If you have already used a code, you cannot collect the rewards a second time.

How to redeem promo codes
You have two options for redeeming the codes. First, you can go directly to the official Honkai: Star Rail website and claim your gifts through the redeem code page.

How to redeem promo codes in the game? To claim the rewards in the game, proceed as follows:
- Step 1: Go to the menu
- Step 2: Click on the three dots on the right side of your profile description
- Step 3: Click on the option “Redemption Code”
- Step 4: Enter the promo code in the field and then confirm
A notification will appear that the voucher code has been successfully redeemed. You can then claim your reward in the mailbox.
Even if you have already used the codes, you will initially receive the message that the voucher code has been successfully applied. However, in this case, you will not receive any rewards in the mailbox, just a notice that you have already redeemed the code.
