Once you have successfully brought Minthara as a sheep into Ketheric’s room, the so-called trial begins. She will be sentenced by Ketheric and receive the same death sentence as she would otherwise get if you attacked the druid grove with her.
The only difference is that she remains in her sheep form throughout the entire scene.

Step 6: Split your party

Split your party into two teams. One team should go into the underground prison and prepare to rescue Minthara.

Step 7: The rescue of Minthara-sheep

Once Minthara-sheep is incapacitated and the goblins are condemned, Minthara-sheep will be teleported into the prison room along with two gnomes.
Therefore, switch to the group that is ready underground and make sure you engage Minthara-sheep (or Minthara if the magical effect has worn off) in a fight to ensure she doesn’t flee.
Then you can withdraw again as before.
Make sure that Minthara is in this room to trigger the story scene.

Step 8: Free Minthara from her Curse

When Minthara is safe in the room and everything is prepared, talk to the gnomes to begin the mental therapy.
After that, you can warmly welcome Minthara-sheep into your party. She is now your ally.
