Aniimo is set to be a true monster-collecting alternative to Pokémon and Palworld. In a third closed beta, you can get an impression of the current state. How you can participate is explained here.
When does the beta take place? After the second closed beta in January 2026, there will be a third one. It is scheduled to start on July 9, around 10 AM CEST. So far, no end date for the phase has been announced.
How can you participate? To be able to participate in the beta, you need to be selected. There is unfortunately no guarantee that you will be able to play the game.
To register for the selection, you can apply through a form on the official homepage until July 5 at 5:59 PM CEST and will find out on July 6 if you are allowed to participate in the beta. It is currently unknown if more players will be gradually allowed after the start of the new beta.
When can everyone play Aniimo? Aniimo should be available for free on Steam, PS5, iOS, and Android later this year, but when exactly remains unknown.
All important info about the third closed beta
What is playable in the beta? In the now third beta of Aniimo, you can play all content from the first and second rounds. Whether and what new features will be included this time is currently unknown.
Can you transfer your progress to the full version? No, all progress will be deleted after the beta, and you will have to start anew upon release.
Is there a reward for participation? Currently, there is nothing known about a potential reward for the full version through participation in the beta. However, you can secure a “Susuta” egg if you pre-register for the game on the homepage.
When did the first beta take place? The first closed beta took place from July 4 to July 10, 2025 (see aniimo.com). A second followed on January 23, 2026. All content from these beta phases can also be played again in the third.
