Which game is it about? Stalcraft (PC) is an MMO shooter developed by the indie developer “EXBO”.
Stalcraft has been available for free on Steam since December 9, 2022, and is set in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. According to the developers, the world is inspired by the popular shooter “S.T.A.L.K.E.R.”, which focuses on survival and horror elements.
In line with this, the shooter started as a Minecraft fan mod that aimed to transform the world of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. into a multiplayer mode. However, the shooter now runs on its own engine, even though its Minecraft origins are still evident.
Faction Wars in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone
What does the gameplay of Stalcraft offer? In the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, you fight in PvE and PvP encounters against mutants and other players. You also search for artifacts in the open world and engage in faction wars.
Moreover, you can play the main story of the game, including cutscenes and spoken dialogues, or complete side quests. The title mainly focuses on shooter gameplay in first-person perspective, alongside RPG elements.
