that they even attempted this challenge.
In the 3 weeks of the challenge, many tried it, but no one has succeeded so far. 99% of people haven’t even mastered the first level, and 80% – including Cr1TiKaL himself – haven’t even made it past the first room.
Cr1TiKaL wants to watch as “history is being made”. But as it seems, he will have to wait a while for that. Maybe one of you will succeed and secure the YouTuber’s money.

In Lost Ark, the daily login rewards are extended again, but the major update is not delayed because of this. We at MeinMMO will tell you here why the extension is taking place at all.
What kind of rewards are these? In Lost Ark, you receive a reward every day during a login event when you log into the MMORPG. These rewards change after an event period, which usually lasts 28–30 days. The biggest reward is always given on the 20th and last day of the event.
Normally, you would have a buffer of 8 to 10 days, during which you don’t have to log in and can still collect all the gifts. However, this time that was not the case.
Tight schedule forces you to play: Since the major June update was postponed twice, the new login event only started, along with the patch, on June 30. The new rewards, however, will come into play again, together with the monthly patch, on July 20.
This means that this time you couldn’t afford a single mistake. You had to be logged in every single day of the event period to grab the coveted cat ears on the 20th login day. This forced fans to the extent that they even played on airplanes to avoid missing anything.

What has Amazon changed? To avoid the daily login stress, AGS has now extended the login rewards from June by one week, so you can collect the cat ears until July 27. At the same time, the new rewards will not be postponed.
From July 20 to July 27, there will be two simultaneous login events, where you can cash in different bonuses. This is a response to the criticism that has become increasingly loud from the community in the forum and on reddit. However, if you are among the hardcore players who really logged in every day for 20 days, you won’t receive any extra bonus for that, which seems to annoy some users again.
What problems might arise?In a blog post, AGS also announced that these double bonuses could lead to a problem, which can be easily fixed. If you jump back to day 1 of the new rewards on July 27, you shouldn’t panic.
Lost Ark assures at this point that a restart of the MMORPG will remedy the situation and return the promised progress as soon as you log back in.

The community celebrates: The change in rewards is creating really good vibes in the community. It’s not even really about the gifts themselves but rather about how the publisher is handling the situation. Even before the release, Amazon was criticized for communicating too rarely and too little with users.
Now fans are glad that feedback is collected and implemented quickly and that the people behind Lost Ark are talking more openly about what is currently going on in the game and how to eliminate obstacles.
But players are also happy about the cat ears that many users can now still collect. They go perfectly with the sexy bikinis that will finally make it into the game with the July update, after fans had complained.
