That’s why fans suspect an announcement: Since May 2, the update Operation Oracle has been available in Ghost Recon Wildlands.
It may contain a teaser for the announcement of a new Tom Clancy game. Perhaps a Ghost Recon Wildlands 2?

Is Skell Con inviting to an announcement?
Here’s what it’s about: In Operation Oracles, there is a sequence that invites players to a conference. This is supposed to take place on May 9 at 8:30 PM.
Meanwhile, there is also a mysterious website announcing the event. There is also a trailer on YouTube for Skell Technology that showcases the company’s products:
What game could be announced? Currently, there are many speculations. The invitation comes from Skell Technology, which narrows down the selection.
This company has already been mentioned in Ghost Recon Wildlands and Rainbow Six Siege. Both are games in the Tom Clancy universe.
The announcement is most likely to be a spin-off from these two franchises. A new Splinter Cell could also be possible.

Perhaps it is not a new game at all and Ubisoft is stoking the hype for something else. We will know more on May 9.
By the way: You can currently play Ghost Recon Wildlands for free on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. The promotion runs until tomorrow, May 5.
