The final wing of “A Night in Karazhan”, the current Hearthstone adventure, is now available. We reveal what awaits you.
The host Medivh enters the party
Since last night (09.02.2016) the final wing of “A Night in Karazhan” is available. This allows players to grab the remaining cards in the last 3 boss fights.
First up is a fight against the Mage Nielas Aran in the form of Aran’s Schemes. Medivh’s father has been trapped as a ghost in the tower for a long time and is waiting to give you a powerful beatdown. As a passive effect, he grants both players +3 spell damage – so bring out powerful spells!
In the second fight, you face the dragon Nethergroll, who can grant himself +3 attack for this turn as a hero power. Here, the boss mechanics from WoW have been particularly well implemented: there are two portals on the field that strengthen the dragon. You have to “block” these with minions and redirect the powers to your own characters so that the dragon does not get stronger.
For the final fight, the portal must be opened so that Medivh can finally attend the feast, as the guests are already going wild. To find Medivh, Moroes first needs to find the right portal and, of course, misses it first. So several boss fights are happening at the same time. After Nazra is defeated, Prince Malchezaar comes back and wants a second chance. Luckily, Medivh gives you his staff, allowing powerful spells to summon a minion as well. This should not be difficult to defeat the demon lord again.
After that, two class challenges await druids and rogues to also grab the last cards of the expansion.
