Just in time for February, Final Fantasy XIV brings the Valentine’s event: Valentiontag. In 2026, there are great rewards with two different outfits and stylish decoration items.
Valentione’s Day 2026
Where do I start the event for Valention Day? The celebration for Valention Day takes place in the in-game city of Gridania. It is the Eorzea equivalent of Valentine’s Day.

- Requirement: Completion of the quest

Heavensturn 2026
Where do I start the Heavensturn event? Heavensturn is celebrated in the in-game city of Limsa Lominsa.
- Duration: December 31, 2025 to January 15, 2026
- Where: Limsa Lominsa: Upper Decks; X: 11.5, Y: 13.9
- NPC: Horse Minister
- Minimum level: 15
To celebrate the Year of the Horse, there are two new rewards that can be earned. One is a golden wall screen for housing, and the other is the companion uma-no-unicolt
– a small unicorn.
There will also be rewards from previous years available for purchase in the game. Additionally, there may be a chance that the big rewards from the previous year appear in the real money shop. What are the next in-game events? Final Fantasy XIV has various events throughout the year. Here are the upcoming ones for the next year:
